Staff was super kind, close walk to downtown.

The room was clean but a bit small, but not surprising for Japan. The toilet was tiny and quite difficult for me to fit inside. The bed was not a bed per se -- rather a mattress on the floor, which was weird. There is no desk in the room, which makes it difficult to do work with a laptop. Worse still, there is no telephone in the room, so I need to go down to reception to ask them for extra pillow. Also, they do not clean your room unless you specifically tell them to do so and before a certain time, so if you wake up late, you will miss it. The free water is nice, but only in the lobby. Some staff don't really speak English well. The location is very quiet, but walkable from Namba and Dotonburi. There's also a Metro station entrance a few steps away. I requested for late checkout and had to pay extra for it, which is expected but it would have been nice to have no extra charge. Overall, not an amazing stay but functional and no-frills, if you don't mind doing without room cleaning and a telephone.

Very nice staff and very comfortable hotel!

This was my second time to stay here. The room was clean and comfortable with high speed wi fi. Free coffee at its lobby is a plus. All the staff were kind, friendly and professional. Cautious reminder: sinnce there is no desk in the room, it may not be suitable for business use, which may reuire private on-line meetings. The lobby, while it is small, has several desks where you can conduct simple desk works. Also, there is a good (and busy) coin laundry just nearby the hotel.

난바역과 비교적 가까워서 새벽에 이동하기 편리했습니다. 방도 좁지도 넓지도 않고 혼자 묶기 좋았고 다만 샤워기헤드가 계속 떨어져서 좀 불편했습니다. 또 넷플릭스 안되는것도 아쉬웠지만 방이 깨끗하고 직원분들이 친절했던 점이 너무나 좋았습니다. 다음에 오사카를 방문하게 된다면 또 숙박하고 싶어요.

My wife and I stayed here for four nights and had an amazing experience. The staff were absolutely incredible, they were friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. We also loved the location. It’s just outside the busy Namba area, so you can escape the crowds, but still be back in the action with a short five-minute walk. The room itself was a bit small, but perfectly manageable for a couple. There are several cafés, restaurants, and bars nearby, which made exploring the neighborhood very enjoyable. The only minor downside is that the hotel is right beside an elementary school, so on weekdays it can get a bit loud around 8:30 AM. It didn’t bother us since we were usually up before then, but it’s worth noting if you prefer sleeping in. Overall, considering the price and the location, the value was incredible. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

모든 시설이 새것처럼 깨끗했습니다. 교통도 이 정도면 난카이 난바역이나 도톤보리와도 10분이내로 가까웠구요.
