Our experience could not have been better. We are three American Senior women and the hotel went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcome. All the staff was excellent, especially Giacomo at the front counter who gave us explicit instructions and directions and also Antonio the bar manager who went out of his way to make our experience extra special, even telling us about the special Prosecco.

The hotel is within easy walking distance of the airport bus stop if you haven’t much baggage. It’s very close to the metro station which is one stop from the train station. This was very convenient for me since I used Catania as a base to explore Taormina and Siracusa. It is around 15 minutes walk from the duomo and main tourist sites. The restaurant behind the hotel had live music outdoors but it was quiet by 11 pm. The breakfast buffet was very good with a fine array of choices. Management was very prompt in replying to queries on WhatsApp. Highly recommended.

- Nơi lưu trú này nhận thanh toán bằng thẻ tín dụng và tiền mặt
- Nơi lưu trú giữ quyền xác thực trước thẻ tín dụng trước khi khách đến nơi.
- Trang thiết bị an toàn tại nơi lưu trú bao gồm máy phát hiện khí carbon monoxide, bình cứu hỏa, máy phát hiện khói, hệ thống an ninh và hộp sơ cứu

The area definitely looked unsafe, pillows sucked terribly, memory foam hard as brick!! Bed to tossed and turn all night before my leave to the airport even left 1.5 hours before my scheduled time just couldn’t sleep

Great convenient location to train or shopping area, staff and service very helpful. Need to be vigilant though if you turn right. Breakfast service was particularly good. The bathrooms and other amenities are dated or need some maintenance.

Simply fantastic. We had a suite and it was majestic. The decor was so unique, it’s worth a mention. The breakfast was great. Their happy hour is an experience that should not be missed. We were warned about the neighborhood, so we were cautious. But again, there were so many options nearby. Absolutely fantastic experience.

Great stay in Catania here for a little winter sun. Staff were amazingly helpful, upgraded our room for free suggested nearby towns to visit. The breakfast everday was exceptional and there were no shortage of option's. The room was spacious and well maintained throughout our stay. The gym was functional (though perhaps the treadmill could do with a service)... the hotel is close to central Catania so makes the perfect base to visit the city. Would definitely stay here again and reccomend.

Hotel moderno in una struttura più antica, con personale molto disponibile. La mia stanza era al piano terra, non particolarmente comoda come posizione e con finestre che danno sul retro dove passa o si ferma il personale di servizio. Bagno molto ampio. Camera nella norma, con spazi non troppo ampi invece. Ho usufruito della palestra che si trova su un terrazzo con ingresso dall'esterno. Piccola, e se si è più di due non ci si sta bene. Colazione ottima, internazionale, con in piu latte di mandorla, e Antonio che trattiene piacevolmente gli ospiti. Si trova in un punto da cui è possibile raggiungere il centro in P.za Università e il Parco Bellini e muoversi agevolmente con i mezzi.

Location is excellent, just ensure to turn left from the lobby door. The right side is “red light” district the staff said. Other than that, it’s safe and clean and very near to many great restaurants.
