The roomservice not available. Daily cleaning performed onky in the evening after 16.00 . 2 days of 4 in total the room wasn't cleaned at all. SPA availability only 15:00-19:00, and the worked didn’t come in time. So one booking was wasted..

Hotel is comfortable and clean, and conveniently located. Breakfast team was very professional. However, the front desk person was not professional and seemed disinterested in us as guests. When one of our 3 rooms had a broken air conditioning system, she tried to tell us it was fine and she couldn’t do anything about it. Only after a discussion that was unnecessary did she agree to change rooms.

Nice reception and breakfast area, nice staff, gym available but small, rooms quite nice with good wood furniture, only ceiling windows in economy room, very few amenities in room, doesn’t really feel like a spa hotel.

Seit Jahren unser Stammhotel am Gardasee. Wir fühlen uns hier sehr wohl. Ein ausgezeichneter Ausgangsort für Touren rund um den Gardasee.

Great stay for the Wine fair in Verona. The town is not that exciting compared to some of the other towns around the lake. Staff was super and the resturant Bella Italia acros the road was super!

By far the worst experience. We went for our honeymoon and the water damage throughout the hotel was horrific. Nothing worked, there were lizards in the room, the balcony was shared, the lights didn’t work outside. I truly do not understand how this place has great reviews. This was non refundable even if you cut your trip short. There was no special accommodation for a later check out. It was far too early. Overall, I would never stay here again even if it was a free stay.

Schönes Hotel für einen Urlaub am Gardasee, in wenigen Minuten ist man am See. Wir waren mit unserem Baby in dem Hotel unserem Zimmer war geräumig und ohne es zu bestellen war bereits ein zusätzliches Bett im Zimmer aufgestellt worden was sehr aufmerksam war. Einziger Nachteil für uns da wir mit Kinderwagen unterwegs waren, es gibt soweit ich gesehen habe sechs Zimmer zu denen man nur über eine Treppe kommt, leider hatten wir genau so ein Zimmer. Aber die Treppe ist kurz und breit also ging das auch.

Wonderful accomodation close to all amenities and sights. Easy parking on site. Pool looked fabulous but weather was too cold for a swim. Bar area and breakfast area was ample and inviting. I will be staying there again one day

Una struttura con buon potenziale ma in alcune cose necessita di miglioramenti. Non mi è piaciuta la non puntualità dell’operatrice dei trattamenti, che in entrambi i giorni in cui avevamo appuntamento era impegnata a fare cose sue (il primo giorno era in reception della spa a parlare al suo cellulare, il secondo giorno dopo 15 minuti di attesa dove lei non era in spa sono dovuta salire su a chiedere se c’erano problemi ed era lì a parlare con una collega, avevo anche scritto un messaggio su whatsapp alla reception per segnalarlo ma non ho ricevuto risposta essendo impegnate a parlare tra loro), specifico che in sè i trattamenti sono validi e positivi. Non mi è piaciuta in parte la pulizia o meglio il bagno è stato pulito bene e gli asciugamani cambiati regolarmente, nella camera invece no ho trovato che il pavimento non viene spazzato, in quel caso la pulizia si limita a rifare il letto. Infine, l’episodio più grave riguarda la colazione, ci è stato proposto in fase di check in di aggiungerla per 12€ a persona al giorno e ho chiesto, prima di dire sì, se ci fosse qualcosa gluten free, mi è stato comunicato che c’era un angolo adibito e quindi aggiunta. In realtà di gluten free non ne sanno un granché purtroppo un giorno sono stata male a causa di fette biscottate che erano state messe nel mio piatto senza glutine per poi accorgermi che avevano glutine. La receptionist si è scusata e ha stornato un giorno di colazione. Tutto sommato non lo consiglierei ma non è da zero.

A really great hotel - walking distance to the town and the lake. Great staff and lovely pool that was quiet during the day.

Et ok sted, vores værelse havde ingen udsigt kun ovenlys vinduer der kunne åbne 15 grader. Morgenmaden er absolut ikke værd at bruge penge på.

We stayed for 4 nights and ehjoyed every moment. Staff, service, facilities, location and comfort couldn't have been better. We highly recommend The Ziba and would certainly stay here again.

We only spent two nights here but we wished we spent five. The hotel itself is beautifully structured and inside has a modern feel, with decor that compliments the natural surroundings and landscape. We also had the luxury of having a terrace on the first floor that looked out onto this scenery. For us, the standout feature has to be the spa which was included in the hotel’s package. It includes a wonderful steam room, sauna, relaxation room, jacuzzi, and two walkways that mimic temperate rainfall and entice your senses. It’s ambience compliments the hotel beautifully and we only regret missing the opportunity to get a treatment. Without a doubt we would return.
