Great room albeit a bit more furniture would have made it more comfortable- ie seating for 3 people not 2 since since we have a room that apparently would have slept 4…. , great view, amazing breakfasts and lovely helpful staff. Only other point would be the amenities which were attached to the wall and not as luxurious as i would have expected for a hotel at this level so this let it down. Nice location on outskirts with a welcome walk back after dinner.

You can not get better than Bel Air. The staff truly cares about your stay. The rooms absolutely perfect, (Americans like me) AC works so well. The morning breakfast buffet was more than enough and extremely tasteful! Thank you for having us and we hope to be back again

The views from my balcony were amazing. The hotel was clean, and the pool was cold, and the free breakfast was delicious. My one issue was there wasn't a shuttle option into the city center, so we had to walk 20 minutes each way and the hotel is up a hill. Otherwise, everything was great!

We stayed at this hotel for six nights. The location and sea view are absolutely stunning and were the highlight of our stay. The housekeeping staff were consistently kind, polite, and helpful, despite what appeared to be a difficult working environment. Unfortunately, our experience with the management and front desk was the exact opposite. They were consistently rude, dismissive, argumentative, and unwelcoming. Not once during our stay did we feel genuinely welcomed. The hotel also seems determined to charge extra for almost everything. Need ice? €10 service charge. We also asked for drinking water and were told they could provide two cans, but they would simply be deducted from our daily housekeeping water allowance. It felt unnecessarily petty. The centrally controlled air conditioning was another major issue. The room never became cool enough, and when we raised the concern, the manager simply said, quite bluntly, “That’s how it is.” We eventually had to request a fan just to sleep comfortably. What bothered us most was witnessing management speak to housekeeping staff in a raised, degrading manner on more than one occasion. In summary: beautiful location and incredible views, but these positives were overshadowed by an arrogant, disrespectful management team and poor customer service. We would not stay here again.

El lugar está divino; un poco lejos para caminar necesitas taxi siempre. El beach club es un muelle y está muy lejos. La piscina divina y la vista inmejorable. Las habitaciones muy amplias. El personal todos muy atentos menos una ya grande que estaba como amargada. Las jóvenes muy lindas y amables. Al igual que los del restaurante y delicioso!

The views from the hotel of the Gulf of Naples were incredible. Could have sat on the balcony for days and looked out at them. The breakfast was also a highlight - the a'la carte menu was much appreciated, and dishes came out cooked as requested. We had a sea view from our room, and it did not disappoint. However, the room was clearly under the carpark or potentially the road, and in the evenings the noise from the road / cars was very evident. I guess this is the compromise for effectively building a hotel on a cliff! We recognised the issue after the first night, but as we were only there for a short stay (two nights) didn't think it was such a big issue to request a room change. Apart from the noise from above, the room itself was lovely, and had everything we needed. We very much enjoyed utilising the private path down and back to the marina, but recognise it is not for everyone if mobility is limited or steps are not your friend. Overall, would recommend this hotel. The view is insane, the staff are friendly and helpful and the breakfast alone is worth staying the night.

Very impressed with the cleanliness, the professionalism of the staff, and the view from our seaside balcony! We stayed here for our honeymoon and it felt extremely Romantic. The breakfast was top notch and the beach club was really great for breaking up the excursion days!

A beautiful property with stunning views. The staff were always very helpful and attentive. We enjoyed the included robes and slippers. Breakfast included fresh and well prepared products although it was a little restrictive. There was plenty available to start your day though. Overall a great place to stay.

Our stay was magnificent. Truly top-notch in so many ways. We appreciated how clean and comfortable the facilities were. Staff were the kindest and helpful I’ve had anywhere in the world. We especially enjoyed the pool and stairs down to the beach and marina where we ate several meals. The hotel restaurant was another highlight, especially the complimentary breakfast. We also joined for dinner which was elevated with exceptionally attentive and accommodating service. Two small negatives - water is provided sparingly, we wished there was an ability to fill up a cup or bottle ourselves as needed. Also, a couple moments seemed like the staff was too involved and we’d prefer slightly fewer touch points, but that’s just the kind of travelers we are. Finally, the views and balconies are divine and we opted to stay-in our final day instead of visiting Capri. We would return again and I would recommend to travelers who can afford it.

The Belair is one of he most gorgeous hotels we have stayed at. Our room had an amazing view of the Sorrento coast, the breakfast was fantastic and the service all around was indeed 5 stars. The location was just a short walk out of town, but I would recommend this location for your stay as it gives you the views as you sit higher above the coast.

We loved our honeymoon stay at Belair! The staff is so welcoming, they make you feel at home. Breakfast was one of the highlights: great selection (both buffet and à la carte menu), some delicious pastries. The hotel is a 15-20 minute walk away from the busy downtown area, so it feels more peaceful and calm. The views are unbeatable, the property is well maintained - highly recommend!

This hotel was a dreamy slice of paradise! Each staff member of the hotel and restaurant were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. The views and sunsets are stunning, and my room always felt cool and comfortable. It’s a short and easy walk into the town plaza for shopping and dining. We stayed 4 unforgettable nights at Hotel Belair in Sorrento, and the entire experience was absolutely unbelievable from beginning to end. Our room had one of the most breathtaking views we have ever experienced — overlooking the sea, the beautiful city on the high cliffs, and the magical coastline that felt like a dream every single morning and evening. The room itself was elegant, spotless, and beautifully decorated. The ceramic details throughout the hotel and rooms were absolutely stunning and added such an authentic Italian charm and luxury feel. The breakfast included with the room was truly exceptional — fresh, delicious, and with an incredible variety every morning. On our first night, we decided to have dinner at the hotel restaurant, and the food was so outstanding that we actually canceled reservations we had at other restaurants just so we could continue dining at the hotel. Every meal was excellent. What made our stay even more special was the incredible team. We want to especially thank Stephania and Maria at the front desk for their warmth, professionalism, and kindness throughout our stay. A special compliment also goes to Francesco and all of the wonderful ladies and assistants serving in the restaurant — the hospitality was first-class and genuinely heartfelt. This hotel delivers luxury, beauty, comfort, and service at the highest level. Yes, it is a pricey hotel, but if you can budget for it, it is absolutely worth every euro and truly one of the best.

Excellent hotel with an amazing view across the Gulf of Naples to Mt, Vesuvius. There is no direct beach access. There are stairs leading down to sea level - a bit of a back street setting. There is collaboration with a beach club, so there is access but it needs to be booked free of charge. Excellent breakfast. A 1.2 km walk to Sorrento centre. Highly recommended hotel.

Aamiainen kuului hintaan tällä kertaa, mutta jos erikseen sen joutuisi maksamaan niin kyllä 60€/ hlö on aivan liikaa siitä. Sijainti rauhallinen ja kävellen keskustan alueelle vain n. 15 min. Liikenne haittaa melun/tärinän muodossa ainakin huonetta 116, varokaa sitä. Romanttinen huone oli hiukan kalliimpi, mutta erona vain parvekekalusteet. No ne kyllä näytti olevan jokaisella parvekkeella mitä reunahuoneestamme näkyi.
