Rakuten STAY Nikko Hoden

洗濯の乾燥機能が６時間使用してもほぼ衣類乾かず、網戸がないので窓が開けれず湿度が多く部屋干しでも乾かず、そこだけが残念でした。 そのほかはとても快適に過ごせ感謝しております。

初めて利用させていただきました。 チェックインも簡単でホテルみたいに並んだり書いたりしなくていいので楽でした。 お部屋も綺麗でおしゃれでした。 ベットや布団もダブルで広々寝れました。 残念な点は2階の部屋なのにドンドン歩く音や話し声が気になりました。 食器もプラスチック製で傷が酷く焼肉の匂いが染み付いていました。 それ以外は気にならなかったので家族でゆっくり過ごせました。

部屋が広くて、お風呂も人工温泉で肌がツルツルになりました。敷布団も使えてベッドルームがあったので大人数でも快適に過ごせました。しいていうなら、壁が薄い点とNetflixがログインしないと見れませんでした。子供たちはお風呂が楽しかったと大満足でした。

新しい施設でプロジェクターも使えて楽しかったです。

テラスでBBQ出来るのが良い。部屋も広々として居心地が良いです。

飯店位於東武日光站開車約5-10分距離。戶戶配有停車位，對於自駕行程是適合的選擇。設施新穎，有完整廚房設備，洗衣機，有浴缸溫泉泡湯，還有100吋epson投影設備觀看YT,Netflix，地點雖處郊外，但新穎設備讓生活體驗非常好。步行5分鐘有7-11，開車5分鐘有超級市場，晚餐自行開火，反而增添旅遊樂趣。

The walk to the station was about 9 minutes but besides that the room was great. It supplied every need. I asked the wife how long the hotel had been opened since everything was like new but she didn’t know. Everything comes with remote control including heated floors and was very modern. I was impressed. If you are looking for a VERY comfortable stay in Nikko this is the choice.

Très propre et très bien équipé

Location was very convenient. Quiet area. Good local food everywhere. Artificial onsen worked well.

No early check in, fine. But zero place to store luggage. We were asked to rent a locker at the train station to store our luggage in which we just walked about from. We were then told to order a taxi in which none were available. All this was done over a tablet with a 3rd party that just repeated, I'm very sorry with ZERO help as to even leave our bags in our room which was clean and technically ready to go. Terrible service all around!

Wonderful experience

Comfortable stay with a well equipped kitchen and we enjoyed the spa bath. However, it was let down in a couple of respects - the floor was not as clean as it could have been and there was very limited hanging space. Also, although the communication prior to arrival was clear the check in process itself was unnecessarily bureaucratic and time consuming. Having registered each member of our party online prior to arrival we then, on arrival, still needed to submit individual photos of each member of our party (presumably to validate against the previously submitted passport photos) and then had to contact the reservations team to get confirmatory approval of check in.

1階に宿泊。 2階の足音が少し気になるが、部屋が綺麗で温泉もついていて最高。

The first thing to say is that this hotel is a bit of a walk from the Tobu-Nikko station and probably is better suited to people arriving by car. The second thing to say is that they have a bit of an annoying guest registration where you have to enter a lot of information on a tablet computer, even if you entered it already while booking. But what was so great here was that the room felt really luxurious, the own little onsen bathtub was suprisingly popular with us and we really loved it. The stay here was actually my wife's favorite during our trip.

Just a tip for those like us who are new to "no-receptionist check-in" stay-in/hotel/motel, make sure to check your email for the Room Number and Security Code. We got our "room information" via email, sent two days before the start of our stay. I highly suggest to arrive at location and check-in as early as allowed to give ample time to rectify any issues, and to pre-register/check-in. For example, in our case, we booked this December 2024 and it's snowing in Nikko, we arrived at our room around 6:30 PM and it's really cold. Without the room code, or if there was an issue, we could have been stranded out in the open. This place is walkable from the two train stations: the JR Nikko Station and the Tobu Nikko Station. It is a lot closer to JR Nikko Station, by about 2 min walk so it's still a good 10min-15min walk from either stations. If you have a lot of luggages (or really heavy ones), I recommend to book a taxi to get to the location since the path/road has a lot of uneven areas. There is a nearby 7-Eleven that is open 24hrs, it's a decent store and have available food, drinks and other essential amenities. The place is clean, great onsen, decent kitchen, nice shower. My only complaint is the isolated toilet, as there is no separate faucet that has "warm" water for washing hands. In our room, the "faucet" is built to the toilet bowl, and water pours down during the flush but it is so cold, and the faucet stops after the flushing stops.

ドライヤーの接触不良があるので直して下さい 入室時に全ての水道が出しっぱなしだったのは凍結防止でしょうか？ 先にアナウンスがあると良いです

施設は２度目のリピートで満足でしたが、深夜２時に他部屋の宿泊客が大騒音で騒ぎ出し、家族で不快だった。

Clean, modern and overall very happy with my stay there!

Rakuten Stay Nikko Hoden was a great hotel. Our room was beautiful and comfortable. We loved the private onsen and the kitchen was a great plus! We will definitely stay here again when we return to Nikko!
