Positivo: vista incrível para o Monte Mônaco; boa localização perto da área central com a praia e restaurantes (caminhada de 10 min); bom café da manhã, atendentes prestativos e simpáticos; quarto/banheiro espaçoso, limpo e confortável; tem elevador e um solarium com bar e jacuzzi. Negativo: apenas 1 dos dias houve falha na limpeza do quarto e troca das toalhas; estacionamento no local é pago e caro, não tendo muitas opções gratuitas na rua; café da manhã poderia ter mais opções, embora o que tinha fosse muito gostoso.

Wonderful service staff. The front desk allowed us to check in early so we could nap before starting our first day in Sicily, as San Vito Lo Capo was our first stop. Balcony was a nice addition so we could dry our swim clothes after a day at the beach. Parking is at an extra cost and was a bit tricky because it is not really a whole parking lot, just a small empty area right next to the entrance of the hotel. It was very booked that day, so the parking was pretty full, but the staff was so helpful with guiding us to put our car in. Easy to walk around, felt safe. Wish we could have taken advantage of the rooftop solarium but we were only there one day.

Very clean, tidy. Decent breakfast. Walkable to beach/downtown. Bus stop around corner. European shower did not have a door so water made w/r floor a bit wet, otherwise great experience.

Wellnessbereich nicht genutzt Zimmer zwar sauber jedoch kennt man wohl kein Putzmittel für Armaturen. Immer sehr fleckig. Schon am Anreisetag! Verschmierte Dusche Glas nicht trocken gewischt. Täglich frische Handtücher wenn man das wünscht. Gut funktionierende Klimaanlage. Sonnenschutz auf Balkon unbrauchbar. Kühlschrank kühlt nicht richtig. Wir haben dann täglich Eiswürfel gekauft um die Getränke kalt zu bekommen. Zimmergröße ausreichend Balkon mit 2 Stühlen und Miniaturtischchen. Innen nur ein Stuhl vorhanden. Frühstück: Guter Kaffee aus Siebträgermaschine, viele Teesorten, viele süße Lebensmittel, keine Fruchtsäfte, nur mit Zuckerwasser gestreckte Nektare (Ananas, Blutorange, ?), frisches Obst ( Pfirsich, Nektarinen, Honigmelone, Wassermelone, Kaktusfeigen, Ananas täglich wechselnd 3 Sorten), 1-2 verschiedene Kuchen, gefüllte Croissant mit Schoko und Aprikose, Croissant ohne Füllung, verschiedene Süssgebäcke, Wasser mit und ohne Kohlensäure, Joghurt aus dem Kühlautomaten (seeeehr süß) zwei Sirupfruchtsorten und eine Schokosoße zum weiteren süßen mit Geschmack, zwei Cerialien (Kellogs o.ä.) drei Sorten salziges Frühstück ( Salami, gekochter Schinken, Käse) Rührei, Speck (meistens kalt) ab 2. Tag dann frisch zubereitet, Brot nur Toast, Grill zum Toasten oder überbacken vorhanden, Butter. The good: great walkable location and clean rooms. The not-so-good: our room (101) was right by the lobby and so loud. We got woken up in the middle of the night because the front desk person was blasting an action movie, and in the morning we could hear every single conversation and person walking in and out. On top of that, we paid extra for a hot tub, but the controls didn’t even work. A couple other things to know: you’re not allowed to bring in your own drinks (not even water), and parking is super limited and really tight. Overall, nice location and cleanliness, but the noise and policies made the stay frustrating.

Déçu par cet établissement, nous avions des fourmis par tout dans la chambre et le pommeau de douche était cassé. Les deux jacuzzi sur la terrasse étaient très sales. (Je précise eau jaune et mousse verte) Donc impossible d’en profiter. Le petit déjeuner catastrophique! Avoir des fruits pas mûres et des croissants congelés sans aucun goût.. quel gâchis. Quand j’ai informée l’accueil que le petit déjeuner était lamentable on m’as répondu « d’accord. » L’hotel est à 1km de la plage à pied. Aux alentours de l’hôtel c’est sale il y a des poubelles par terre et de la mauvaise herbe qui envahie le trottoir qui empêche toute circulation, je ne comprends pas comment c’est possible de laisser ça dans cet état même si ça ne fais pas parti de l’hôtel on passe tous par là pour accéder à l’entrée de l’hôtel. Très cher pour une structure médiocre et des services inexistants.

Got there a little early and was asked to wait about an hour before checking in. The hotel is very new and clean which I liked however the distance to the beach is a good 15 minute walk. Not many amenities for a hotel, also the whirlpool wasn’t working. Nice hotel manager but the other receptionist was very cold and not welcoming. She barely said bye to us when we finished paying.

Il Sundeck Hotel San Vito è un hotel molto comodo, pulito e situato in una zona strategica. L'hotel è a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e dal centro città, ed è facilmente accessibile da tutti i mezzi di trasporto. Le camere sono spaziose e confortevoli, e sono dotate di tutti i servizi necessari per un soggiorno piacevole. Il personale dell'hotel è molto gentile e disponibile, e sempre pronto ad aiutare gli ospiti. In particolare, il personale della reception e del bar è stato molto cortese e disponibile. Hanno sempre fornito informazioni utili e si sono adoperati per risolvere eventuali problemi. Nel complesso, il Sundek Hotel San Vito è un'ottima scelta per un soggiorno a San Vito lo Capo.

The Hotel has the nicest staff and is very forthcoming. As my partner and I intended to take a beach vacation, we underestimated the distance to the beach, as it was a 15 minute walk and when it’s this hot, it might not be for everybody. The Hotel is very well equipped and modern. We liked our stay there.

Bei der Ankunft wurden wir vorgewarnt, dass es 30 min dauern kann bis die Klimaanlage kühlt. Dies geschah nach 3h leider nicht. Das Personal war 3 mal im Zimmer. Um 1 Uhr in der Nacht wurden wir in ein anderes Zimmer im Erdgeschoss gebracht, wo die Klimaanlage normal funktionierte. Am folgenden Tag (11 Uhr) wurden wir darum gebeten ins erste Zimmer zurückzuziehen (die hätten die Klimaanlage die ganze Nacht an gelassen), obwohl die Klimaanlage nicht richtig funktionierte und es noch zu warm war um schlafen zu können. Es wurde erst behauptet, dass alle Zimmer im Erdgeschoss (wohl superior) ausgebucht sind. 10 min später hieß es wir dürfen da bleiben, nur wenn wir die Differenz bezahlen würden. Insgesamt eine sehr schlechte und unfreundliche Erfahrung. Am Ende blieben wir in einem Zimmer, wo die Sonne am Nachmittag nicht ins Zimmer schien und dadurch weniger heiß im Zimmer war.

Excellent property! We had a superior room with a private terrace and hot tub which was fantastic. The rooftop terrace also had 2 hot tubs and a bar with fantastic views. The full hotel felt very new, fresh, modern and very clean. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Alberto, at breakfast and in the bar was, in particular, a real treasure to the hotel. He was always so hard working, always smiling and couldn't have made our stay any more special. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The good: great walkable location and clean rooms. The not-so-good: our room (101) was right by the lobby and so loud. We got woken up in the middle of the night because the front desk person was blasting an action movie, and in the morning we could hear every single conversation and person walking in and out. On top of that, we paid extra for a hot tub, but the controls didn’t even work. A couple other things to know: you’re not allowed to bring in your own drinks (not even water), and parking is super limited and really tight. Overall, nice location and cleanliness, but the noise and policies made the stay frustrating.

Positivo: vista incrível para o Monte Mônaco; boa localização perto da área central com a praia e restaurantes (caminhada de 10 min); bom café da manhã, atendentes prestativos e simpáticos; quarto/banheiro espaçoso, limpo e confortável; tem elevador e um solarium com bar e jacuzzi. Negativo: apenas 1 dos dias houve falha na limpeza do quarto e troca das toalhas; estacionamento no local é pago e caro, não tendo muitas opções gratuitas na rua; café da manhã poderia ter mais opções, embora o que tinha fosse muito gostoso.

Wonderful service staff. The front desk allowed us to check in early so we could nap before starting our first day in Sicily, as San Vito Lo Capo was our first stop. Balcony was a nice addition so we could dry our swim clothes after a day at the beach. Parking is at an extra cost and was a bit tricky because it is not really a whole parking lot, just a small empty area right next to the entrance of the hotel. It was very booked that day, so the parking was pretty full, but the staff was so helpful with guiding us to put our car in. Easy to walk around, felt safe. Wish we could have taken advantage of the rooftop solarium but we were only there one day.

Déçu par cet établissement, nous avions des fourmis par tout dans la chambre et le pommeau de douche était cassé. Les deux jacuzzi sur la terrasse étaient très sales. (Je précise eau jaune et mousse verte) Donc impossible d’en profiter. Le petit déjeuner catastrophique! Avoir des fruits pas mûres et des croissants congelés sans aucun goût.. quel gâchis. Quand j’ai informée l’accueil que le petit déjeuner était lamentable on m’as répondu « d’accord. » L’hotel est à 1km de la plage à pied. Aux alentours de l’hôtel c’est sale il y a des poubelles par terre et de la mauvaise herbe qui envahie le trottoir qui empêche toute circulation, je ne comprends pas comment c’est possible de laisser ça dans cet état même si ça ne fais pas parti de l’hôtel on passe tous par là pour accéder à l’entrée de l’hôtel. Très cher pour une structure médiocre et des services inexistants.

Very clean, tidy. Decent breakfast. Walkable to beach/downtown. Bus stop around corner. European shower did not have a door so water made w/r floor a bit wet, otherwise great experience.

Got there a little early and was asked to wait about an hour before checking in. The hotel is very new and clean which I liked however the distance to the beach is a good 15 minute walk. Not many amenities for a hotel, also the whirlpool wasn’t working. Nice hotel manager but the other receptionist was very cold and not welcoming. She barely said bye to us when we finished paying.

L'hotel è a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e dal centro città, ed è facilmente accessibile da tutti i mezzi di trasporto. Le camere sono spaziose e confortevoli, e sono dotate di tutti i servizi necessari per un soggiorno piacevole. Il personale dell'hotel è molto gentile e disponibile, e sempre pronto ad aiutare gli ospiti. In particolare, il personale della reception e del bar è stato molto cortese e disponibile. The Hotel has the nicest staff and is very forthcoming. As my partner and I intended to take a beach vacation, we underestimated the distance to the beach, as it was a 15 minute walk and when it’s this hot, it might not be for everybody. The Hotel is very well equipped and modern. We liked our stay there.

Bei der Ankunft wurden wir vorgewarnt, dass es 30 min dauern kann bis die Klimaanlage kühlt. Dies geschah nach 3h leider nicht. Das Personal war 3 mal im Zimmer. Um 1 Uhr in der Nacht wurden wir in ein anderes Zimmer im Erdgeschoss gebracht, wo die Klimaanlage normal funktionierte. Am folgenden Tag (11 Uhr) wurden wir darum gebeten ins erste Zimmer zurückzuziehen (die hätten die Klimaanlage die ganze Nacht an gelassen), obwohl die Klimaanlage nicht richtig funktionierte und es noch zu warm war um schlafen zu können. Es wurde erst behauptet, dass alle Zimmer im Erdgeschoss (wohl superior) ausgebucht sind. 10 min später hieß es wir dürfen da bleiben, nur wenn wir die Differenz bezahlen würden. Insgesamt eine sehr schlechte und unfreundliche Erfahrung. Am Ende blieben wir in einem Zimmer, wo die Sonne am Nachmittag nicht ins Zimmer schien und dadurch weniger heiß im Zimmer war.

Excellent property! We had a superior room with a private terrace and hot tub which was fantastic. The rooftop terrace also had 2 hot tubs and a bar with fantastic views. The full hotel felt very new, fresh, modern and very clean. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Alberto, at breakfast and in the bar was, in particular, a real treasure to the hotel. He was always so hard working, always smiling and couldn't have made our stay any more special. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
