Everyone at the ryokan was very attentive to our needs. The dinner and breakfast in our room were outstanding. The private onsets were very clean but a little hot. After adding cold water, the onsens were very relaxing. Overall, we had a memorable experience!

- Trang thiết bị an toàn tại nơi lưu trú bao gồm máy phát hiện khí carbon monoxide, bình cứu hỏa, máy phát hiện khói và hộp sơ cứu
- Vui lòng lưu ý các chuẩn mực về văn hóa và chính sách khách có thể khác nhau theo từng quốc gia và nơi lưu trú. Thông tin về chính sách do nơi lưu trú cung cấp.
- Nơi lưu trú cung cấp nệm kiểu Nhật dựa vào số lượng người lớn trong đặt phòng.
Giờ hoạt động hàng ngày của quầy tiếp tân từ 9:00 đến 22:00. Không thể nhận phòng sau giờ làm việc tại nơi lưu trú này. Nhân viên tiếp tân chỉ phục vụ trong giờ làm việc theo quy định. Nếu có câu hỏi nào, vui lòng liên hệ với nơi lưu trú theo thông tin có trong xác nhận đặt phòng. Giá phòng không bao gồm bữa ăn và nệm phụ kiểu Nhật cho trẻ em từ 5 tuổi trở xuống được bao gồm trong đặt phòng. Khách đặt gói giá 2 bữa ăn mỗi ngày phải nhận phòng trước 18:00 để được phục vụ bữa tối. Khách có chế độ ăn đặc biệt hoặc dị ứng thực phẩm cần liên hệ trước với nơi lưu trú này.

We had a truly memorable stay here. Beautiful setting and all very serene. Akiko san was our host for our visit, and she was fantastic at introducing some of the customs and etiquette associated with staying in a traditional Ryokan. I'd recommend that anyone considering this looks up the rules and etiquette for Ryokan stays first before booking. It's not for everyone. But if you're trying to immerse yourself in the culture of Japan, I think this is a must.

Beautiful, historic ryokan. Fascinating architecture. Some parts are quite old and need some upgrade, as you might expect for a historic building. But facilities are clean and immaculate. Onsen experience was memorable.

This stay has been the highlight of our Japan trip! The staff were so welcoming and accomodating to our needs (vegetarians). The location is absolutely stunning being surrounded by the mountains and rivers.
Our room was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated in traditional ryokan style. The room included bedroom quarters with futon beds made at night, dining area, TV, aircon, toilet, shower, and heated private onsen. A private garden was included as well. The inclusive breakfest and dinner was super delicious and interesting to learn about the local produce.

I travel solo to Japan for 2 weeks and this hotel is probably one of the best experience I had in Japan. The room is clean with traditional Japanese ryoken style. Very comfortable with AC and fan. It has an awesome river view. The restrooms are shared but I never had a hard time using it. I actually never ran into anyone and felt that it was my own restroom. The grounds are beautiful with koi fish and meditation garden. You can reserve a private hotspring each day to yourself and that is where you will shower/bath. The best part of the experience is the staff lady who serve me breakfast and dinner. Such a nice lady who explained all the food that is being served. The food is the best food I had in Japan and it is homecooked and is a 10 course meal. If you have the chance, book this hotel.

Durante la mia ricerca di un ryokan per il mio primo viaggio in Giappone, ero inizialmente intimorito dalle numerose recensioni che evidenziavano potenziali problemi in molte strutture. Alla fine, ci siamo affidati alla guida Lonely Planet e abbiamo scelto di soggiornare al Ryokan Fukuzumiro.
Sin dal primo passo all'interno della struttura, non ho smesso di sorridere. Era come fare un salto indietro nel tempo e rivivere il Giappone di 100 anni fa. Lo staff è stato incredibilmente disponibile, offrendoci un tour completo del ryokan e spiegando in dettaglio il funzionamento delle prenotazioni per i bagni privati.
Per la cena, hanno gestito con grande attenzione le nostre intolleranze alimentari. Il servizio è stato impeccabile, con spiegazioni dettagliate di ogni pietanza. Un aspetto davvero apprezzabile è stata la loro intraprendenza nell'uso di Google Translate per facilitarci la comprensione.
Inoltre, ci hanno fornito utilissimi consigli per la nostra gita del giorno successivo ad Hakone.
Consiglio vivamente questa esperienza a chiunque voglia immergersi nell'autenticità della tradizione giapponese.
