Theo thông báo của Cục Hải quan Hoàng gia Malaysia, Thuế Du lịch được áp dụng từ ngày 1 tháng 1 năm 2023 cho tất cả khách sạn không phải là người Malaysia hoặc không phải là thường trú nhân tại Malaysia. Vui lòng lưu ý rằng khách sạn sẽ thu Thuế Du lịch từ bạn trong khi nhận phòng tại khách sạn. Mức thuế du lịch là 10 RM mỗi phòng mỗi đêm.
Bạn sẽ được yêu cầu thanh toán cho nơi lưu trú các khoản phí sau. Phí có thể bao gồm các loại thuế hiện hành:
- Đặt cọc tiền mặt: 300.00 MYR mỗi lần lưu trú
Chúng tôi đã liệt kê mọi khoản phí được nơi lưu trú cung cấp thông tin.
- Có thể thu phí thêm người với mức phí khác nhau, tùy chính sách riêng
- Có thể cần giấy tờ tùy thân hợp pháp có ảnh và tiền đặt cọc (cho các chi phí phát sinh - nếu có) để làm thủ tục nhận phòng
- Tùy thuộc vào tình hình thực tế khi nhận phòng mà các yêu cầu đặc biệt có được đáp ứng hay không và có thể thu phụ phí. Không đảm bảo đáp ứng mọi yêu cầu đặc biệt
- Nơi lưu trú này nhận thanh toán bằng tiền mặt
- Chủ nhà chưa cho biết có máy phát hiện khí carbon monoxide tại nơi lưu trú hay không; hãy cân nhắc mang theo máy phát hiện khí carbon monoxide cầm tay
- Chủ nhà chưa cho biết có máy báo khói tại nơi lưu trú hay không

Good location, A very kind owner, so detail with the information and pictures on how we can check in and what facilities we have to stay here.
This is an amazing place to stay in JB if you want to have family bonding, i.e a huge room which can fit in 4 person.
Slight minus point, similar to KSL Hotel and Resort, D'Esplanade also have same issue, the water strength is just moderate.
Thumbs up for this hotel, I will definitely recommended to friends and family.

Amazing location, convenient and exactly next to KSL mall. You can find literally almost anything. The Condo unit is in 18th floor. It is very clean and bathroom has bathtub. For check in, you should contact the owner and the owner will give you the instructions on how to get in to the building. I arrived earlier than the standard check in time, but the owner could arrange the early check in. Much appreciated.
One downside though, I did found cockroaches inside the unit. I think it was not because the unit is dirty, but the roaches came from outside. I could see that this is not the first time people have "unwanted guests", seeing that there were already electronic pest repeller, roach "poison", insect spray available. Though with the unwanted guests, I would still think that I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this without doubt.

Air-conditioning can't be adjust. Or though it's a non-smoking room but smokers can smoke outside the balcony. Message how to check out but there was no reply. It was a fine stay overall.

Location was amazing as KSL is just a short grab ride from CIQ and the apartment blocks are directly connected to KSL mall with a linkway. Perfect for late night movies. The apartment also has a balcony with great view, is spacious and comes with wifi. Check-in was also easy and fuss free.
However we spotted a cockroach in the bathtub once and also ants come very quickly if you have food on the table. TV is also too small and we have to squint a little. The lift system is also a little bit tricky. But for short staycation the apartment is great. Will definitely stay again.

Right next to KSL City mall and seladang night market. Have to do self check in by collecting access cards from the letter box near the lift lobby. Clear instructions and room number given via whatsapp night before check in. Side door from homestay lobby to ksl mall means no need to worry of rain if you going shopping at the mall. Room reasonably clean with balcony and great city views. Value for money as it comes with 1 twin bed and 2 single beds that sleeps upto 4. Good to go on Mondays as night market available every Mondays and is located right next to this accommodation. Overall great stay if you are going for shopping and food with shopping and eateries in abundance including street food, restaurants and coffee shops.

My family and I enjoyed our stay in this apartment. Although it is small but cosy and conveniently accessible to KSL. Alex has been very friendly and even delivered.extra blanket and towels to us after knowing that we have 2 kids with us.

It was a great experience to stay at KSL studio apartment, Good size for family of four. The dinner table was not so pleasant . It will be good if the door access to mall or back to apartment can change to 10am to 10:30pm. Otherwise need to go out from the mall and walk into the carpark to access to the apartment. I will come back again.
