朝食のレパートリーは、そんなに多くはないですが 味もメニューも量も満足しました。 スタッフさんも声掛けてくださり親切でした。

チェックイン前でも荷物を預かってくれたり、お部屋も綺麗でした

スタッフの対応や設備などは良かったです。 部屋の壁などのホコリがとても、気になりました。 その点が改善されると全体的とても良いホテルだとおもいます。

浴槽周辺が非常に汚い。 掃除し終わった後にゆっくり見回したら、その汚れは必ず目に付くはず。 それすら気にならないということは、目に付きやすい、汚れやすい所しか掃除してない証拠。 あの汚れは1日、2日の宿泊で付く汚れではなく、何日も掃除してないからあの汚れになったはず。 連泊する部屋の浴槽があんなに汚かったからゆっくりリラックス出来なかった。 また排水も悪かった。 私の長い髪のせいもあるかもしれないけど、1日目から流れなかったから、前の客の髪もしっかり取ってなかったのでは？

ホテルから少し歩くと、飲食店街やコンビニがおおく、不自由さはない。

The hotel is great and the staff goes above and beyond whatever you ask them. They had at least one person available who was proficient in English enough to understand me and for me to understand them without any difficulty. The only annoying thing is the elevator always stops at the 2nd floor (up or down; always without exception) and the rooms are smaller than they look in the photos. For my fellow Americans, unless you are traveling alone, definitely see if you can get a larger room especially if you require USA hotel square footage, and the bed will be very firm.

Lose proximity to transit

Fine for a few nights, I'd book something with more space and a proper extra bed for longer. We had a double room with a fold down bed squeezed in. The breakfast was good and the room was quiet, we didn't hear any noise despite being on a busy road. The room was basic and a bit dated (damaged wallpaper had been repaired with Sellotape) but fine for a short stay. The TV had YouTube which was a win for our child!

Tired, tired, tired....and poorly run on top of that. The hotel features an untidy ground floor entrance with lingering strong food smells from the breakfast room, often with garbage piled up or cleaning carts left out. 2nd floor reception is visual chaos, staff were pleasant enough. The room featured damaged and peeling wallpaper, lumpy thin beds with springs poking through to the surface, bright white lights, no temperature control on the air conditioning just on off and fan speed. The bathroom featured the smallest toilet I've ever experienced in 21 trips to Japan, a falling apart sink, and a filthy floor. Corridors featured stained carpets and a constant smell like fried electronics especially around the elevators, which themselves were beaten up. The hotel was a total rip off and I would never stay there again. $270 Canadian on one of the nights, just unbelievable. Oh and we reserved a room for three people, it was a room for three with an extra bed which took up pretty much all of the circulation space making the room very uncomfortable to use

We originally booked a smoking room because it was the only option available for a family of four. We did not realize how much the rooms actually smelled of smoke in reality. It was pretty unbearable! Thankfully, the hotel manager was able to switch us to a non-smoking room the day of arrival, which made our stay much more pleasant. The breakfast buffet is excellent and I recommend adding that as your option if you will be staying at this hotel.

職員の方が皆笑顔で対応がとても良かったです。 場所は駅から大通りに沿って歩いたところにあるのでわかりやすく、夜女性一人でも安心だと思います。 周辺にコンビニもあるので便利です。 ただ、アメニティを極限まで減らしているな、という印象です。 1部屋に1台電話機が存在せず、フロアに1台でした。もし誰かに部屋を間違えられて部屋の前に居座られたら自分で対応するしかないです。 フェイスタオルのホルダーが無いのは不便でした。

・隣か外か、夜遅くセキの音がうるさかった ・朝食バイキングで名古屋名物を食べれると思ったら、エビフライ、鉄板ナポリななく、がっかりした。
