We had a great stay in this hotel; we were greeted by friendly receptionists and sparkling drinks are always a nice touch, our room was spacious and comfy, location of hotel is perfect, spa and pool is very good, the «finnish» sauna is spacious and has a cool view to the pool, breakfast not superb, but very very tasty, own coffee barista made me very happy. Cant think about anything to conplain about this hotel. Recommended!

Charmende hotel med fantastisk placering – men pas på badekarret! Vi havde en dejlig oplevelse på hotellet, der ligger perfekt i den gamle bydel – i gåafstand til både restauranter, kultur og historiske seværdigheder. Priserne er rimelige, især hvis man gerne vil forkæle sig selv lidt ekstra. Vi boede i en Junior Suite, som var rummelig og havde fin udsigt til kirken – dog med den lille ulempe, at kirkeklokken vækkede os et par gange. Minibaren var god, og der var både en hyggelig forstue og to enorme fladskærme. Sengen var lige i skabet: kæmpe stor med lækre puder og en super blød dyne. Spaområdet i kælderen var lækkert, men alt for overfyldt, og gulvet ekstremt glat, så pas på! Badeværelset i suiten var flot, men her kommer en STOR ADVARSEL: Der er ingen skridsikre måtter i badekarret, og det er en udfordring at stå og bade i et glat kar med en svag vandstråle. Det endte desværre med et fald og en solid blodansamling på siden og armen – heldigvis ikke værre, men det kunne være gået rigtig galt. Personalet var flinke og imødekommende, men vi fik hverken kompensation eller hjælp, blot en besked om, at alt lever op til lovgivningen og Hilton-standarderne. Det føltes lidt skuffende. Vi kommer helt sikkert tilbage til Vilnius – men prøver nok et andet hotel næste gang.

A classic and beautiful hotel from another era. We got a room with a balcony out front. The hotel could put two folding chairs there, perhaps, but we enjoyed standing there occasionally and viewing the main plaza of Vilnius. The hotel is impeccable. The rooms are gorgeous and spacious. Very quiet, when the windows are closed. The staff was incredibly nice. They sent a bottle of Spanish champagne to celebrate my wife’s birthday. Breakfast buffet was excellent. We used the spa only late, but there is so much to do! Parking is 50 Euro per night and 40 Euro in the center of the city. If you want to avoid that, you‘d need to walk 10 minutes or so, so we ended up using the hotel. They always got the car very quickly. This may be the best hotel in the Baltics. Highly recommended.

Fantastisch en zeer centraal gelegen hotel. Alles klopte wat de verwende reiziger kan verlangen. Heerlijke bedden, prima koffiezetapparaat, ruime kamers, geluidsarm. Enige minpunt wellicht was dat de airlco niet optimaal werkte en wat lawaaiig was alhoewel ik vermoed dat het een centraal aangesloten systeem is met weinig individuele aanpassingsopties.

Really nice hotel with a great view

Service was above and beyond. Specially for breakfast. Beds were excellente, spa area lovely as well. Great hotel. Would definitely return in the future

Ett utmärkt hotell på de flesta sätt men att begära deposition om 150 EUR per natt är för mycket. När jag ifrågasatte så blev det mycket snabbt 100 EUR per natt.

Amazing experience at this hotel, chic with great service & food! Great location, overlooking the Cathedral & Tower.
