Alloggio pulito, soggiorno buono. Esperienza già fatta in precedenti soggiorni, migliorie dei servizi esterni riguardo docce. Piscine da ripristinare idromassaggi non funzionanti, grotte di sale più pulite, personale bagnini interno ed esterno presente, operatrici cure termali, fanghi e massaggi, TOP, cordialità da parte del personale ristorazione, receptionist e direzione sanitaria top. Consiglio il soggiorno ad amici, parentibe conoscenti, la location è mozzafiato, relax e pace regnano immersi nella natura accerchiati dai colli Euganei.

Mobili bagno scadenti con pezzi di legno mancanti o rotti. Formiche in bagno viste in piu giorni . Stipite della porta del bagno rotto , luce stanza ingresso bruciata. Troppo caldo di notte.
Nulla da dire per la colazione e i servizi termali e il parco per un 4 stelle che seppur datato mantiene efficienti. Migliorabile la manutenzione insomma.

Pros… the pools were great! Breakfast was subpar but if u went to the sister hotel next door “Majestic “ it was much better. Cons: they allow dogs at this hotel. we had a small dog yapping in the room next door at various times. Then there was a larger dog somewhere also barking. Complaining to management did nothing. Also if ure room is at end of hall the wi-fi is spotty if non-existent. The rooms and hotel was very clean, but the walls are paper thin between the rooms. For the price it was a good value in spite of the cons and the location was excellent for day tripping.

Salve a tutti ho prenotato una domenica sono arrivato il. Pomeriggio le piscini erano svuotate se volevi fare un bagno dovevi andare per i pargheggi in accappatoi non hanno avisato e dopo tutto questa problematica non honno nemeno fatto sconto metto 1 stella perche 0 non esiste poveretti

Brutta esperienza. In camera (ho il video) il quadro elettrico vibra, la maniglia per andare nel balcone è mezza staccata e in generale molte cose sono un po rotte/riparate male. ma sopratutto, non so se sia un caso sfortunato o no, lo staff del bistrot ci ha bistrattato.
La parte delle terme è invece condivisa con l'altro albergo del resort e mi è piaciuto molto, così come la vista dal balcone molto bella.
Ma non può succedere che lo staff ci fa accomodare per un toast e dopo 1h e mezza, anche se avevamo fatto presente che eravamo lì da tanto, serve clienti appena arrivati e noi ancora ad aspettare.

Habitaciones antiguas, les falta una reforma. El ruido del aire acondicionado/calefacción insoportable. Desayuno muy bueno y variado. La gente de recepción muy amable y atenta.
