Ryukyu Hotel & Resort Nashiro Beach

Hotel was very clean and new, dinner restaurants are expensive with minimal variety. Centre pool reserved for “VIP” members was empty throughout our 10 night stay with a premium charge of £75 per person if we wished to spend the day there which is ridiculous. Hotel supplied a free shuttle for a few days to the centre which was nice but don’t understand why they stopped it in prime summer, hotel is pretty far from everything so a taxi isn’t cheap. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel but pools hardly had any hammocks. Maybe 15 for the large pool? If you arrived to the pool after 8am you would have no chance of getting one for the day. The rest was all private beds for hire. Complete waste of space when could be used for more hammocks and supply for your regular customers and not aimed at premium people wanting to spend a fortune to spend the day at the pool.

Overall, I was satisfied with my stay. However, at the time of check-in, the reservation details were not thoroughly confirmed, and I was initially provided with a room that did not include the extra bed. Fortunately, after I raised the issue, the room was changed and the additional charge(for child) was removed. That said, I was concerned that, had I not noticed and informed the staff, my family of three might have spent the entire seven nights uncomfortably in that room. I kindly suggest that more careful attention be given to verifying reservation details at check-in to ensure a smoother experience for future guests.

朝食は美味しいのですが、メイン感がないように感じた。一泊目と二泊目でほぼ内容が同じな点は致し方ないのかもしれないが、品数が少なく感じたため、重複感を感じた。

トイレがタバコ臭くて、とても不愉快だった。 朝食が廊下を食べ物のトレーを持って隣の部屋へ すごく恥ずかしくてイヤだった。 トイレルームといい、タバコの匂いが強烈で、もう二度と宿泊しない。

受付にストレスを感じました。特にチェックアウトの際にあたった年配の女性は、笑顔など一切なく、感じの悪い対応でした。その他は良かったです。

スタッフの方達の対応がスマートで丁寧。プールも綺麗でプールサイドの雰囲気も洗練されていてとても居心地が良かった。ビーチへのアクセスも文句無し。ビーチでは何匹もヤドカリを見つけることができて子供が夢中になっていた。 朝食の混雑と夕食のバリエーションだけ気になるが、総じて良いホテルだと思うのでぜひ再訪したい。

Swimming pool is huge . Room , View and hotel facility are perfect , the housekeeping are great too. All staff are amaxing , only the Front Desk Ms Yesura is not friendly at all .

Firstly, the hotel and room condition are very good and the staffs are so kind. We visited the swimming pool every day and all the life guard are very focus on the visitors. One girl looked really exausted and one of guard took care of her (at that time, her parents were not aeen there. ) PLUS, breakfast was good and sanlaku and kanawaza restaurant were very nice. I really had a good time on my vacation. Thank you!

せっかくビーチ付きのホテル選んだのに、ビーチ入れなかったのが残念です。 聞いても、クラゲネットが掃除してないとかの答えばっかで、お客様の立場立て考えてないと思います。台風エリアかもしれないけど、実際は風もなく、波もない、晴れの中、すぐに掃除して、開放して欲しかった、わざと旅行しなかったのは、ホテル側の考えばっかりで、ちょっと残念でした。いろんなホテル泊まった事があるんだけど、ここのスタッフたちも態度が冷たく感じる、気のせいかな？

3年連続で宿泊しています。空港からも近く、子供が小さいのでホテルのプールとビーチだけで満足です。 気になった点：毎回ツインベッドをハリウッドツイン仕様への変更を宿泊時にお願いしていて確認もしているのですが、宿泊3回のうち2回は変更されていません。。毎回フロントでは把握しているようですが、なぜか部屋に案内されると変更されていません。 今回も部屋に案内されてその事を伝えたら、ベルボーイの方はフロントに確認に行ったまま戻って来ず、荷物も廊下に置いたままでした。。笑 もう１点、お部屋のクリーニングなしをお願いしたのですが、毎日夕方にお掃除の方が来るのでその度にノークリーニングを伝えなくてはいけませんでした。こちらもフロント→客室係への伝達ミス？ 添い寝の子供料金が発生するようになり、時期と部屋のランクによっては１泊につき最大プラス1万円にもなるので未就学児だと割に合うかどうか考えてしまいます。 でも設備は新しいですし、海外のホテルの雰囲気もあり子供もプールを満喫できたので総じて満足です。

観光で２泊しました。 空港からのアクセスは良く車で20-30分ほど。 新しいホテルとあって、外観内観ともに綺麗で、南国のリゾート感に溢れています。プールと南国の木々、そして目の前に広がるビーチは沖縄感を満喫できます。 そして部屋からの海の眺めと潮の匂いは最高な気分！ ブレックファーストは噂通り種類が豊富で味もなかなかでした。お腹いっぱいになっちゃいます（笑） ただ一点、車で行くと宿泊者でも一日毎に駐車料金が取られるのはちょっと残念な気分になります。。。

施設やスタッフ（VIPプールのひとりのスタッフを除く）の対応には不満なし。一階の蕎麦屋には、まだ不慣れなアルバイトもいるが一生懸命な姿に癒された。

朝食バイキングが人気なのに予約制や時間制もなく長蛇の列に並ばなければ入店できなくて断念しました それ以外は素晴らしいです

We stayed at Ryukyu Hotel & Resort Nashiro Beach for three nights and found it to be a great option for families, especially those with young children. The pools and beach were the highlights of our stay. However, do note that the afternoon tide can significantly lower the water level, making swimming less enjoyable during those hours. We visited during a very hot and rainy period, which limited some activities. Breakfast and lunch at the hotel were excellent, with a good variety and quality. That said, if you don’t have a rental car, transportation becomes a challenge,taxis are necessary to reach nearby cities or attractions. A key tip: renting a car in Okinawa requires an International Driver's Permit (IDP), which you must obtain in advance (e.g., from AAA in the U.S.). We were surprised by this requirement and unable to rent a car, which limited our ability to explore the island fully. Additionally, any tours or island visits often need to be booked well in advance, so plan ahead. The hotel caters mostly to families with children. While it’s a very nice property, adults traveling without children may find the atmosphere less relaxing.

大人はゆっくりできます

Alt i alt et godt hotel, men vi har alligevel nogle ting som ikke var tilfredsstillende for et 5 stjernet hotel. Der er lang kø hver eneste morgen til morgenmads restauranten. Ikke til maden, men blot til at komme ind i restauranten. Mam står først i en lamg kø, og derfra får man så et nr til en ny kø, og vi som 2 personer oplevede ofte at andre kom før ind end os, selvom vi havde ventet længere, men fordi de fx var 4, og de havde flere store borde i restauranten. Efter at vente en halv time på at komme ind, kan man så samtidig se alle de mange borde der ikke sidder nogen ved, som så kun bliver en endnu større frustration. En morgen talte vi 46 ledige pladser lige rubdt om hvor vi sad, hvilket jo svarede til alle dem i køen udenfor. Så der er helt klart noget i logistikken der, som ikke fungerer. Men maden er lækker og der er meget forskelligt. Og det samme er buffeten man kan tilkøbe til frokost. Vi var kun på 1 af hotellets restauranter til aften, det var Soba restauranten. Dr sagde de havde bord, men da vi skulle bestille maden, havde de udsolgt af halvdelen på menukortet. Det må simpelthen ikke ske på så stort et hotel. Og det vi så fik var ekstremt smagløst. Alle andre aftenrestauranter synes vi var for dyre, så vi gik de 4km ind til nærmeste by med spisesteder. Der er en shop på hotellet som har lidt, men det er et meget lille udvalg af snacks og mad. På værelset var der super mange sorte hård i gulvtæppet, så det virkede ikke som den bedste rengøring.
