property was super location, getting around was easy... and hospitably was beyond satisfaction..

Despite reading mixed reviews online, was pleasantly surprised. Location is in quiet area and very central to everything in Valetta, including spar groceries. Room 6 is spacious, with comfortable bedding. Upon arrival, they provided water bottle & local sweet and savoury biscuits which was lovely. Aircon, mini bar fridge, tv all in working order. As per online reviews, the shower base edging is too shallow and indeed does not keep water in when showering, so the floor does get very wet. Bring your flip-flops to avoid slipping! Towels provided were a bit stained/dirty too. Didn't have any concerns with bad odour/smell in room. The only minor issue I had was with the room door handle and lock - it wasn't screwed in so if you're not careful the handle it may fall out in your hands. This also made it difficult to lock/unlock room. I texted the owner about this safety issue, but never got any response. Was able to leave luggage for a few hours on departure day at a nearby hotel. Overall, I'd recommend staying here.

Rooms were clean and spacious, and cleaning staff were pleasant. My only complaints were that there’s no physical receptionist, and that accessing the hotel can be difficult in the evenings. The digital code did not work one evening, requiring me to make a roaming call with their staff to resolve the issue. The issue was eventually resolved when staff provided a separate code for a physical key box to access the hotel entrance. Needless to say, it was unnecessary to pay for international roaming calls just to access the hotel. Recommendation: Have a WhatsApp compatible number for guests to call staff, and ensure digital code is accessible 24/7.

I was very dissapointed as I ordered 2 rooms in Capital Inn Guest house - for me and my colleague. After I made reservation I received two emails with instructions and then it was done for me. However, when I came to Valetta and wanted to check-in, I realized that one room is in Capital Inn and another one is an appartment in the different part of the city. Maybe it is my fault that i did not check properly emails, where they confirmed my stay in different accomodation - but i would never expect that somebody can book appartment for you in the other part of the city without prior and clear notice. If I knew I am in another accomodation as my colleague I would try to find another hotel. At the same time my colleague that stayed in Capitall Inn was complaining that huge spot of mould is on the wall - that could be dangerous during longer stay.

Things began appallingly on arrival: the hotel does not employ Reception Staff and the automated entry system did not work: I was outside for almost 1 hour until an existing guest arrived with his key. According to neighbours, this scenario is commonplace, plus the 'emergency phone number' is usually unresponsive. Later in the week I gave access to a new arrival. However, once I had possession of my 2 keys there were no further entry problems. Additionally, the TV in the room only broadcast a single Maltese language channel. The room was not fully cleaned every day. The wifi did not initially respond, but this problem was swiftly resolved. On a positive note; the location was excellent - tourist sites and innumerable restaurants were within 3-10 minutes walking distance; the hotel's fees were relatively cheap. The Maltese were overwhelmingly friendly, co-operative and helpful.

AVOID IN ANY COST! Don’t spend a penny on this property. Location is good but that is it. All place is cover whit dump and mold. No windows to open. It is healthy HAZARD ☢️ Please stay away I will attach pictures

Had an awesome time in Valletta. Was out more often than was in residence, so it fulfilled its purpose! No street view, which is fine.

Room smelled of damp, and peeling walls /ceiling , TV didn't work (asked for someone to come out and look at it twice but nothing done). Would not stay again or recommend.

Posizione ottima, in una via laterale del centro, 2min a piedi neanche , traversa silenziosa. Stanza e bagno ben arredati, servizio assistenza veloce. Purtroppo non metto piu stelle

Do not expect much, one or two nights okay but if you’re thinking more than that. I wouldn’t do that.

Moreof an Air B & B type place . Self entry with Code numbers. Vey close to the Main square. Good value for money. But , no windows / view and down a hill , so be aware if you struggle with walking up / down hills ! otherwise spot on for the money !

Excellent facility and very close to the centre. Well kept and clean. My only suggestion is to keep remote batteries new and check the system before giving it to new comers.

Die Lage sowie die Größe des Zimmers sind top. Wenn man sich dort nur kurz aufhält okay ansonsten wegen des fehlenden Tageslichts eher nicht zu empfehlen. Einrichtung ist renovierungsbedürftig. Ausfall des fließenden Wassers wurde am nächsten Tag behoben

UBICACIÓN: EXCELENTE, queda cerca de la puerta de entrada a La Valletta lo cual te facilitará ir a otros lugares de la isla además de que está en pleno centro histótrico así que estás en el mejor lugar. COMODIDAD: MALA porque la cama es muy incómoda y pequeña, tiene un cubre colchon de plástico que es de lo más incómodo además que suena toda la noche cuando te mueves, la TV NO funciona y el baño se le sale toda el agua cuando te duchas. ESTADO DEL ALOJAMIENTO: BUENO para haber viajado solo, ya que tiene mesita para poner equipaje y aunque es simple la decoración es linda y en buen estado el mobiliario. SERVICIO: EXCELENTE ya que el personal es muy muy amable educado y tienen guardaequipaje, LO MALO es que este está a 7 minutos caminando ntre subidas y bajadas.
