Nice little cozy hotel in a great location. The rooms are comfortable and clean with a big bathroom. Ericka was always nice and friendly; she gave us good recommendations about restaurants and the city. We had a great time staying there.

Bạn sẽ được yêu cầu thanh toán cho nơi lưu trú các khoản phí sau. Phí có thể bao gồm các loại thuế hiện hành:

- Nơi lưu trú này nhận thanh toán bằng thẻ tín dụng và tiền mặt
- Nơi lưu trú giữ quyền xác thực trước thẻ tín dụng trước khi khách đến nơi.
- Trang thiết bị an toàn tại nơi lưu trú bao gồm bình cứu hỏa, máy phát hiện khói, hệ thống an ninh, hộp sơ cứu và thanh chắn cửa sổ
Nơi lưu trú này có dịch vụ đưa đón từ sân bay (có thể áp dụng phụ phí). Khách phải liên hệ với nơi lưu trú để thông báo chi tiết thời gian đến trước khi khởi hành bằng thông tin liên hệ trong xác nhận đặt phòng. Giờ hoạt động hàng ngày của quầy tiếp tân từ 8:00 đến 20:00. Để sắp xếp nhận phòng, vui lòng liên hệ với nơi lưu trú tối thiểu 24 giờ trước khi đến bằng thông tin liên lạc trong xác nhận đặt phòng. Nếu dự định đến nơi sau 18:00 vui lòng thông báo trước với nơi lưu trú bằng thông tin liên lạc trong xác nhận đặt phòng. Khách dự định đến ngoài giờ nhận phòng thông thường sẽ nhận được email có hướng dẫn nhận phòng và mã ra vào 24 giờ trước khi đến. Nhân viên tiếp tân chỉ phục vụ trong giờ làm việc theo quy định.

O hotel e confortavel e a localizacao excelente. Porem como chegamos depois das 20 horas e não havia ninguém na recepção, houve uma falha nas instruções para encontrarmos a chave do quarto. Disseram que a chave estaria em uma caixa vermelha na recepção. Perdemos bastante tempo procurando esta caixa vermelha. Depois de muito tempo, descobrimos que a chave estava em uma caixa preta com um ponto vermelho, junto a porta de entrada. Havia mais tres caixas pretas com pontos de outras cores. Deveriam ter informado que a caixa estava junto a porta de entrada.

A portaria não funciona 24h, isso pode ser um problema. Eu cheguei às 8 no local pois recebi um e-mail que a portaria estaria aberta às 8.
Fiquei por mais de uma hora do lado de fora aguardando o hotel abrir.
A atendente se desculpou, e nos deu um voucher de café da manhã de cortesia, foi gentil. O hotel tem boa acomodação e boa localização. Pra quem não busca um mega conforto e busca por custo benefício, é uma boa escolha.

It was our first time to Rome and she spent alot of time pointing out the best way to visit the City and in what order, pointing out restaurants and extra experiences along the way. Customer service was the positive about staying at this hotel. Unfortunately the photos of the rooms were not accurate. Quite a basic plain room which was missing essentials such as a box of tissues, while the layout in the bathroom was not functional. There were two occasions when your towel falls off the rack it will land in the toilet bowl.

Compared to other hotels I stayed during this trip in Venice, Florenece and London this is very average. No breakfast included, the smell of the hotel is old..we stayed in the room next to the reception and it is extremely noise. I had to say the staff very attentive, moreover the lady from Ukraine, very helpful and attentive!

The rooms do not look as advertised. Plus the room is in serious need of renovations and proper updates. The showers had mold and the lack of daylight just feels depressing. The one good thing they have going for them is the great welcoming service we received from Cristina in the front desk. If it wasn’t for her help this hotel would have been a complete disaster. Not to mention they still use actual keys for the rooms.
