Hermosa habitación. Muy buen trato del personal.

Ubicación, habitación confortable

Los garrafones que tienen en las áreas en común para tomar agua, están sucios todos, se ve que los rellenan y no los lavan, tienen hongos, tome fotos, lo reporte y sin el más mínimo asombro contestan! Ok, lo reportamos.. pero no los cambian, no dan alternativas y si así están los garrafones ya no quiero pensar en todo lo demás. Mala experiencia,

Las fotos son más bonitas que la propiedad. El personal es súper amable y servicial. Por el precio y la ubicación vale mucho la pena

Bueno, limpio y seguro. No recomendable para persona con discapacidad motriz o adultos mayores: no hay elevador y para llegar al centro la calle está de subida. Por lo demás, excelente.

I don't think this is a hotel, it is like an airbnb. I arrived at Xalapa around 12 pm from Veracruz, then I was hoping to drop off my luggage at the hotel if my room is not ready. I can only see the sign "Hotel" but do not know where is the entrance. Then there are couple garage doors and at the end I saw a bell which I rang. Someone answered in Spanish (sorry my Spanish is not good), and of course I won't be able to Google Translate to show them what I wanted. They did not let me in. Wait until someone came out from the door then I went inside to see if I can talk to the front desk. There was only a girl (I believe she is the room keeper) and she cannot speak any English. At the end I used my google translate to communicate with her and she told me the check in time is 2pm. No one offered me to keep my luggage so I have to drag my luggage with me (the roads is not flat and lots of steps). So I went back to the hotel at 2pm and rang the bell. They did not let me in and until a guy came out and asked my booking (with Expedia). I said yes so he let me in. So whole check in process was weird. You can only reach them by phone (which no one speaks English). The room itself was clean and big. But it has no fridge. At night time and early morning the traffic noise is loud. Other than that they provide free parking inside the garage. I guess it is good for the local only but not too foreigner friendly.

Cama dura. Mucha luz, las cortinas no cubren la totalidad de las ventanas. Hace falta una mesa o tocador para colocar los artículos personales. Mucho ruido en la zona

Great location and price but the beds were hard and bathrooms tiny, otherwise great place to just get some rest for a night or two but long term I’d choose to pay a little more for more comfort… free secure garage parking next to the room!

Convenient location right in the center of the city and had plenty of bars and resturants and cafes to chooese from. Had a beautiful view out of the hotel window as well

El hotel es sencillo, pero todo muy limpio y ordenado, el personal muy amable y servicial. Su restaurante fue una maravillosa sorpresa. Altamente recomendable.

Fenomenal sin duda un ambiente muy agradable, te ofrece mucha seguridad y te hace sentir tranquilo algunos comentarios dicen que tras las cortinas se puede ver pero no es verdad, todo muy seguro y muy cómodo

Excelente ubicación, detrás del parque Juárez en el centro histórico, estuve en una habitación super amplia, la limpieza y atención del personal fue excelente, sin duda cuando regrese a Xalapa, será el Hotel de mi predilección.

Espacioso, limpio, agradable, mucha luz, mucha ventilación, trato amable y respetuoso.
