Dormy Inn Shibuya was an excellent stay for our purposes. Close to Shibuya and Harajuku stations for connections, shopping and eating options. While some staff lacked knowledge of English, they were always extremely helpful. The hotel itself was in fine form, too. Rooms a bit small, but that's Japan for you. And facilities and cleaning services were great. Lovely onsen bathing facilities. Recommended!

I stayed at Dormy Inn Jingumae - Shibuya, and I absolutely agree with other reviews—having an on-site onsen after a long day of walking and shopping is clutch!
Thanks to Japan’s amazing luggage forwarding services, Dormy Inn kindly held my bags until I arrived, which made things much easier. That said, navigating from Shibuya Station to the hotel can be a little tricky so I opted for a GoTaxi (Japan’s version of Uber) to make the trip smoother—and once I arrived, everything was a breeze!
Dormy Inn Jingumae has a ryokan-style feel, which I really appreciated. The staff were incredibly patient and kind, even as I navigated with limited Japanese—thank you for the translator app convos and English signage everywhere!
My room was cozy, clean, and comfortable, but the real gem was the onsen! They had a sauna room, wash stations with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. And their hot and cold baths did wonders for my lower back pain. It was so good!
Note: This is a more traditional setup—tattoos are not allowed to be uncovered in the onsen. Even makeup concealers don’t count—you’ll need a bandage to fully cover.
The hotel is perfectly situated near Shibuya’s shopping and dining scene, and just a short walk to Harajuku’s trendy shopping streets.
If you're looking for a spa + hotel combo in the heart of Shibuya, Dormy Inn Jingumae Hot Springs - Shibuya is a fantastic option!

Our stay at Dormy Inn was wonderful! The staff was pleasant and helpful, the added amenities were great! The nightly ramen was delicious, spacious room was clean and comfy Definitely will book again on a return trip!

- Nơi lưu trú này nhận thanh toán bằng thẻ tín dụng, thẻ ghi nợ và tiền mặt
- Chấp nhận giao dịch không dùng tiền mặt
- Vui lòng lưu ý các chuẩn mực về văn hóa và chính sách khách có thể khác nhau theo từng quốc gia và nơi lưu trú. Thông tin về chính sách do nơi lưu trú cung cấp.
- Để khách sử dụng khu vực nhà tắm công cộng và các tiện nghi công cộng khác cảm thấy thoải mái, khách có hình xăm lớn không được sử dụng các tiện nghi này. Khách có hình xăm có thể sử dụng tiện nghi nhà tắm nếu hình xăm nhỏ hơn 8 cm x 13 cm và nơi lưu trú sẽ cung cấp nhãn dính để che hình xăm.
Không thể nhận phòng sau giờ làm việc tại nơi lưu trú này. Nhân viên tiếp tân sẽ đón tiếp khi khách đến nơi lưu trú. Nếu có câu hỏi nào, vui lòng liên hệ với nơi lưu trú theo thông tin có trong xác nhận đặt phòng.

立地でいうと、JR渋谷駅から思ったほど遠くなかった。暑くて疲れたので、駅とホテルの中間くらいにあるMIYASHITA PARKのフードコートで食事をとった。ホテルでいうと、2階にスパがありよかった。室内履きのスリッパもしっかり目のもので履きやすかった。

We came to the Dormy on a recommendation from a friend. We found the hotel pleasant and also busy with folks and families taking advantage of the numerous amenities, including access to laundry, public baths, drinks and nightly noodles and ice cream, each very appreciated. Overall, we were pleased with the location having not understood fully the logistics of the city as it is generally located a fair walking distance from the station and two or three different shopping and social areas. They both received our luggage shipped ahead from our previous hotel and kindly held it for us after check out so we could see more of the town before taking the train. The only downside was my error in not realizing the amenities might impact room size. I booked the only room style available for our dates, a double which proved to be too small for our circumstances (but might work for a married couple or a single). The hotel did look to see if we could make an adjustment however they were fully booked so we made due. A highlight of the stay was the complementary noodles served by the very cheerful chef. I also took advantage of the laundry and the public bath both which were busy but accessible. We will definitely look at the Dormy franchise again when in Japan next and perhaps try a larger room. Thank you!

They have great facilities for bathing (sauna and hot bath) as well as snacking (drinks, ice cream and evening noodles). Also their washing machines are free as well as dried are priced low. Rooms are small and hotel is situated right next to train tracks.

I stayed at Dormy Inn Jingumae - Shibuya, and I absolutely agree with other reviews—having an on-site onsen after a long day of walking and shopping is clutch!
Thanks to Japan’s amazing luggage forwarding services, Dormy Inn kindly held my bags until I arrived, which made things much easier. That said, navigating from Shibuya Station to the hotel can be a little tricky so I opted for a GoTaxi (Japan’s version of Uber) to make the trip smoother—and once I arrived, everything was a breeze!
Dormy Inn Jingumae has a ryokan-style feel, which I really appreciated. The staff were incredibly patient and kind, even as I navigated with limited Japanese—thank you for the translator app convos and English signage everywhere!
My room was cozy, clean, and comfortable, but the real gem was the onsen! They had a sauna room, wash stations with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. And their hot and cold baths did wonders for my lower back pain. It was so good!
Note: This is a more traditional setup—tattoos are not allowed to be uncovered in the onsen. Even makeup concealers don’t count—you’ll need a bandage to fully cover.
The hotel is perfectly situated near Shibuya’s shopping and dining scene, and just a short walk to Harajuku’s trendy shopping streets.
If you're looking for a spa + hotel combo in the heart of Shibuya, Dormy Inn Jingumae Hot Springs - Shibuya is a fantastic option!

Our stay at Dormy Inn was wonderful! The staff was pleasant and helpful, the added amenities were great! The nightly ramen was delicious, spacious room was clean and comfy Definitely will book again on a return trip!
