Maltese Rooms

Je vous déconseille très fortement cet endroit !!!! Nous sommes arrivés pour 6jours et 5nuits, nous n’avons pas pu prendre une seule fois une douche, l’eau était brûlante quant à l’eau froide elle était inexistante ! De plus, cela peut paraître un détails mais nous n’avions pas de papier toilette dans les wc, nous sommes arriver un dimanche, autant vous dire que pour trouver un magasin d’ouvert le dimanche quand on ne connaît pas la ville cela s’avère être une vrai expédition ! Enfin pour finir l’odeur dans la salle de bain est vraiment insoutenable, ainsi que la propreté ! Le bac à douche était tout gras et très sale et le dessous du lit n’avait pas était fait depuis un bon moment vu la quantité de poussière qui y avait pris place ! Bien entendu nous avons essayer de contacter la personne en charge des logements pour ce problème de douche, cette personne est encore à l’heure où je vous écrit inexistante ! Ah oui et j’oubliais le fameux petit déjeuner à volonté qui se comporte d’un bocal de biscuit sec, d’un autre de céréales et quelques sachets de thé ! Bref ne faite pas comme nous, ne vous faites pas avoir !

J ai apprécié la localisation du logement. Je n ai pas aimé le manque d hygiène, les coordonnées téléphoniques erronées et de contact avec le responsable.

Purtroppo non sono riuscito a vedere la struttura, l’host non si è degnato di venirmi ad aprire l’appartamento e mi sono trovato in giro per La Valletta di sabato alle 22:00 con bagagli e stanco dopo una giornata di viaggio a cercare un altro hotel. È stato così scortese da non rispondere neanche al telefono, tramite messaggio mi ha detto che sono cose che capitano e di ricontattare Expedia per farmi ricollocare. Sconsigliato vivamente, dovrebbe essere bandito da portali come Expedia.

I liked Malta and I will probably return But the accommodation was poor. I understand that you get what you pay for but it had a 3 star rating and failed on basics such as cleanliness, ease of access and even the lock on the bathroom door was so worn it was unadvisable to lock it. Oh, and no toilet rolling the first 2 days So, a thumbs up to Malta but thumbs down for the Maltese rooms

The property was in a good central location for what I wanted to see and do.

The property was the worst possible! First of all, it isn’t a three-star hotel but a shared room in an apartment which is quality-wise very far from being a three-star establishment! The room was very dirty with dirty bed sheets and a very dirty bathroom! In addition, the shower and sink didn’t work properly. Hardly any water was coming out of the shower and sink faucet. Moreover, the AC was broken: a lot of water was leaking out of it! The property was in fact so bad that we left it after only one night. Before leaving we asked for a new room but the owners refused and even had the audacity to be super rude and sarcastic with us. This was definitely the worst accommodation and most unprofessional staff of a “hotel” we have ever encountered! Would warn anyone from going here!!

he bathroom is separated, you have to use a shared living room to get to the bathroom. The living room has an IP camera installed, you are being watched. Same is true for the kitchen. I don't thing that it is legal. The bathroom is extremely dirty (see the photos), tiles cracked etc. We asked the owner to bring some detergent so we can clean it up, but they refused. We could not take a shower because there was no cold water, only hot (about 60 celsius), and they denied that something might be wrong with the pipes/faucet, although we never met the owner. They sent instructions over whatsapp. The whole place stinks, literally. The provided so called "towels" were also smelly. The breakfast practically did not exist: some cracked biscuits in filthy jars and some cereal stuck together in a feeder. There was nothing else to eat. Kitchen, sponge, dishtowels etc. are also in unbeliveable condition. The main photo that is used to advertise the place was taken about 1km away from the apartment. It is a fraud - the apartment itself has no view to the sea, no accessible rooftop. The other photo taken about our room (green walls) is misleading. See the attached photos about their actual condition: insulation foam coming out of the dirty walls, the plaster is coming down. We had to leave the place after the first night and rent a room in a hotel. They refused to give a refund and denied all problems. It was impossible to reach them in any way except chat messages. Wifi was very fast.

Un'esperienza da dimenticare!! Faccio prima a fare un elenco per quante cose allucinanti abbiamo trovato: - chiavi di casa che non aprono; - stanza sporca (abbiamo trovato un pacchetto di patatine usato nell'armadio); - titolare inesistente e irreperibile (non l'abbiamo mai vista in sei giorni); - nessuna colazione nonostante abbiamo prenotato un b&b; - letto scomodo e sporco (abbiamo trovato le lenzuola bucate e un cerotto usato dentro); - il bagno puzzava da morire; - non c'era un servizio di pulizie (abbiamo usato le stesse lenzuola e gli stessi asciugamani per sei giorni); - c'era un solo rotolo di carta igienica; - la tv funzionava male; - c'era un piccolissimo contenitore per i rifiuti che ovviamente non veniva svuotato... Note positive? - almeno l'aria condizionata funzionava; - acqua calda nella doccia; - zona tranquilla; - posizione buona.

Avevamo la cucina della quale potevamo usufruire quando volevamo. Gli ultimi due giorni di soggiorno non abbiamo potuto fare colazione perché chi ci ospitava aveva già mangiato tutto, togliendoci un servizio che avevamo pagato, così obbligati ad dover andare in un bar a fare colazione. Il terzo giorno il water non scaricava più, quindi bagno inutilizzabile, l’acqua della doccia era fredda perché la caldaia non andava. Credo che non torneremo più! Molto molto scontenta!

Check in and facilities were good. When I messaged the landlady to ask what time I had to check out, there was no response. After messaging twice (once the night before, once on the day) I received a demanding message way late on my departure day demanding me to return to the apartment, where I was confronted by a VERY RUDE and non English speaking Miss Lucica, who demanded I return the keys and get out. With next guests presentto check in, Miss Lucica watched my collect my final belongings until I left the apartment, basically kicked out. This whole check out process was terrible and “if” they had responded properly to my messages, this would have been avoided. Instead I was treated like an animal with disgusting customer service!! I willl NEVER come here again!

One of the worst places I have stayed. We booked for 5 people but only beds for 4, the fold out bed had broken legs so bed made on the floor. Dirty water left in sink, rubbish in the bin, ciggerette butts on the balcony, bed clothes smelt musty, broken tile sticking dangerously out the kitchen floor and general shabbiness of the entire place. Resigning ourselves to getting what we paid for we went out on the first night, on our return the key broke in the lock, locking us out. All our things were inside including our money, passports and clothes but didn't get back into the apartment until the following afternoon and forced to pay for a new lock. Once we eventually did, we decided we did not want to stay here any longer so left and found another hotel for the rest of our stay. I have complained about the state of the apartment to Hotels.com but they say they aren't able to do anything as outside the cancellation period of the hotel. I don't think places like this should be allowed to advertise as hotels and also don't think that hotels.com have given any service for the fee that I'm sure they will collect on this awful place. Only redeeming feature is the location, right in the main centre of Sliema and near a bus stop so you can get away from this dreadful place.

Netheid keuken laar te wensen - schimmelvorming aan pompbak - over en geen afwasmiddel noch propere keukenhanddoeken, weinig bestek, vaatwasser laat zekering springen zodat alle appartementen zonder elektriciteit vallen. Op kamer werkt televisie niet. Gemeenschappelijke badkamer mist een douchescherm in het bad, zodat ze soms in een zwembad veranderde, schimmelvorming onerd aan muren. Locatie appartement pas gekregen 14 dagen voor vertrek en was niet dezelfde locatie als meegedeeld bij de booking van het app op de Expedia site. Hierdoor was het vervoer van luchthaven naar app een warboel. Deze was ook geboekt via Expedia! Na uitleg dat we een ander adres hadden gekregen net voor vertrek, wilden ze ons daar niet naar toe voeren want lag zogezegd niet in Sliema. Na lang aandringen en zeer onbezschoft gedrag van chauffeur. Telefoon met locatie app in google maps wegduwen en niet naar het nieuwe adres willen brengen. We kregen uiteindelijk toch de keuze om naar het nieuwe adres gebracht te worden maar dat ze ons zoudn afzetten en niet meer meenemen. Hierdoor ook geen gebruik gemaakt van hetzelfde vervoer terug naar de luchthaven. We werden hiervoor ook niet gecontacteerd trouwens. Dit kost ons 6€ en nog eens 24€ voor een taxi. Aangezien we qua werk echt wel terug naar België moesten vind ik deze werkwijze zeer slecht en vraag dan ook een compensatie..

Аппартаменты в целом очень достойные. Были пару мелочей (сломанный ёршик в туалете, туалет на две комнаты). Эти немного испортило впечатление. На первом этаже кухня - есть все необходимое чтобы приготовить обед или ужин. Чай, кофе, сахар, специи, печенье, кексы, мюсли, молоко и сок были всегда на всех гостей. Плита рабочая, духовка тоже. Посуды достаточно. Холодильник вместительный. Есть стиральная и посудомоечная машина. Кровати узковаты, но это кто как любит. Постельное белье и полотенца хорошие. Стандартно для апартаментов не менялись, уборки тоже не было. В принципе на 4 суток - вариант отличный. Брали машину в аренду и в марте не было проблем с парковкой поблизости. Покрутится чуть подольше - обязательно найдёшь место в белой зоне.

Big clean room in a nice location. Good value for money. I would stay their again.

В бронировании указан неправильный телефон и адрес объекта , при прибытии по адресу указаному в подтверждении бронировния на booking.com оказалось что данного объекта НЕТ ! Указаный в бронировании телефон неправильный ! Соседи сказали что это мошейники! B сказали : "Обращайтесь в полицию" ! Все таки через 2 часа получилось найти реальный телефон хозяина с помощью тех же соседей и найти хозяина ! После чего он все таки поселил нас ! Но на этом не закончилось ! Взяли 33 эвро за уборку ! В итоге никто не убирал ! В туалете на второй день перегорела лампа и до конца нашего прибывания ее починили , приходилось бриться и мыться со свечой в руке ! ВООБЩЕМ ОБХОДИТЕ 10 ДОРОГОЙ ЭТО ЗАВЕДЕНИЕ !!!!!!

It was a small apartment with just four rooms just off the main road where all the buses pass. Even the airport bus and the City Sightseeing were almost on the doorstep. Same goes for the seaside and some very nice cafe's and restaurants. The apartment was clean modern and reasonably comfortable for the price but the self service breakfast was very disapointing. Only cereal or bread to choose from and no butter eggs cheese or ham. Some days there wasnt even bread if you got up later than other guests and you are expected to wash up after yourselves. There is also no reception and no one to give information. We enjoyed some lovely sunny days and all the Christmas and New Year decorations and open air concert in Valetta.

The only thing was the bathroom was 30ft away and was almost next to the lounge breakfast area. So no privacy as such.

Abiamo sogiornato con marito 14.11.2018 fino 21.11.2018. Sliema è carina, anche se purtroppo il tempo non è stato clemente durante il soggiorno. Colazioni gratis. Wi-Fi gratis. Ha tutto il minimo indispensabile per la preparazione di pasti in autonomia. L'albergo è facilmente raggiungibile Posizione buona, a pochi passi dal lungo mare di Sliema, piena di locali e tranquilla come zona, facilità a muoversi in altri punti dell isola grazie alle fermate bus e i traghetti. Personale gentile e disponibile, pulizia giornaliera della stanza.

Det var rent och frächt, dock tillkom en städavgift, väldigt lyhört hörde allt i rummet bredvid. Hade eget badrum men detta låg i hallen och inte i direkt anslutning till mitt rum. Perfekt läge.
