Leider können wir das Hotel 0,0 empfehlen, woher die 5 Sterne kommen ist uns ein Rätsel.
- Heizung funktioniert nicht
- keine Decken im Zimmer (nur Lacken wie bei 40 grad)
- Wäschesäcke werden vor die Zimmer geschmissen vor Bettwechsel
- Frühstück (Eierspeisen alle kalt, Pancakes etc.)
- Rezeption gibt keine sinnvollen Informationen.
- checkout 10:00 man kann kaum frühstücken.
- wir hatten eine Junior Suite gebucht jedoch war das Zimmer uralt es roch nicht gut, alle schränke die wir öffnet rochen schlecht.
Für 2 Tage 620€ für sowas tut schon sehr weh…
0,0 empfehlenswert würden auch niemals wieder kommen.

I recently stayed at the Grand Relais, and while the property itself was in good condition, my overall experience was disappointing. For one, the hotel is very expensive—three drinks cost me a staggering 99 euros. The dinner service was particularly poor. On my first night, I ordered a steak that came out rare, and they attempted to cook it at the table using a stone. However, the stone wasn't hot enough, so it took ages to cook, and eventually, I sent it back, only to receive an overcooked, well-done steak in return.
Housekeeping was generally okay, but I found it frustrating that they didn’t replace the gowns unless specifically asked, and they didn’t mop the floors. The hard marble flooring meant my feet were constantly dirty from walking around the room.
As for the staff, they were superficially polite, with a few exceptions, but overall, the service lacked warmth or genuine hospitality. Given the high cost and lacklustre service, I would not stay here again.

This property is very well located with superb views of the see and coast line.
It is very clean and well kept. The restaurant is nicely laid out with an amazing view from most of the tables, inside and on its outside terrasse.
The staff is friendly and efficient, and the rooms are spacious and very well cleaned twice every day.
The pool area, although small, is wonderful and also has amazing views.
The downsides are: no gym, no spa and no exercise area except for the pool.
It is also an expensive hotel, among the very expensive ones in the area, but with less aménités than other properties close by (no spa, no gym…). The room rates should be adjusted accordingly.

Staff very friendly especially in restaurant, housekeeping kindly stored my dog's food for the day as early checkout at 10am with ferry at 930pm.Reception couldnt store due to covid rules. Dog not allowed anywhere in the hotel except in your room - ie pool, restaurant or beach but upgraded to suite with garden which was nice. Hotel Supplied mat and dog bowls. Bottle of champagne as gift. Definitely not 5 star compared to other 5 star hotels stayed in but was lovely quiet area

Zuallererst möchte ich das wahnsinnig tolle Personal loben. Ohne ihre Arbeit, würde diese Bewertung anders ausfallen. Wir haben uns total liebevoll betreut gefühlt, jeder machbare Wunsch, wurde erfüllt.
Zuerst - dieses Hotel ist mit 5 Sternen bewertet, wer aber Luxus kennt und sucht, ist hier falsch. Wer aber Ruhe möchte und keine himmelhohen Erwartungen hat (so wie wir sie hatten), der findet hier das was er sucht.
Der Pool ist leider sehr dreckig. Der Boden des Pools ist schmutzig und schlecht gestrichen, die Fliegen und Mücken wurden den ganzen
Tag nicht entfernt auf der Wasseroberfläche. Auf die Toiletten am Poolbereich unter dem Restaurant, sollte man nicht gehen. Hier wird (von wohl weniger pingeligen Gästen) geduscht und anschließend alles liegen gelassen - Handtücher, Haare, Kosmetiktücher. Das Personal hat das wohl nicht gesehen.
Die Zimmer sind klein. Wenn man denn ein normales Zimmer bucht. Es gibt einen sehr alten Föhn, keine Regendusche, sondern eine Duschwanne mit Vorhang, eine Badezimmerbelüftung, die jedem Rockkonzert lautstärketechnisch Konkurrenz macht, das Bett ist nicht bequem, wirklich nicht. Einen Ganzkorperspiegel sucht man ebenfalls vergebens, unser Fernseher musste repariert werden (es regnete und bei regen gibt es leider keine Überdachungen draussen)
Das Frühstück war ok, aber es gibt sehr viele Wespen. Eines ist aber unschlagbar - der Sonnenuntergang und Blick aus den Doppelzimmern. (Achtung - aus den Suiten hat man keinen Ausblick!)

It’s s great location to be able to explore Costa Smeraldo, but you will need a car. Hotel has a private beach, 5 min walk down with little cafe there too! The rooms are lovely, very clean modern bathrooms. Food is also amazing and generous. Great friendly professional service from all the team.

Dog not allowed anywhere in the hotel except in your room - ie pool, restaurant or beach but upgraded to suite with garden which was nice. Hotel Supplied mat and dog bowls. Bottle of champagne as gift. Definitely not 5 star compared to other 5 star hotels stayed in but was lovely quiet area

Zuallererst möchte ich das wahnsinnig tolle Personal loben. Ohne ihre Arbeit, würde diese Bewertung anders ausfallen. Wir haben uns total liebevoll betreut gefühlt, jeder machbare Wunsch, wurde erfüllt.
Zuerst - dieses Hotel ist mit 5 Sternen bewertet, wer aber Luxus kennt und sucht, ist hier falsch. Wer aber Ruhe möchte und keine himmelhohen Erwartungen hat (so wie wir sie hatten), der findet hier das was er sucht.
Der Pool ist leider sehr dreckig. Der Boden des Pools ist schmutzig und schlecht gestrichen, die Fliegen und Mücken wurden den ganzen
Tag nicht entfernt auf der Wasseroberfläche. Auf die Toiletten am Poolbereich unter dem Restaurant, sollte man nicht gehen. Hier wird (von wohl weniger pingeligen Gästen) geduscht und anschließend alles liegen gelassen - Handtücher, Haare, Kosmetiktücher. Das Personal hat das wohl nicht gesehen.
Die Zimmer sind klein. Wenn man denn ein normales Zimmer bucht. Es gibt einen sehr alten Föhn, keine Regendusche, sondern eine Duschwanne mit Vorhang, eine Badezimmerbelüftung, die jedem Rockkonzert lautstärketechnisch Konkurrenz macht, das Bett ist nicht bequem, wirklich nicht. Einen Ganzkorperspiegel sucht man ebenfalls vergebens, unser Fernseher musste repariert werden (es regnete und bei regen gibt es leider keine Überdachungen draussen)
Das Frühstück war ok, aber es gibt sehr viele Wespen. Eines ist aber unschlagbar - der Sonnenuntergang und Blick aus den Doppelzimmern. (Achtung - aus den Suiten hat man keinen Ausblick!)

It’s s great location to be able to explore Costa Smeraldo, but you will need a car. Hotel has a private beach, 5 min walk down with little cafe there too! The rooms are lovely, very clean modern bathrooms. Food is also amazing and generous. Great friendly professional service from all the team.
