Great, the hotel staff was amazing! Beautiful overwater rooms

Although the majority of the staff, especially at Mélange and Phat Chameleon, were extremely friendly and welcoming, I was disappointed by the rudeness and lack of awareness from the Souk Oven staff. After waiting 30 minutes for our drinks, we were told they were “extremely busy,” despite only 4 tables being occupied. The overwater villa itself was beautiful, but the cleanliness was below expectations. There was visible dirt and dust in the room, and what was most appalling was the bath water, which was yellow! The buggy service does not follow its schedule at all resulting in long waits. Even when calling for a buggy, it didn’t come, leaving us to walk back in the heat. The beaches lacked basic amenities such as sun loungers, umbrellas, and drinking water with a rubbish washed up. I also found the dining inflexibility frustrating. When I requested fries without the accompanying burger, the chef refused. Water sports are only available from 9am–12pm most days, which is disappointing given how intense the sun is during those hours! Additionally, only kayaking and paddleboarding are included; all other activities are extremely overpriced. The gift shop prices were shockingly inflated (£200 for a hat). The sunset cruise was underwhelming for over £100pp, with nothing to see and all you could hear is staff on their phones scrolling TT. Having 2 pools directly next to each other which is unnecessary- one should be designated as a kids pool. Has potential but overpriced.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour du 7 au 15 décembre. À 2, tout est instauré pour une déconnexion totale. Nous avions une maison sunset sur pilotis et au rythme des clapotis nous nous laissions bercer d’une certaine nonchalance. Le buffet all inclusive ainsi que les restaurants sont savoureux. Le souq oven est un bar tapas hors du temps sur la mer avec ces hamacs nocturnes simplement magiques. Le seul ou les seuls bémols, pas assez de légumes grillés verts (chipotage) et l’hôtel assez éloigné de Malé nécessité un vol domestique de 50 min plus un speedboard de 15 min. De France il faut compter 24h de voyage aller et 24h retour tout cumulé transfert, attente. Ce fut le seul point non explicite lors de la réservation. Les informations sont transmises la veille par l’hôtel et par e-mail.

I went on my honeymoon. The entire experience was absolutely amazing. There is not a single downside i can say about this place other than the weather being insanely hot. Extremely clean rooms. Ocean pool suite is awesome. The staff was absolutely amazing, they made the entire experience super fun and enjoyable. Their pastry chef Jiwan, executive chef Asanka, staff members Vildhaan and Hakeem, our house cleaner (forgot his name) but all the food accomodatiojs were enjoyable because of these names. Im sure the rest of the staff are just as amazing. But the service from arrival to departure is so smooth. Definitely recommend their Sunset Dolphin Cruise excursion as well!!! (for extra $20 than the regular sunset cruise to me is so worth it even if theres a 50/50 chance for the dolphins to appear). The food is incredible, absolutely amazing. They use all natural ingredients that are harvested in the garden on the island. The marine life is amazing, I would wake up to Stingrays and reef sharks swimming around our villa every morning and every evening. 10000/10 would recommend this resort.

Sehr schöne Anlage, sehr ruhig, sehr freundliches ,aufmerksames , fleissiges Personal . Immer bemüht dem Gast einen Wunsch zu erfüllen. Tolle Möglichkeit direkt von der Wasservilla aus zu schnorcheln. Kein Aufwand nötig. Noch schöne Unterwasserwelt mit Artenvielfalt. Gerne wieder.

Everything about this hotel was brilliant. The waters were crystal clear and we were amazed to see so much sealife from the back of our over water villa - turtles, stingrays and small sharks were constantly swimming by our villa and it was really easy to get in the water and see them up close. The staff were beyond friendly and the service was exceptional - from the wonderful breakfast team, the lovely asian lady working in the bar, to Zin in Phat Cameleon. Every single staff member on this Island went out of their way to say hello and bring us anything we needed. The food was also very good, especially for an all inclusive - Phat Cameleon and Souq Oven were our favourites, and the chef's were more than happy to ammend dishes to cater to dietary requirements. We found the all inclusive to be excellent value for money, with a large amount of premium beers and wines included. The resort itself is stunning - very green and also clean, with many different areas to visit, making it feel larger than what it was. Our villa was excellent and we would really recommend an over water sunset villa, which have the best views of the island, with the clearest waters. We stayed for 11 nights and were given free vouchers, allowing us to have massages, jet ski rides and a snorkeling trip. Anya in the spa was incredible. There are so many Maldives resorts to choose from that it can be overwhelming. We could not recommend the Pullman more highly - brilliant value for money and quality.

Io e mio marito siamo stati in questo resort dal 22 al 31 luglio 2024. Fin dal nostro arrivo siamo stati coccolati: infatti abbiamo atteso il volo interno per arrivare al resort in una lounge dell'aeroporto di Malè, dove siamo stati accompagnati e seguiti anche al check-in. Una volta arrivati all'eroporto di Koodoo siamo stati accompagnati alla lounge vip del Pullman Maamutaa Maldives, dove abbiamo atteso, rinfrescandoci, il trasferimento al resort via motoscafo. Tutti i trasferimenti sia di andata che di ritorno sono stati perfetti, senza alcun intoppo. Arrivati al Pullman Maamutaa Maldives, ad accoglierci c'era un gruppo di persone che col loro sorriso ci hanno dato il benvenuto, ci hanno dato da bere un buon succo di frutta fresco e una bellissima collana fatta a mano. Poi siamo stati accompagnati a visitare tutto il resort, stando comodamente seduti su un buggy elettrico. Infine abbiamo visto la nostra meravigliosa villa sull'oceano con una pittoresca amaca sospesa sull'acqua. La nostra villa aveva anche un patio dove poter prendere il sole e all'interno vi era la camera, meravigliosa, con un bagno grandissimo con due docce, una all'interno e una all'esterno, tipica maldiviana. Vi sono tre ristoranti: uno a buffet e due à la carte. Possiamo essere grati al Pullman di essere stati così coccolati e ci avete fatti sentire a casa, parte di quel paradiso che è Maamutaa! Noi siamo sicuri che un giorno ci rivedremo … grazie di questo meraviglioso soggiorno!

Amazing place to stay. Everything was effortless and totally relaxing.

Outstanding experience! Everything was incredible from the scenery to the activities/experiences, the food and most notably the service. All staff were extremely pleasant, so friendly with everyone saying hello as you pass by. Staff wanted to ensure your utmost comfort and were able to assist us promptly whenever needed. It was such a relaxing time with the most beautiful views, so much marine life to see! So unbelievably breathtaking and would highly recommend!

Kombination aus Wasservilla mit Pool erlaubt sehr viel Privatsphäre. Sunset Villa bevorzugt, Schnorcheln sehr gut, da es direkt von der Villa aus sehr viel zu sehen gibt. Allinclusiv Angebot mehr als erfüllt. Sehr gerne wieder
