Henn na Hotel Tokyo Nishikasai

We enjoyed the stay the room was rooming clean very comfortable. Air conditioning worked great would stay there again.

Was close to the train station, easy to find and the free breakfast, tea time and cocktail hours were a bonus

I picked this hotel because of its proximity to Disney. Come to find out, they offer a shuttle bus to go in the morning and return in the evening! The dinosaurs are an added plus, it was very nice to come through the doors and see them :3 The hotel offers quite a few amenties. Japanese curry for breakfast, tea time, and then a little bar to make your own drink. Some toiletries are provided, and even a nightgown. Luggage storage is not behind the counter, but it is free and you can either put your stuff in a locker or locked up with something like a bike lock. Coming here is a nice experience worth having :D

We loved it!!! We left a few days open on our vacation schedule and will probably stop backs The neighborhood has plenty to do but is also quiet and charming! We locked ourselves out and the Hotel Staff was quick to help and extremely pleasant.

I like all the extras that they offer: breakfast in the morning, coffee, tea, cookies, nuts, and miso soup throughout the day, and a make your own drinks bar. The robot reception is responsive and efficient. Our room is cleaned on a daily basis.

The dinosaur check-in was such a fun and it really set the tone for a memorable stay! The complimentary amenities were lovely, including breakfast, afternoon snacks, and evening hors d’oeuvres. For anyone staying longer, there’s a laundromat just an eight-minute walk away that will wash, dry, and provide detergent for about ¥900–¥1000—a great value and super convenient! Thank you!

Loved this place! Loved the talking dinosaur concierge. The self check-in was easy, the free breakfast, lounge, and bar time, the grab and go amenities, etc. The lobby was decorated so nicely with the dinos wearing raincoats (rain themed), it was so cute and cool. This place was great! I'd love to come back

今回、娘とディズニーランドへ行くため利用させて頂きました。おもしろいホテルで受付から大喜びでした。到着が遅かった為、クッキー等のサービスが受けられず、残念でしたが、、。 お部屋はダブルルームの利用で、こじんまりとしていますが、行き届いた清掃で清潔に保たれて、何の不自由もなく快適に過ごせました。 また、夜はお酒のサービスも利用させて頂きました。６月は梅酒が追加されているようで、とっても美味しかったです！ 朝ごはんのシステムも大満足でした！また利用出来たらと思ってます！ありがとうございました！

The dino check in desk was so much fun! The room was also larger than expected, and was able to hold 3 adults with 6 large pieces of luggage well! The breakfast is also incredible! Would love to stay here again when we visit Tokyo in the future!

It was unique in the fact that there are robotic dinosaurs at the front counter to greet you and check you in. Very fun and very easy checkin.

Really enjoyed the ease of check in and check out and it was really neat to have anamatronic dinosaurs at the front desk. It was a short walk from the train station but it was so quiet in the area after all the touring around of Tokyo. I would stay there afain if I am fortuanate enough to go to Japan again.

Amazing place to stay. Close to the train station. Just 20 to 30 min away from main attractions. The rest was amazing!

Absolutely loved our stay at Henn na Hotel Nishikasai! 1. It is just a few minutes walk to the metro station, which is so easy and cost efficient to use. We used it for our trips into the city. 2. Located in a walkable area with a 7-11, Lawson, Family Mart and a McDonalds all within a couple of blocks. Lots of dining options as well! 3. The hotel is beautiful, inside and out! 4. The dinosaurs talk every time you walk in. English and Japanese! Made for a fun atmosphere! 5. There is a phone to contact staff. They are quick to answer, polite, and go above and beyond to assist you with questions and requests. 6. The rooms are spacious, super clean, and the beds are so comfortable! Bathroom is roomy, with a deep, soaking tub. The shower is fantastic with strong water pressure and hot water. The soap they offer smells wonderful and left my skin super soft. I didn’t have to use moisturizer the entire stay. The shampoo and conditioner smell amazing too and left my hair soft, with volume, no frizziness and easy to comb through and style. 7. The hotel is spotless! Even smells clean! We never once saw our cleaning service but they tidied up our room and bedding daily. So nice to come back to after a long day of sightseeing. 8. The shuttle service to Disney is on time, efficient and well organized. They give out passes one half hour before departure and we always had a seat. 9. Breakfast is so good! Afternoon cookies and drinks every night! A staple for us! Miso soup and sodas too!

I prefer checking in with a person. It was all electronic. Breakfast was very good. I would recommend this hotel.
