Ravintsara Wellness Hotel

Un bel hôtel dans une véritable jungle avec des bungalows spacieux et très beaux. Une piscine qui n’apporte rien, bien trop froide et un tout petit bout de plage qui n’est accessible que très peu de temps avec la marée. Et un voyage complètement gâché par l’incompétence et le manque de considération, de respect de la part de la plupart du personnel de l’hôtel notamment au restaurant. Un manque de communication dans tout l’hôtel, pourtant très habile quand il s’agit de trouver en quelques secondes où l’on se situe dans l’immense hôtel, ou de nous suivre. Un déséquilibre de traitement entre la clientèle italienne (privilégiée), française et malgache qui n’est absolument pas entendable mais qu’on a du supporter durant plusieurs jours. Deux délestages au total de 12 heures, beaucoup trop de moustiques, et une télé des années 90. Un buffet imposé tous les soirs hors de prix et vraiment pas bon. Un petit déjeuner très moyen notamment sur la partie salée. Des gestes ont été cependant fait mais qui n’ont pas suffit à rendre notre voyage meilleur. Un grand merci tout de même à Dimbiniaina, sa mère (je ne me souviens plus de son prénom), Natia et, le responsable du restaurant qui semble avoir du endosser tous les problèmes que nous avons rencontrés à l’hôtel. Privilégiez le Vanila qui est plus haut de gamme, avec des panneaux solaires et dont la plage est grande, avec une piscine vraiment très belle.

Nous avons réservé un bungalow vue mer, il était exceptionnel, magnifique, propre et ultra classe ! Il y avait tous les équipements nécessaires pour séjourner dans le confort. Le personnel est au top ! Hyper accueillant et sympathique. Nous recommandons vivement, réservez les yeux fermés vous ne serez pas déçus ;) C'était notre dernière nuit à Nosybe, une cerise sur le gâteau !

Nous avons adoré ce séjour, le personnel est formidable. Les repas étaient a la carte et nous avons beaucoup apprécié.

Dejlig stor luksus hytte men desværre ikke helt varmt vand . Oplevede lidt manglende vandforsyning på en ud af 5 dage. Aircon helt ok. Efter landets kvalitet var sengen i den bedste halvdel kvalitets mæssigt Havde dejlig have samt ren pool. Stranden er intet værd. Halvpension var super fin. Super kvalitet på massagen af 1.5 times varighed

Een prachtig resort met enorme en mooie kamers. Een mooi zwembad en lekkere ligbedjes aan zee. Verder is ook een bezoekje aan de spa voor bijvoorbeeld een massage een aanrader!! Enige minpunt: het eten is niet geweldig. Geen bijzondere menukaart en de smaak is soms een beetje saai.

Tres bel hotel,bien placé avec un magnifique jardin tropical où sont nichées d'immenses "huttes" dans lesquelles tout le confort pour accueillir les résidents. Belle plage,belle piscine,personnel prévenant et souriant,tout aurait été parfait si le buffet du soir avait été à la hauteur,les entrées correctes mais les plats chauds,une honte,dégoûtants .

Fabtastisk fint hotell, med superbe ansatte. Mye smil og god service fra ankomst til avreise. Jeg har anbefalt deres hotell på en Norsk gruppe for mennesker som reiser MYE og anbefalt dem å bo her😊. Tusen takk for et flott opphold😊

Lovely stay, beautiful hotel and location. Super attentive staff and very helpful. Delicious food and lots of it, great evening performances and overall a fabulous and highly recommend resort.

We had an amazing 7 days holiday at the Ravintsara hotel. The staff is incredibly helpful and kind. We had a nice and spacious bungalow. The food was also nice and we had a huge choice from the buffet every morning and evening. The garden of the hotel was also beautiful with lots of greens and a shiny clean pool with coconut palms around. The only minus is the beach of the hotel. It is not really nice because of the seagrass that constantly comes out with the waves. However for us it was not that important. :)

Recommended and very nice accomodation, clean and safe, good meals and well embedded in nature. Friendly staff. Beautifully located - I had a sea view bungalow! Just the sea water on the hotel beach was not so nice than further away from the coast.

Det er sjelden man møter på ansatte som genuint ønsker at man skal trives og ha det optimalt. Det gjør man her. Ansatte går gjerne en ekstra mil for deg, selv om det går utover egen fritid. Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold! Maten var fint presentert, men manglet krydder etter vår smak. SPA avdelingen kunne sine saker. Her er det lite å trekke for, men mye å glede seg over

Le restaurant et petit déjeuner sont de qualité. Les bungalows sont très beaux et spacieux dans un jardin tropical luxuriant. Lieu calme et apaisant avec une très belle piscine Le cadre est magnifique cependant notez qu'il n'est pas toujours aisé de se baigner en mer selon la marée mais le coucher de soleil est bien là ! Privilégier les sorties vers les iles alentours qui sont paradisiaques

Excellent service from staff in dining hall as well as excursions in water or land.

After flying from Antananarivo and the long drive in the dark across Nosy Be, we were greeted with fresh coconut water in the coconut. Perfect. I had chosen to pay a little extra for an ocean view cabin (#8 I think). Absolutely worthwhile. We could hear the ocean and had private lounge chairs and a stunning view of sunsets. The room was fabulous. The downsides were that breakfast wasn't always ready when we needed it. Juice and yogurt were overly sweetened. Pastries and bread weren't always fresh. But the big issue was that the ONLY CHOICE for dinner was a massive buffet. My daughter is vegetarian and there was not much on the buffet for her. I didn't have much appetite and didn't want a buffet. I wanted something light. Not an option. So we ate nothing. The bar had some good drinks, especially the ginger one.

It is such a nice hotel, with beautiful facilities and super kind staff. Both breakfast and dinner buffet offer western and local food with sufficient variety. Staff is most welcoming, friendly and helpful.

Jeg booket i utgangspunktet fire netter på dette hotellet og endte opp med å forlenge med ytterligere 7 netter. Hotellet ligger på stranden med fantastisk utsikt til Nosy Sakatia som ligger tvers over bukta ca 5 minutter mes båt. Jeg booket alle utflukter via hotellet og det funket fantastisk. Alle var utrolig hyggelige og behjelpsomme fra innsjekk til utsjekk. Eneste grunn til at jeg ikke gav full score på renhold er at jeg ikke fikk noe vann de tre siste dagene. Ellers ble hytten holdt strøken. Bodde forresten først på hytte 4 så på hytte 6. Hytte 6 var bedre....

Such a nice resort. Very good food. They change the menu everyday, so you won’t be disappointed. They had live music every second day. Big bungalows. Extremely nice staff. Everything is very clean. And a stunning sunset!! There isn’t much beach there. But you won’t miss it. A lot value for money
