The rooms that say “lagoon view” and “marina view”, are actually completely different buildings on different locations -and not of back and front views as I thought-. So instead of the centric marina building that’s next to all shops, we ended up on a very far apart building on the lagoon side. While disappointed at first, it ended up being a great treat. Our room was direct to the pool and grills, giving the feeling of a private backyard. The lagoon was clear and nice to paddle around. The apartment was clean, excellent maintained and everything work well -including the ac-. My only complaints would be the jacuzzi not working -it seems silly, but for our family on vacation, is part of the experience- and that even when leaving the “please clean” sign on the door for two consecutive days, nobody came. Said all this, please feel free to make reservations in this properties, they are great and I’m sure you will enjoy the experience.

Hướng Dẫn Nhận Phòng Chung

  • Có thể thu phí thêm người với mức phí khác nhau, tùy chính sách riêng
  • Có thể cần giấy tờ tùy thân hợp pháp có ảnh và cần đặt cọc bằng thẻ tín dụng, thẻ ghi nợ hoặc tiền mặt (cho các chi phí phát sinh - nếu có) khi làm thủ tục nhận phòng
  • Tùy thuộc vào tình hình thực tế khi nhận phòng mà các yêu cầu đặc biệt có được đáp ứng hay không và có thể thu phụ phí. Không đảm bảo đáp ứng mọi yêu cầu đặc biệt
  • Tên trên thẻ tín dụng sử dụng khi nhận phòng để trả cho các khoản phí phát sinh phải trùng tên với khách lưu trú chính trong đặt phòng
  • Nơi lưu trú này nhận thanh toán bằng thẻ tín dụng, thẻ ghi nợ, thanh toán di động và tiền mặt
  • Không đảm bảo có phòng cách âm

Khách phải cung cấp cho nơi lưu trú bản sao giấy tờ tùy thân có ảnh do chính phủ cấp trước khi đến. Khách sẽ nhận được email có hướng dẫn nhận phòng và mã ra vào 24 giờ trước khi đến. Nhân viên tiếp tân sẽ đón tiếp khi khách đến nơi lưu trú. Khách cần tải xuống app di động Whatsapp của nơi lưu trú trước khi nhận phòng. Thông tin do nơi lưu trú cung cấp có thể được dịch bằng công cụ dịch tự động. Khu nơi lưu trú này bao gồm 2 khu phức hợp (Bến du thuyền và Đầm phá) nằm cách nhau khoảng 0,3 dặm (1 km). Các phòng có tên "Marine View" nằm trong khu phức hợp Marina, còn các phòng có tên "Lagoon View" nằm trong khu phức hợp Lagoon.

I had the 303 unit booked and on the day when about to arrive, our room was changed. We were looking forward to the upper unit and a larger patio. When I asked why our unit was changed, was told that the original unit would be ready until 4 or 5pm and check-in was for 3pm.

The location and room was great! Better than we expected for the price. The facility is right next door to some amazing shopping and restaurants, plus the dophin experience was right there and very active. The staff was great and was able to provide us with airport transportation and a better price than was available online. Will definitely stay there again when we are back in the area.

The apartment was well equipped, and cozy. I enjoyed the accessibility starting from the swimming pool , to the lagoon and then private beach, which you access kayaking. As a suggestion, it would be nice if the apartment had a washer and dryer. The attendants are very friendly, overall i would rate this at a 10 !

Location at the Aventuras Club Marina is perfect - a 5 minute walk to restaurants and shops. Our 2-bedroom condo was very spacious and the kitchen well equipped. View from the deck is beautiful. Alfredo was quick to respond on WhatsApp and made checkin a breeze. We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful area and very quiet. Lovely view from large patio. The condo was cleaned everyday and that was a great service to have while on vacation. The pool area was well kept and clean. The lagoon location has paddle boards and kayaks to use. The only negative was poor communication with directions to the condo and instructions on how to get to lagoon location. We were left at the residence location of Aventuras club instead of lagoon. Make sure you know which building you are in to avoid stress . The signage to building is poor and hard to see . I recommend staying there as long as you do your research.

Aventuras Club had experienced some recent storms going thru like many places and had lost some power. That power loss took out the elevator and pool pump. So needless to say, thru no fault of their own, we had to walk up stairs to the third floor, and pool was not especially clear during our stay. Plus we were originally to stay at the Lagoon building but they moved us to the marina building. There were some communication problems, so reason for 4 stars over 5. However, overall we enjoyed our stay and would probably return and try again, as the place was very nice, close to town and easy access to facilities in the area.

We love this place! My husband and I have been coming to Puerto for the past 10 years, twice a year. This was the most amazing and relaxing time we have had yet. We will most certainly return. This was the perfect place to stay for three days before moving on for a workshop. The staff were all really helpful and the location was great for eating out choices. Probably not the best time of year given the sargasso covering all the beaches.

The location and room was great! Better than we expected for the price. The facility is right next door to some amazing shopping and restaurants, plus the dophin experience was right there and very active. The staff was great and was able to provide us with airport transportation and a better price than was available online. Will definitely stay there again when we are back in the area.

The apartment was well equipped, and cozy. I enjoyed the accessibility starting from the swimming pool , to the lagoon and then private beach, which you access kayaking. As a suggestion, it would be nice if the apartment had a washer and dryer. The attendants are very friendly, overall i would rate this at a 10 !

No screens on any windows or patio doors. Starting to show signs of wear & tear but very comfortable bed. I would stay again. Affordable!

Location at the Aventuras Club Marina is perfect - a 5 minute walk to restaurants and shops. Our 2-bedroom condo was very spacious and the kitchen well equipped. View from the deck is beautiful. Alfredo was quick to respond on WhatsApp and made checkin a breeze. We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful area and very quiet. Lovely view from large patio. The condo was cleaned everyday and that was a great service to have while on vacation. The pool area was well kept and clean. The lagoon location has paddle boards and kayaks to use. The only negative was poor communication with directions to the condo and instructions on how to get to lagoon location. We were left at the residence location of Aventuras club instead of lagoon. Make sure you know which building you are in to avoid stress . The signage to building is poor and hard to see . I recommend staying there as long as you do your research.

Aventuras Club had experienced some recent storms going thru like many places and had lost some power. That power loss took out the elevator and pool pump. So needless to say, thru no fault of their own, we had to walk up stairs to the third floor, and pool was not especially clear during our stay. Plus we were originally to stay at the Lagoon building but they moved us to the marina building. There were some communication problems, so reason for 4 stars over 5. However, overall we enjoyed our stay and would probably return and try again, as the place was very nice, close to town and easy access to facilities in the area.

We love this place! My husband and I have been coming to Puerto for the past 10 years, twice a year. This was the most amazing and relaxing time we have had yet. We will most certainly return. Everything was perfect; we couldnt ask for more. Extremly clean, safe and in the perfect location to town and dining. Thank you to Alfredo, Cass and the whole team! See you soon!!
