Liked breakfast and friendly staff

The handsome boy who checked me in was very helpful and kind. The beautiful lady or checked me out was also pleasant! The chef and coffee maker was so cool and I will def be coming back in a couple of weeks because hotel was safe, room was nice bed was very comfortable and it’s right next to metro. Thankyou for such a lovely stay

Otel genel olarak fiyat performans açısından iyiydi. Konumu merkeze biraz uzaktı ancak Arca di Travertino metro durağına çok yakın olduğu için sorun olmadı. Ancak metro hafta içi akşam 21:00'e kadar çalıştığı için toplu taşıma konusunda sıkıntı yaşadım. Otel şirin bir villa şeklindeydi, temizlik ve hizmetten genel olarak memnun kaldım. Kahvaltı da fiyatına göre tatmin ediciydi. Özetle fiyat performans olarak başarılı bir oteldi.

Kellemes szállás, jó közlekedéssel. Finom éd változatos reggeli korlátlan tea és kávé fogyasztással. Egyedüli negatívum, hogy az ágyak kifejezetten rövidek voltak.

Una bellissima scoperta. Un hotel tranquillo, pulitissimo, con parcheggio privato gratuito e personale gentilissimo. La struttura è situata vicino alla Metro linea A, stazione Arco di Travertino e quindi da lì è possibile raggiungere i principali punti d'interesse della città. Colazione ottima (dolce e salata), asciugamani sostituiti ogni giorno, climatizzatore funzionante, presenza di pantofole usa e getta in camera, cura e attenzione ai minimi dettagli. Ci tornerermo sicuramente.

The staff was very welcoming. The front desk was very helpful in providing transportation choices since the hotel is close to metro and bus service. I would like to send a special thank you to ms Elena for resolving a reservation issue. I highly recommend this property to everyone. The breakfast buffet was savory and the cappuccino was excellent. I will definitely go back for a future stay. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My room was clean, staffs were very kind and friendly. Breakfast in good quality. Close from the metro station and there is a supermarket nearby too. I want to stay here again when I visit Rome in the future.

My second visit to Arco and I would certainly return. Staff very friendly particularly the girls at breakfast. Great location

There were mosquitos all over and my legs were bit 8 times just from my first night in the hotel room. The hotel is quite old and the rooms are quite run down. I dont think my sheets were changed before I checked in because i saw what appeared to be two pubic hairs on the sheets when i first opened the bed. The pillow sheets were yellow and stained. I had to place a towel on the pillow to sleep. There is also no air conditioning. I was happy with the breakfast though and the staff were very pleasant.

Check in was fast and easy. The air conditioning in our room was struggling to keep up.

Close to its name sake Metro, it’s slightly out of the city centre but with regular transport to get in and out of the city. Located near to Caffarella park if you are interested in running or letting the kids run wild. The complimentary breakfast was satisfying and the staff were very pleasant. The room was up to standard, clean and comfortable.

I highly recommend booking here if you are looking for good value and to stay a bit outside of the main city. It was a fantastic place with a quality room, great service, gorgeous property, and a lovely light breakfast. We chose this hotel because I knew we would get a metro pass anyway and it was 6-8 stops from the main tourist areas in Rome - plus we wanted to explore the via Appia Antica and Aquaduct parks nearby and this hotel is walking distance / a short bicycle ride to those parks. It was a great decision for that. It isn't as quiet as expected (being further out) because there is a train station and two main roads surrounding the hotel so at night we still heard traffic and sports celebrations - but nothing earplugs didn't fix. The actual hotel is surrounded by a big fence and has gorgeous grounds and gardens. We were assigned room 40 and to our delight, it was a penthouse-style suite on the top floor with no other adjacent rooms, it had a huge terrace and 360 views of the neighbourhood which was really special. The access to that room is up a tight spiral staircase so not ideal for big suitcases or those with mobility needs, but we only had backpacks so it was fine for us and we were so grateful for our luck at being given that room without asking or knowing. The staff were all so friendly and kind. The housekeeping was beyond expectations. The cafe italiano and cafe americanos were delicious. I hope to stay there again without question someday!

Muito boa. Hotel a uma quadro do metro. E o metro de Roma é muito bom. Proximo a mercado e restaurantes. Café da manhã saboroso. Indico e voltaria

In der Nähe von Ubahn und Busstationen. Freundliches und nettes Personal. Leider sehr hellhörige Zimmer. Kleines überschaubares basic-Frühstücksbuffet. Wer nur eine Kleinigkeit braucht, passt es. Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber gut gehalten und sauber.
