Vui lòng lưu ý rằng khách sạn sẽ thu Thuế Du lịch từ bạn trong khi nhận phòng tại khách sạn. Mức thuế du lịch là 10 RM/phòng/đêm.
Có hiệu lực từ ngày 1 tháng 1 năm 2025, Chính quyền Bang Melaka áp đặt một khoản phí Thuế Di sản bắt buộc là 4,00 MYR/phòng/đêm cho tất cả các chỗ ở tại khách sạn. Phí này có thể thay đổi mà không cần báo trước. Phí này sẽ được khách sạn thu khi khách đến.
- Phí giường gấp: 80.0 MYR mỗi ngày
Danh sách trên có thể không đầy đủ. Phí và đặt cọc có thể không bao gồm thuế và có thể thay đổi.
- Có thể thu phí thêm người với mức phí khác nhau, tùy chính sách riêng
- Có thể cần giấy tờ tùy thân hợp pháp có ảnh và cần đặt cọc bằng thẻ tín dụng, thẻ ghi nợ hoặc tiền mặt (cho các chi phí phát sinh - nếu có) khi làm thủ tục nhận phòng
- Tùy thuộc vào tình hình thực tế khi nhận phòng mà các yêu cầu đặc biệt có được đáp ứng hay không và có thể thu phụ phí. Không đảm bảo đáp ứng mọi yêu cầu đặc biệt
- Nơi lưu trú này nhận thanh toán bằng thẻ tín dụng
- Trang thiết bị an toàn tại nơi lưu trú bao gồm máy phát hiện khí carbon monoxide, bình cứu hỏa, máy phát hiện khói và hộp sơ cứu
Để sắp xếp nhận phòng, vui lòng liên hệ với nơi lưu trú trước khi đến bằng thông tin liên lạc trong xác nhận đặt phòng. Nếu dự định đến nơi sau nửa đêm vui lòng thông báo trước với nơi lưu trú bằng thông tin liên lạc trong xác nhận đặt phòng. Khách phải liên lạc trước với nơi lưu trú để nhận hướng dẫn nhận phòng. Nhân viên tiếp tân sẽ đón tiếp khi khách đến nơi lưu trú.

Stedet kan ikke ligge tættere på den berømt Jonker Street gade. Desværre var der ikke morgenmad på hotellet, men ligeved siden af lå der 2 madsteder, hvor man kunne købe morgenmad, med det var ikke nogle gode steder, da hygiejnen ikke var helt i orden. Durian blev solgt på hotellet, så det kunne man lufte tydeligt, så hvis man ikke kan lide duften af Durian, er det ikke det rigtige sted

Belle chambre, spacieuse, bien équipée et hôtel très bien situé. Le moins est que nous avons réservé une chambre via Expédia pour 3 personnes et que la chambre réservée ne pouvait convenir à 3 personnes. On nous a donc demandé de régler plus pour changer de chambre (le double du prix initial). C’est dommage

Boutique Hotel is literally just a minute walk to Jonker Street night market which operates from Fridays to Sundays. However, it was not noisy and we slept well. Walkable also to all the other major places of interests. There are cafes, bistro, bars and restaurants so you save money on transport. The reception staff were helpful and friendly. We booked the hotel because there is free and enclosed parking behind the back entrance and you can enter and exit the car park by pressing the remote control given to you when you check in. The entrance to the car park was blocked during the night market operating hours but we could still enter by taking a slight detour. Breakfast was not included but the restaurant besides the hotel serves good breakfast toast and coffee/tea and local noodle/rice dishes.
Would stay again if we visit Malacca in the near future.

Location was amazing. With a private car park right behind the hotel. Hotel is located right outside Jonker walk. Hot air conditioning not cold enough. Was literally sweating through the night until about 3-4am it start to get cold.

The location is great for a stroll around Jonkers street & market.
The hotel is rather shabby and needs an upgrade & refurbishment.
I was attracted by ‘deep soak bath tub’ but couldn’t get hot water to bath or shower. The water was on the cold side of tepid that made bathing very unpleasant.
Expensive for what was offered and not even breakfast!

This hotel is located in the center of jonker street. The staff are friendly. Private carpark at the back. Plenty of choices for food.
I booked 3 adult, amd the room said king bed only. It is a bit misleading as we still need to pay for additional mattress.
The room also with window but it is frosted and cannot be opened. Paints are peeling in many areas. No lift as well.

Everything was great! 4 stars for cleanliness and facilities only because the hotel has a bit of age and wear and tear. The carpark is a huge plus point.
Do note that if your room faces the jonker street, it might get noisy when there is night market and performance that might last till close to midnight.

Location Location Location! Rooms were large and clean, building was historical and well kept. We had 2 babies traveling with us and the rooms were quiet. They even provided a crib. Firm beds, but everything else was great!!!
