Mieux que sur les photos. Petite maison sans aucun vis à vis avec emplacement parking à l’entrée du logement. Piscine agréable avec mobilier de jardin et barbecue. Bonne literie.Gardien 24/24 à l’entrée de la résidence qui assure les lieux.Propriétaire très sympathique.Tres bon rapport qualité prix.

Booked for my holiday and the hotel is quite nice. Me and my Wife had a great time and the service, quality was simply superb. Near to beach and shopping. Had an amazing time. I highily recomment to look for availabilty before any thing else top quality

- Phí dịch vụ xe đưa đón sân bay: 65 EUR mỗi người (một chiều)
- Phí dịch vụ xe đưa đón sân bay / 1 trẻ: 65 EUR (một chiều), (từ 1 đến 12 tuổi)
- Phí nhận phòng sớm: 60 EUR (tùy tình hình thực tế)
- Phí trả phòng muộn: 60 EUR (tùy tình hình thực tế)
Danh sách trên có thể không đầy đủ. Phí và đặt cọc có thể không bao gồm thuế và có thể thay đổi.
Bạn sẽ được yêu cầu thanh toán cho nơi lưu trú các khoản phí sau. Phí có thể bao gồm các loại thuế hiện hành:
- Đặt cọc: 500 EUR mỗi lần lưu trú
- Thuế do thành phố quy định: 3.00 EUR mỗi người, mỗi đêm. Không áp dụng thuế này với trẻ em dưới 12 tuổi.

- Có thể thu phí thêm người với mức phí khác nhau, tùy chính sách riêng

- Tùy thuộc vào tình hình thực tế khi nhận phòng mà các yêu cầu đặc biệt có được đáp ứng hay không và có thể thu phụ phí. Không đảm bảo đáp ứng mọi yêu cầu đặc biệt
- Nơi lưu trú này nhận thanh toán bằng thẻ tín dụng và thẻ ghi nợ; không nhận tiền mặt
- Chủ nhà chưa cho biết có máy phát hiện khí carbon monoxide tại nơi lưu trú hay không; hãy cân nhắc mang theo máy phát hiện khí carbon monoxide cầm tay
- Chủ nhà cho biết có máy báo khói tại nơi lưu trú
- Hệ thống an toàn tại nơi lưu trú gồm bình cứu hỏa, hệ thống an ninh và hộp sơ cứu
- Nơi lưu trú này có không gian ngoài trời, chẳng hạn như ban công, sân hiên, sân thượng có thể không phù hợp với trẻ em. Nếu có thắc mắc, vui lòng liên hệ với nơi lưu trú trước khi đến để xác nhận họ có thể sắp xếp cho bạn một phòng phù hợp.

Nếu dự định đến nơi sau 17:00 vui lòng thông báo trước với nơi lưu trú bằng thông tin liên lạc trong xác nhận đặt phòng. Khách sẽ nhận được email có hướng dẫn nhận phòng 24 giờ trước khi đến. Quản lý sẽ đón tiếp khách tại nơi lưu trú.

Cuisine : ensemble correcte avec beaucoup d'équipements.
Salon : canapé vetuste, chaîne TV fonctionne une fois sur deux.
Salle de bain : très jolie mais c'est dommage de voir de la moisissures au plafond de la douche et avec un sèche cheveux qui ne fonctionne pas dans la SDB, obligé de ce séché les cheveux dans la cuisine.
Chambre : lit pas très confortable, une télé qui ne fonction pas sauf si vous souhaitez regarder des dvd. Pompe de piscine très près de la chambre du coup beaucoup de nuisances sonores.
Jardin : pots de fleurs cassés, salon de jardin très sale, piscine minuscule (ne pas ce fier au photo du site), jardin pas entretenu ou très peu.
Petit déjeuner pas très garni.
Point positif : le personnel de l'établissement est vraiment agréables et courtois.

Da fliegt man 10.000Km weit weg in die Flitterwochen nach Mauritius und denkt es wird der schönste Urlaub, aber es ist einfach nur enttäuschend gewesen.
Die Villa war sehr dreckig, abgelegen von allem und keinesfalls wie auf den Bildern abgebildet.
Frühstück war ein Witz, der Weg zum Strand 17min und ständig musste man auf ein Taxi warten, der ein von A bis B brachte.
Würde ich keinem Empfehlen und schon garnicht für so viel Geld.

I have to say the Villa was nicely prepared, size is good, setup was good cleanliness wasn't too bad although there were a lot ants walking around on the kitchen top, tables and sofas, few lizards and creepy crawlies to. The garden was really nice and so was the pool. Pool cud hav been a little bigger but still decent enough. The location is quite remote but best to hire a car as it is only a 5 min drive from the main town centre. Their breakfast is a load of rubbish standard continental breakfast so basically a bowl of crossoints etc, they would cook for you but you need to buy all the ingredients. The only thing I really disliked was at times where garden cleaners would walk in unannounced

Kindly note false detail are given it says buffet included but all we received was basket of breads during stay of 4 days i would recommend you to booking hotel near beach as you are not advised to travel alone in area as it in secular place

Villas need to be vacuumed daily and then mopped. Additional plug point to connect fan is required in lounge. Overall a beautiful place to stay very conducive for a family getaway

Thank you Athena Villas for a super stay; everything we needed was provided. Super helpful staff, excellent local taxi service, peaceful, safe and secluded yet only 5 minutes away from beautiful Perebere beach by taxi for fixed fee. Having our own pool (when heated!) made the stay even better, great Wi Fi connection always on too, made it easy to look up local trips etc.

Je ne recommande pas car pour le prix vous n'allez pas être satisfait ! Certes vous avez une piscine privée mais la villa est défraîchie.
L'équipement je ne vous en parle pas..
Nous avons commencé notre premier séjour dans une première villa : matelas dur, pas de gaz dans la cuisine, pas de pile dans les télécommande, pas de lumière dans la douche, toilette sale, meuble du séjour gras, tringle de rideau et rideau vieillot ! Et soit disant vous êtes dans du luxe.
Nous avons demandé à changer de villa vu la qualité de celle ci. Elle était mieux mais matelas tout aussi dur, etc..
3éme nuit : surprise ! Coupure d'eau et électricité. Transfert au domaine des alizés! Mais ce n'était pas une villa avec piscine privée mais un appartement .. On est d'accord ce n'est pas le même prix à la nuit.
Nous avons demandé un geste commercial.
Le responsable du service client nous a proposé une nuit offerte dans les villas oasis pour notre prochain séjour. J'attends toujours son e-mail de confirmation.
Le personnel a essayé de faire le nécessaire mais sincèrement les Villas Athèna ne sont pas à la hauteur du luxe. Tant que je n'aurai pas revu cet e-mail de la part de M. Videsh, mon avis restera très négative et ils n'auront pas tenu leur engagement.

Nous avons séjourné 1 semaine dans cette Superbe villa. Nous avons demandé à faire chauffé la piscine (10euros par jour). Il n'y a aucun vis à vis ce qui est un grand plus ! La femme de Menage vous ramene chaque matin des viennoiseries (le pain est excellent), fait le Menage (la vaisselle aussi !), les lessives et le repassage : le rêve pour une maman en vacances ! La villa est vraiment bien situé 5 min en voiture du centre ville de Grand Baie et 5/10 min des plus belles plages. Petit conseil : louer une voiture car à pieds on ne peut rien faire.
Les points négatifs mais qui ne gâchent en rien votre séjour : pas de climatisation dans le salon, pas de fruits au petit déjeuner et un bon vrai café avec une machine à Dosette serait vraiment agréable.

On n'a beaucoup aimer l'endroit la maison ( pas comme les photo par contre😒😒)est juste parfaite au calme pas de vis a vis apart qu'à notre arriver la piscine n'était pas propre,mais apart sa le personnelle était parfait on n'a eu droit a des bon petit plat typique Mauricien je le recommande et c'est pas chère. Les points négatives c'est que l'on n'a était déçu car on nous avait jamais dit qu'il avait une salle de sport on la su a la fin de notre séjour et les petits déjeuners toujours la même chose tout les matin c'est juste pas possible mais si non on n'a passer un séjour inoubliable.

I travelled with my wife to Grand Bay, the Athena hostess arranged airport pick up and we met at arrivals. I had booked a 2 bed villa, but they gave us a 4 bed which was nice. I had ask that the pool heater be turned on, well worth the money as the water temp was perfect. Villas are very well equipped with ac in each bedroom, but not in the lounge which got very hot and humid. Lovely private garden and pool. Villa is a little out of town so rent a car or scooter as we did and taxis readibly available at night time. Island is bad for mozzies so be prepared. I would definitely book Athena again.
