Staff were friendly. Room was nice and Cozy.

This is a beautiful property, service was extraordinary and we felt so relaxed and peaceful during our stay.

I went on a trip to Paris, Africa and London and this hotel superseded our expectations and anticipated our needs. The customer service, friendliness of the staff, cleanliness and food quality was superb! We absolutely loved every minute. I highly recommend and we definitely we back! 5 stars!

One of the best hotels I ever stayed at

I had the pleasure of staying at Kwetu Nairobi, Curio Collection by Hilton, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel’s location in Nairobi is perfect, with top-notch amenities. One of the highlights of my stay was the outstanding dining experience at the hotel’s top-tier Asian restaurant located on the rooftop. The flavors were incredible, and every dish was prepared with the utmost care and attention to detail. It was truly a culinary delight! The hotel ambiance was vibrant yet relaxing, making it the ideal place to unwind with a cocktails, food, and board after a busy day. But what truly made this stay unforgettable was the staff. They went above and beyond to make our experience memorable, even giving us the opportunity to experience the cigar lounge after hours. It’s rare to see such dedication to guest satisfaction, and I was truly impressed by their hospitality. Overall, Kwetu Nairobi is a must-visit for anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable stay in Nairobi. I can’t wait to return!

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est accueillant, professionnel et toujours disponible pour répondre aux besoins des clients. La chambre était propre, spacieuse et très confortable, avec une belle décoration moderne. Le petit déjeuner était varié et copieux, avec des produits frais. J’ai particulièrement apprécié le calme de l’endroit ainsi que la qualité du service. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour cette belle expérience. Je recommande vivement cet établissement et y reviendrai avec plaisir !

Great customer service

Gorgeous new property! Set in a lovely quiet neighborhood (~spring valley) in Nairobi, near Westlands for shopping. Beautiful rooms, nicely styled, lots of amenities.including a house made coffee dacial.scrub brought at turn down, and excellent restaurant on site. We loved our short stay.

The customer service at this hotel is impressive. At check in I had a little tumble with no injury. Me , being a no fuss person thought nothing of it. To my surprise the staff informed the manager on duty who not only apologized for the incident but went over and above to give my partner and i a room upgrade. During checkout the following day, more upper management took time to find out how our stay was and seemed genuinely concerned about customer experience. The hotel is beautiful. I would recommend it and would definitely stay there again. Only criticism I have is the food. My lamb dish was tough… I expected better.

Wow!! hidden gem! We didnt fully know what we were getting before we arrived. We had a great welcome, the hotel is super clean and cool. Sort of feels like a secret jungle with all the trees nearby. Great rooms, great staff, great vibes! would for sure visit again.

Kwetu is simply a wonderful place. Great food, friendly staff and amazing service.

The hotel is perfect. There restaurants are amazing. I stayed for almost a month so got to try all the different options on breakfast amd dinner menu. The location is very safe and the staff is wonderful. The hotel is still new so they do not have spa yet. The gym is small and doesnt have much equipment but still kept in very good condition.The rooms are wonderful and well stocked with toiletries. The staff and room service is very responsive, if anything is required 24/7.
