Everything was great

Lovely place to stay, right in the middle of town with beautiful views of the mountains. The hotel owners were very kind and let us leave our car while we walked the Alta via 1. Breakfast was nice.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Bathrooms have been newly renovated and breakfast was plentiful and delicious

While the hotel offered a mildly comfortable stay, there were a few areas where it fell short. The location was convenient, and the staff was friendly. However, the bed was uncomfortable, the Wi-Fi was unreliable, and the noise from the street made it difficult to sleep at times. The aesthetic was very dated and dark. The breakfast was very basic. Overall, it was a decent stay, but I would expect more for the price.

Das Hotel ist insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber dennoch sauber und insgesamt in einem Zustand. Die ältere „Herrin“ des Hauses verhält sich auch leider so. Man wird in einem strengen Ton angegangen, wenn man Fragen hat. Auf die Frage, ob man im Saunabereich ein Handtuch bekommen könnte, weil diese aus waren, wurde mit nein beantwortet und auf die Handtücher im Zimmer verwiesen. Auf Lachen im im Hallenbad, wir waren alleine, wurde mit einem lauten Schrei „Ruhe“ reagiert… Uns sieht das Hotel nicht wieder. Die Gegend ist aber eine Reise wert!

A estadia foi boa, a esxperiência com o check-in não. Não havia ninguém na recepção e quem me atendeu foi uma atendente de bar, me pediu para deixar os passaportes com ela e deixou sobre o balcão onde haviam outros documentos de hóspedes. Pedi para que ela guardasse pois não me sentia confortável com meu documento exposto sem cuidado. Quando eu deixei a chave no hotel para sair me pediram que colocasse a chave junto com as outras sem nenhuma supervisão. Achei displicente pois qualquer outro hóspede ou não poderia acessar o local ( visto que estava sempre vazio) Precisei ir buscar algo que esqueci no carro e a garagem estava trancada as 9pm, me deram a chave para eu ir pela rua acessar a garagem (foi difícil ) Meu quarto estava sem o controle remoto da TV e eu tive mais uma vez recorrer a portaria, não havia ninguém e tive que ir atrás da funcionária. Era primavera e não houve necessidade de ar condicionado, mas se estivesse quente seria desagradável pois não tem ar condicionado

部屋の設備は四つ星レベル。バルコニーがありドロミテの眺望は良好。朝食と夕食付きで駐車場無料。コスパは良好。オーナーと思われるおばさんは話好きで気さくな人でした。

Hotel situato a pochi passi dalla stazione ferroviaria, e nelle immediate prossimità del capolinea degli autobus. Nel centro del paese, silenzioso, pulito con camere molto grandi. Ristorante e prima colazione con piatti squisiti e vari. Ma la vera punta di diamante sono i proprietari ed il personale di servizio: premurosi ed attenti ai clienti. Sicuramente saremo loro ospiti anche il prossimo anno!!!

It is a pity that despite this hotel having several qualities, some unpleasant situations weighed negatively in our evaluation. The strengths were: - the extreme kindness and sympathy of Maria (I believe she is the owner of the hotel) - the understanding and kindness of the employee who takes care of the SPA - the hearty breakfast, which compared to other hotels we stayed at, was undoubtedly the best - the comfort of the room, including the view from the balcony - the great location and the availability of easy parking near the hotel entrance However.... as I said at the beginning, a very unpleasant situation made our stay lose its shine. What has happened: My 11-year-old son and I did a tour of almost a month around Italy. We passed by numerous hotels, few with a swimming pool. My son was very anxious about the possibility of enjoying the pool at this hotel and I even canceled some tours in the city precisely to have more time for him to enjoy this benefit. We arrived at the hotel around 4pm and were told that the pool closed at 7pm. Okay, a little disappointing but we would still have 3 hours to enjoy it. When we arrived at the SPA, we realized that children are not welcome. We were told not to make any noise and to get into the pool without big dives. Okay, kind of discouraging for a kid, but we understand the situation. When we put our foot in the pool, however, what was our disappointment when we felt extremely cold water! In an indoor pool! Nettes familiär geführtes Hotel, Zimmer schon etwas älter, Saunabereich Top, Essen vor allem das Abendessen ein Traum, Chefin und Personal sehr bemüht.

Persone gentili, pulizia corretta, parcheggio poco organizzato, colazioni nulla da eccepire (cene non fatte per cui non posso dire nulla), problemi con il televisore manca il telecomando ne prestano uno che non funziona il secondo non andava sempre. arredi un pò vecchiotti, pezzo di piastrella rotta nel bagno, lampadina bruciata nella camera, manca qualche presa (dal comodino nessuna) frigo vuoto per cui usato la sua presa, avrebbe bisogno di più cura.
