The apt was very clean

Limpieza y atencion miy buenas.

El lugar es muy lindo. El cuarto es justo lo que necesitaba, agua caliente, un frigobar, escritorio y una cama cómoda. Amé los detalles de las plantas en el interior del cuarto y por supuesto en el exterior. La terraza con su mesita es muy linda, muy tranquilo. No está muy lejos del centro, solo a unos 10 minutos caminando. Y el personal muy atento. Eso sí no responden loa mensajes de expedia pero el personal siempre estaba por laa mañanas por si requería de algp como una tetera. También tienen el servicio de guardar tus maletas si llegas antes o te quieres ir un poco deapués. Sin duda regresaría.

A nice little apartment building in a fairly quiet part of the city to the south. Well designed and built, it was a pleasant base to have for 4 nights. Communication was a message in Spanish with the door codes, which is easy to translate. As others have mentioned the shower temperature is best described as tepid. I didn’t really mind as a solo male traveller. My only real complaint was the bed. The bedroom is massive so to have a small double bed and not a king size was a shame. It’s also a poor quality mattress so my quality of sleep wasn’t the best. Also the cleaner came once in 4 days. Again, it didn’t bother me but I would have preferred a change of bed sheets rather than new towels. If the bed had been more comfortable I would be happier paying more for a the apartment. Something for the owner to consider. Overall I would recommend if you’re not too fussy about shower temperatures or bed as it’s a lovely apartment for the money in a decent location within easy walk to anywhere in centro

I can absolutely see why this location has received so many good reviews. It’s fabulous in every way shape and form. I stayed in a one bedroom unit and it was just divine. I then later switched to one bedroom just regular hotel room and it’s just Lovely. Also you cannot go wrong by booking this hotel.

No kitchen supplies. The room is clean and very good size. The property is in a central area.

The check-in process was confusing and poorly communicated. We were not told which unit was ours and had to wait for responses over WhatsApp after arrival to receive proper instructions just to get inside. Once inside, the unit did not match the photos shown on Expedia. The listing was misleading and did not reflect the actual condition or appearance of the space. Noise was a major issue throughout our stay. We could clearly hear footsteps from the upstairs neighbor and even when they used the toilet, which made it extremely uncomfortable and difficult to sleep. On a positive note, the property itself has attractive features such as arched windows, plants, and plenty of natural light. Unfortunately, these positives did not outweigh the issues with management, misleading photos, and noise. I would not recommend this property.

Excelente ubicación y muy centrico.

Demasiado frío, estoy enferma gracias a mi estancia ahí, no tienen calefacción, ni edredones suficientes, el colchón incomodisimo y pequeño, las almohadas cero cómodas y olían a sudor, las lámparas de cabecera deberían tener luz cálida y tienen luz blanca, faltaba un buro del otro lado, y el control de la tv se comandaba solo, y el último día no había agua caliente y mucho ruido porque meten y sacan carro o están reparando cosas, no volveré jamás y no lo recomiendo, hay mejores opciones por ese precio,que por cierto muy elevado por las fechas, en fin uno aprende de estás malas experiencias.

Hot water issues and drain issues with the shower. Street parking was hard to find. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Communication was terrible.

El lugar es súper lindo, el inconveniente es que cualquier incidencia nadie brinda respuesta , 2 días sin agua caliente por qué el boiler no funcionó y jamás lo solucionaron aún cuando envié cientos de mensajes e hice varias llamadas

Det var en dejlig rummelig lejlighed, sengen dog ikke den største. Lå meget centralt og et godt afbræk fra hoteller.

Habitación muy limpia, cómoda, excelente atención, excelente ubicación por parte del personal y del anfitrión.

Hotel stay was good. The location is perfectly situated. The staff is amazing and they follow up on any concerns you have. Our Internet in our room was not good from 5pm to 10pm but the staff tried there very best to get it sorted out and by the final night it was better. I felt very safe staying here. Thanks again for all your understanding Centrico Live603 for a wonderful stay. Oaxaca is so beautiful and the food here in Oaxaca is by the best in Mexico!!

Comfortable apartment in a quiet area within walking distance from the center. WiFi was unreliable and hot water was almost never available when I needed it most and had to adapt when less guests were around. Great that we were able to store our luggage there before our departure in the evening.

Lejligheden var pæn og ren, og virkelig flot terrasse. Køkkenet så ud til at have det hele, men vi brugte det ikke rigtigt. Beliggenheden var virkelig god, gå afstand til centrum, men låg ikke Det eneste negative var. Vi skrev på et tidspunkt til det oplyste nummer, om hvorvidt man kunne låne en vaskemaskine, men fik ikke svar Det var ret lydt, men slet ikke i forhold til andre steder vi har været i Mexico, og genere os ikke i en grad hvor det påvirkede vores søvn. Plus det var under de dødes dag.

Not a great check in or check out experience.

I arrived in the evening but there were very clear instructions on how to get the keys & enter the property. Super cute place & the room is great.
