Hotel Miramare

Hotelli sijaitsee loistavalla paikalla, lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä meten rannasta. Henkilökunta on pääosin tosi mukavaa ja ystävällistä. Siihen valitettavasti oli hyvät puolet. Hotelli on jäänyt pahasti viime vuosituhannelle: tilat kaipaavat kovasti päivitystä. Huoneemme wc/suihku on todella huonosti suunniteltu: suihkukopissa on joku kotelo keskellä suohkukoppia, minkä vuoksi suihkuun ei oikein mahdu. Putkisto jatkuvasti tukossa. Aamupala melko olematon: pari hedelmävaihtoehtoa, pari leipävaihtoehtoa, pari juustovaihtoehtoa, pari makkaravaihtoehtoa. Useita keksejä, ja hilloja. Ilmeisesti vain yksi kahvikuppi/ihminen. Kylmäsäilytettävät ruuat lämpiminä, toivottavasti kukaan ei sairastu.

We stayed here hoping it would be a good choice after reading some of the reviews, however we had a few issues. The hotel itself is very dated. The showers are really small, I had to hold the shower head as it wouldn’t rest in its holder. I asked for this be looked at but no one came throughout a 3 night stay. The beds are horrendous. It would have been more comfortable to sleep on the floor. They make so much noise when you’re turning during the night that it keeps waking you thinking that someone is in the room. Breakfast was very limited, we were completely ignored by the staff that I practically had to walk into the kitchen to ask for a drink. Even then I was hardly acknowledged. It was so bad that we decided not to eat there for the remainder of our trip. The car park that is recommended by the hotel is right next door. You have to give your keys to the receptionist when you have parked up as it’s a private car park and they may need to move your car to allow residences to park. Whilst we were there they had a builder working on the roof of the car park. He was smashing the plaster from the ceiling causing it to break on the floor and hit everything in a 5 mile radius. I have no idea how our rental car had no damage!?! They could have at least moved the car out of the way, they insisted on having the keys! The location itself was great…2 minute walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Ferry port 10-15 minute walk away.

Instalações muito antigas. Banheiro com box extremamente pequeno. Só entrando de lado.

Atendentes atenciosos, ambiente limpo, cafe da manhã variado, boa localização, onibus quase em frente. Travesseiros não eram confortaveis. No geral muito bom!

Camere pulite e personale gentile , la posizione è ottima a pochi metri dal mare

Besviken på ett 4 stjärnigt hotell! Tråkig frukost med personalen därtill. Dålig städning på rum och allmänna utrymme. Fördel - nära till havet

Overall, we give this property 2 stars. Starting with the Pros, it is very conveniently located to shops, markets, restaurants, taxi stations, ferry stations, and boat tours. At night there are many activities around the hotel such as karaoke, live music, local vendors, outdoor concerts, etc. The only good thing to say about the room is that the a/c worked well. Other than that, rooms are old (we got a family room and a double), worn out, have moldy bathrooms, the hallway light foes not work, etc. As for staff, they don't like being asked questions. The evening lobby receptionist is the worst one. If you are driving a car...good luck, they themselves don't know how to operate the parking lot gates. In summary, you definitely don't get what you pay for. My suggestion, don't stay here. Book way ahead of time since this area is very popular. My mistake was to wait to the last minute and all that was left was this. I should have spent a little more to stay in a better hotel in Amalfi or Tovere.

Free wine & soft drinks were a welcome touch

Excellent rooms, friendly staff however air conditioning was marginal and mgt didn’t do what was needed to improve poor AC

Nice area, easy to walk everywhere. No doors, walls for.shower in bathroom so water goes.everywhere... Also, smell of toilet is constant in bathroom wich at one point it goes all over, disgusting.

Localização ótima, mas colchão duro!!

Hotel proposto come 4 stelle , ma non corrisponde a vero,al massimo gli darei 2,5 stelle.Colazione inclusa ma sarebbe stato meglio dire che la colazione è scadente e di bassissima qualità. Struttura vecchia e non tenuta bene peccato perché ben ubicato e strutturato bene per poter offrire un buon servizio.Non mi dilungo su altri aspetti tutti negativi sopratutto perché uno che prenota un 4 stelle si aspetta un hotel decente e con una colazione degna di questo nome. Non lo cosiglio!

Ho soggiornato per una notte in questa struttura, mi hanno dato una camera sull’attico. Favoloso il terrazzo panoramico.

Hotellet ligger fantastikst bra med närhet till bad, restauranger och inte minst bussen som tar dig mellan orterna på kusten. Vår AC kunde vi ej styra själv då fjärrkontrollen var borta (fanns ingen att uppbringa på 8 dagar) och gick endast på maxläge och kändes som att sova utomhus mitt i vintern. Fick först rum på 4:e vån utan balkong etc. Lite svårt att torka badkläser, men vi fick byta. Kan rekommendera rum på vån 1. Frukosten var ok, men man satt i en källare som borde få lite ny färg på väggarna. Trevlig personal med glimten i ögat. Läget gjorde allt. Hotellet har så mycket potential att bli ännu bättre.
