Very pleasant lady at check in desk (Francesca??). Very helpful and willing to offer suggestions. Pleasant lady in kitchen (during the weekdays not the one during Saturday 29 March, 2025). She was not very pleasant and was dismissive). Clean rooms, spacious, good breakfast variety as well.

O hotel é muito bom, o quarto é ótimo e o banheiro também. A localização não é muito boa, longe do centro, de carro demoramos quase 40 minutos até a Catedral Duomo. Os pontos q não gostei é que o estacionamento é pago e o café da manhã, embora tenha boa quantidade de alimentos, não tinha coisas gostosas. Algumas coisas não comemos porque estavam ruins.

Sehr sauber und ruhig. Nette Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter. Englisch teils etwas schwierig. Liegt naturlich etwas außerhalb, das hat uns aber nicht gestört und war uns bewusst. Auswahl für Vegetarier hätte beim Frühstück größer sein können, es gab immer nur einen Käse. Ansonsten war das Frühstück gut. Richtiger Saft hat leider auch gefehlt.

Arrived and was told we didn’t book a twin room (we did and was charged an additional fee at the hotel for a second person). This could have been avoided if they replied to the messages I sent 2 months prior asking for 2 single beds in the room.
Then the WiFi went down for the rest of my stay meaning all keycards in the hotel stopped working. This meant every time I needed to access my room I had to be escorted upstairs by a staff member to open it for me.
The water fountain was in the hallway of the room meaning if I left to get water in the night, the door would close and I had to go down to reception to get let back into my room.
The staff really tried but the overall experience was poor. Definitely not returning!

hotel was nice, bar staff was very friendly, wifi went down on the second day which affected all of the room keys which was a bit inconvenient for all which is the main reason i scored the hotel as okay,. pretty easy links to central milan which took around 20mins, local supermarket literally next door which is useful

Wenn man zum Fußball nach mailand fliegt , lage perfekt , zimmer werden nur alle 2 tage gereinigt ( sollte man vorher wissen ) und 3€ für eine kleine flasche wasser & 6€ für 1 flasche Moretti Abzocke absonsten 11€ fürs parken fair , personal sehr nett

Materasso non molto compatibile con la mia schiena, insalata al ristorante con negativo rapporto qualità prezzo. Pulizia delle camere e soprattutto di tazze bicchieri ecc migliorabile. La doccia non era pulitissima.
Servizio accoglienza ottimo, estetica dei locali ottima, bellissimo il servizio refill di acqua ai piani,a mio parere dovrebbe essere al centro del piano e non ad uno dei lati, ma almeno c’è.

There was rotting trim in the bathroom, the shower was poorly maintained or installed. Room service wasn't performed when it was promised and when the staff was informed they were rude. The room keys constantly (at least once a day) demagnetized even though we were careful to keep them away from other magnetic items.

It is a beautiful hotel , with a good breakfast , a nice man at the reception.
what they didn't tell up front is that you have to pay for a parking spot.
it is at least 30 min from the city , and nothing is really nearby
