Albergo Terme Forlenza

Hotel has probably seen it’s day. Photo of outdoor pool shown on Expedias website was the draw to stay there. Pool is closed! FALSE ADVERTISING! General staff was very helpful and tried hard to help the guests but we were shocked to wake up to a woman screaming at the top of her lungs berating some poor fellow. Turned out she was someone important in the hotel chain of command, she was sitting in a nice office. Not used to this kind of abuse at full volume and in earshot of everyone who was in the lobby. I heard it from our second floor room! Very reminiscent of the old British sitcom “Fawlty Towers”. Take a pass on this place it’s in the middle of nowhere as well.

Check in was ok, there was a language barrier. We were told the pool was open till 6:30 and it wasn’t. As we got in we were kicked out. There is a charge for the indoor pool, which we were told was 10 but see signs saying 5. The hotel is having building works. People were working as we went to our room. The whole place smells of sewage. We tried to get a drink at the bar but they didn’t have basic things like lemonade. I went to walk the dog and we were attacked by stray dogs that roam both the property and outside and the car park. They are there day and night barking and chasing. Dogs also going around the car park urinating on all the cars. Went back to the room and found it was mouldy, furniture was rubbish, tv not viewable, curtains broken, fire alarm was covered and AC didn’t really work. Tried to talk to reception was told it had to wait until morning as he didn’t speak English, he was more of a night watch man. There are no security doors and the fire doors are propped open and the fire alarm looked like it was still being installed. The room balcony had no furniture to sit on. I got up in the morning to walk the dog and was attacked again by stray dogs. We decided to check out as the hotel didn’t seem to understand the issues. I thought I agreed with reception I would pay for the night we stayed and be refunded the rest and the manager would contact me. This did not happen, her English was ok on check in but nothing when there was an issue. Still no contact or refund

Questo hotel gode di ottimo personale pulizia top stanze nuove ma sopratutto pulite l unica cosa che mi sentirei di consigliare è di mettere un frigo in camera. Non ho ne pranzato ne cenato quindi non posso dire come è il cibo ma la colazione ere nella media Tutto buono e abbastanza varia Poche cose ma buone. Comunque io come struttura la consiglio e ci ritornerei piacevolmente

struttura vecchia, e per arrivarci è stato un po' complicato per me. Nel complesso Albergo nella media, ma almeno il prezzo è buono visti gli altri Hotels in zona.

Staying a week for work and the reason I chose this hotel was because of Gym and Aircon in the room. Needless to say, neither was present. I was told that the Aircon was “Manual” and that they would send a technician. Of course they never did during the entire week. Next week I will stay at a different hotel.

Albergo pulito con servizi essenziali. Per chi ama l anatura e il silenzio è ottimale. Buona per un fine settimana

Il rapporto qualità/prezzo della struttura è apparso adeguato alle aspettative. Pur apprezzando la gentilezza e la disponibilità offerta dal personale in servizio, è apparsa migliorabile la suddivisione di alcune attività di accettazione/prenotazione/registrazione, tutte accentrate presso la reception dell'hotel dove, in un alcune fasce orarie, attesa la presenza costante di un solo operatore, i tempi di attesa sono apparsi oltremodo elevati. Tali criticità emergono in modo prepotente soprattutto nelle fasi di check in & check out, momenti in cui i tempi di attesa devono necessariamente essere più contenuti.

Un Hotel a 4 stelle, senza frigo in camera, lavandino rotto che perde acqua, cibo che ve lo dico a fare? Sembrava di mangiare in un ospedale.. Il primo giorno stanza senza asciugamani. Se lo devo consigliare? NO per niente.

A noi è piaciuta molto la struttura, il personale della reception, delle pulizie e del servizio ristorazione (colazione, praznzo, cena). Noi abbiamo apprezzato molto la gentilezza e la disponibilità di tutto il personale. Consigliamo a tutti coloro che desiderano trovare ogni tipo di confort, di serenità e tranquilittà questa struttura che, tra le altre cose, coniuga positivamente qualità e prezzo. S.D. e N. G.

Buonissima struttura con personale molto cortese e sempre disponibile

discreto albergo di passaggio. sfruttato come tappa per il viaggio di ritorno. belle piscine ma l'acqua era un pò fredda

Albergo senza lode e senza infamia, si alternano una bella piscina termale con piacevoli spazi ombreggiati, ad una esigua e triste colazione della quale mia figlia, essendo diabetica, non ha potuto usufruire perchè elencava solamente dolci (di bassa qualità) senza nessuna presenza salata. Presente una palestra come da foto publicitaria non fruibile perchè priva di insegnante, letti un po attempati con materassi che avevano visto tempi migliori, camere spaziose e pulite sfortunatamente prive di frigobar che date le temperature esterne non sarebbe stato male. Come spesso capita durante i soggiorni albergo con molte potenzialità ma non sfruttate.
