Albergo Vittoria

This is a great hotel in many ways: staff, breakfast nice room, comfortable, view... but there are two notable problems. First, despite the Expedia website saying this hotel has "free offsite parking", it does not. Staff very kindly recommended parking, but it isn't free. Second, the neighborhood of this hotel is plagued by a gang of roaming youth who throw fireworks, some of which are very loud. No one in the area seems able to contain this problem and it is very disturbing.

Breakfast crew is great. One of the receptionists was wonderful and accommodating. The one that I checked in with, though, was not the best.

The property is nice compared to the other accomodations this small coty offers. Staff very polite and good service for the breakfast. Good location and comfortable for tourist to move around the main spot of the city.

Let me start by saying the hotel is centrally located — that’s the only real positive. Unfortunately, my interactions with one of the receptionists left me with a strong recommendation for non-Italian tourists: steer clear. When I arrived, I patiently waited while both receptionists attended to other guests in the most leisurely, anti-rush manner possible. When it was finally my turn, I asked about the parking situation. Despite the parking lot being right next to the hotel, the receptionist had no clear information. The language barrier only added to the confusion. I even went outside and asked two nearby businesses about parking — one pointed vaguely at a ticket machine but wasn’t sure, and the other didn’t understand me at all. For reference, neither Yesim nor Vodafone had any signal in the area, so I couldn’t look it up myself. When I returned to the receptionist, she told me to wait again while she finished with other guests. Eventually, she walked me outside, pointed at the ticket machine, and assured me I’d be fine until 8 a.m., after which I’d need to pay. Well, the next morning, my car was gone. It had been towed to a lot, and I had to pay the release fee. To her credit, the morning receptionist did make some phone calls and help me locate the car, but the damage — in time, stress, and money — was already done. I then had to go to the lot, deal with a staff member who spoke no English, and pay for a mistake caused entirely by the hotel’s misinformation.

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Vittoria. It is well-located and parking was easy. They recommended nearby restaurants that were good. It was handicapped accessible which was important for us.

Virkelig god morgenbuffet. Smilende og serviceminded personale. Havde en defekt aircondition, men det blev fikset med det samme. Kunne trænge til en kærlig hånd/modernisering hist og her. Men rent og pænt - og kun et stenkast fra stranden, shopping og lækre spisesteder

Udsøgt god service. Fantastisk morgenbuffet. Venligt personale. Velkomstchampagne. Eneste ting der var utilfredsstillende var, at vi skulle vente +30 min på et værelse der ikke var klar, som.aftalt ved booking.

Hotel molto bello e strapulito, personale gentile, vicinissimo al mare, al centro storico, alla stazione dei treni e pullman. Colazione ottima.

Great hotel in the heart of Trapani, very friendly and helpful staff, specially Lisa, on the front desk. The hotel is five minutes from the beach, old town, restaurants and rail/bus station. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Perfect location right on the beach. Only wish they had parking. You have to pay the meters every day. Other than that, its a great property at a great value.

Personalet var skønt og vi følte os velkommen. Dog oplevede vi, at morgenmadsbuffeten blev væsentlig mindre med dagene, hvilket var synd.
