It was clean

I would not recommend this hotel unless you are on a budget and don't care about service. Upon arrival twice, there was no staff at the front desk. We waited for 15 minutes, speaking through a tablet to try and check in. Other clients were waiting and seemed frustrated. The room was adequate but the washroom smelled of urine. We had stayed 4 other places and this was by far the worse during our trip.

Walkable distance from the Kameido Station. Friendly staff is fluent in English. Convenient lockers for storing luggage.

El hotel bien aunque algo alejado de puntos importantes se nos complicó llegar a el

There was a tone of restaurants near the hotel and the train station is less than 5 mins away

Muy cerca de estacion Kameido en donde hay un atre y encuentras comida, desayunos, starbucks,uniqlo, cerca tienes family mart, 7, restaurantes. Caminando a unos minutos esta un santuario (santuario kameido) que visitamos por la tarde y tomamos fotos muy lindas. Tambien caminando llegamos al parque (nishi) y estaban muy lindos los cerezos y habia juegos de niños. Enfrente del parque hay una plaza (olinas mall) encontramos muchas tiendas y restaurantes. La habitación no la limpian diario pero te pones de acuerdo que día, siempre hay personal en recepción y son muy amables,hablan inglés, tienen lockers para tus maletas por si llegas temprano. Te prestan sombrillas.

Cerca de estación de transporte, y algunos restaurantes típicos, el personal muy amable

Overall a good time

Friendly staff, easy check in. Hotel is barebones, you pay to sleep in it and it does the job.

フロントの男性の方の対応がとても良かったです。到着してからフロントに子供分の枕や、タオル、椅子の追加など連絡してしまいましたが…柔軟に対応していただきました。本当に低コストなのに素晴らしい対応でした。お部屋も綺麗でコンセントも5つあり良かったです！

Pros: Very close to transportation hubs (bus, train), lots of shops and restaurants close by. Cons: Lack of amenities (no tea/ coffee/juice/bread offered); only 1 garbage bin in room; won't hold luggage for you after check-out...must use lockers for a fee. Our luggage needed to pay for 2 lockers because storage was too small.

Het was een fijne accommodatie in een wat rustigere plek van Tokyo. Overal waar we heen wilde, was makkelijk te bereiken met de trein.

Simple, quality, and extremely kind staff

It was in a very quiet area within a very short walking distance of food, shopping, and the kameido station. Would stay here again !

That is good hotel but need more customer service I ask if they can frozzen for me my insulin package they told me no. Always they have this service avery hotel

Hotel is not too far from the train station, entrance is located in an alley (nothing wrong with that). Lobby is on the smaller side. Staff didn’t greet us for the three nights whenever we came in (also doesn’t bother us, but when compared to any other hotel in Japan, they always greeted us). Hotel has almost no amenities besides the consumables they have in the lobby, and a clothes press on each floor. Room was alright, we had a double bed. You get a safe, tea supplies, and a nice sized closet. The TV is just a regular flat screen TV with no Cast capabilities (you can use Netflix and whatnot, but it’s all in Japanese with no English so we couldn’t use it), so the TV was useless for us. Windows and view were amazing. The bathroom was decent and clean. No seat warmers for the bidet so the seat was always cold. The shower could have a better design, it was slightly frustrating to use; the shower head is inserted into a FIXED mount, so you couldn’t change the direction of the shower head unless you kept it in your hand. And the pressure was so high it would hit us in the face and we had to have the bath faucet and shower head running at the same time to reduce the pressure. If you must stay near Kameido train station, this will be your best option. Otherwise, I recommend you just book an APA hotel for a bit more money at a different station. This stay was not worth our money.
