Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questo meraviglioso albergo con spa e posso dire che è stata un’esperienza indimenticabile. La struttura è elegante, moderna e curata in ogni dettaglio, creando un’atmosfera di puro relax fin dal momento dell’arrivo.
Il personale è stato incredibilmente accogliente e disponibile, sempre pronto a soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza. La camera in cui abbiamo soggiornato era spaziosa, pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort. Il letto super comodo ha garantito un riposo perfetto, e la vista sulla natura circostante era semplicemente incantevole.
Il vero punto forte della nostra esperienza, però, è stata la spa. Un vero e proprio angolo di paradiso! L’ambiente è raffinato e tranquillo, con saune, vasche idromassaggio e piscine riscaldate che offrono una sensazione di totale benessere. I trattamenti benessere, eseguiti da professionisti altamente qualificati, sono stati il massimo del relax: ho provato un massaggio rigenerante che ha cancellato ogni tensione.
La zona relax è perfetta per passare del tempo in tranquillità, mentre sorseggi una tisana, e l’atmosfera generale della spa ti avvolge in un abbraccio di serenità.

It is the second time we stay in this hotel. The rooms are clean and the pool is nice. Staff is very helpful.

Ottima struttura con piscina termale , tutto molto curato e tenuto benissimo. Immerso nel verde e nel paesaggio della Valpolicella. Esternamente c'è un parco con dei cigni colazione a buffet buonissima. Camera molto grande e arredato con cura ed eleganza.

My stay here was related to a local dance festival. Although travel via taxi is a bit pricey, the location was perfect. Everything from the spa/sauna to the restaurant and room was lovely. There were a couple of minor things, like the length of my massage falling short of my purchased hour, but nothing to really take away from the beauty of this location. The kindness and patience of the majority of the staff is very nice. I loved it here.
Pros - The front desk and most other staff was very kind and patient with me. The location is beautiful as are the room and restaurant. I regret not buying the bottle of wine that was freshly opened for me. This is one of the cleanest places I've stayed and it was absolutely a lovely addition to my short trip.
Cons - The massage should be the full hour. I arrived early and waited, which is fine and necessary. However, my massage was not the full hour. It began 10 minutes late and ended 10 minutes early (20 minutes total lost).

We came back again! We discovered this time the spa with saunas! Amazing ! Everything and everywhere is so clean and neat. Staff is absolutely amazing! Restaurant with huge selection of good wine and delicious dishes. We highly recommend this hotel for any occasions! And again, we are coming back! Thank you for your hospitality.
