Loved this hotel. It was in a quiet neighborhood that was still close to great food and very walkable to shopping etc. only issue is it was hard to get warm water to shower. We asked them to fix it one of the days and it seemed to be fixed for one shower but this caused some stress for us. If they permanently fixed this, we'd give this 5 stars for sure!

The property is very secure they have doormen checking everyone’s entry. The surrounding area is great lots of walkable restaurants and entertainment. It was all around great if I may suggest softer beds but that’s just a personal preference.

People are very nice, respectful and diligent. The security is excellent. Very good service and excellent breakfast. The pool was out of order in our stay, but looked very nice. I’d stay here again for sure.

Best property to stay if traveling with a family. Very spacious 2 bedroom in the heart of Polanco. So much to do walking distance. Also a great mix of an apartment feel yet hotel security a d amenities.

Pros - location was fabulous, Large unit, good security, breakfast (including expresso machine!) was lovely, great to have filtered water, gym, Suggested improvements - have paper and kitchen towels for guests, hot tub wasn’t always available for use, TV in main room needs to be replaced, knives need to be sharpened Overall, still a great place. The staff was friendly. We would recommend to our friends and family.

Dominion Polanco is a hidden gem in a very nice neighborhood. I took my wife and 2 kids for a 4 night stay in a 2 bedroom 2 bath suite. The spacious open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen are beautiful with modern appliances. Having a washer and dryer in the suite made it easy for us to pack light and have fresh clean clothes when we needed it. The rooms were very clean and quiet and comfy. My kids slept very well in their twin beds considering they usually don’t sleep well in unfamiliar beds. The bathrooms were very nice and plenty of hot water. The complimentary hot breakfast each day helped save time and kept us well fed before starting our days of exploration. I would not recommend renting a car since most of Mexico City’s streets are VERY busy and parking is difficult. We used Uber to get everywhere we needed to be. The security was excellent with a doorman letting us in very quickly and kindly. The heated pool and jacuzzi were plus because my kids love swimming and it was nice to soak in the hot tub after a long day of walking. Restaurants and shops are walking distance (less than 15min). Museums and parks are a short uber ride away. Overall I would highly suggest Dominon Polanco for any type of travelers from couples, friends, and families. If we ever return I would definitely stay there again! 10/10!

Esta vez fue una mala experiencia. Hicimos la reserva en febrero pidiendo una habitación en los pisos superiores llegamos en septiembre, 6 noches nos dieron el segundo piso muy mala experiencia imposible descansar en recepción ni caso te hacen es mejor pedir algo a los guardias de la entrada que a ellos. El desayuno muy malo y la atención también. Creo que es carísimo para pasarla muy mal.

Never staying here again and advising everyone I know against it. From the second we walked in, we received the furthest from a warm welcome. The hotel is run by security guards and kitchen staff. The kitchen staff was horrible - we got in during early hours and they had just put breakfast out. We asked if we could take some fruit and pastries back to the room to feed the kids and the lady wouldn’t even look at us. She simply waved no at the security guard and spoke under her breath appalled at the request. As we were on our way out the following morning, we sat to grab a quick bite to eat and she called over the security guard to tell them they weren’t set up yet so we couldn’t sit down. The buffet was fully stocked, but chose to leave and dine elsewhere. Our keys stopped working so we had to ask a security guard to be let into our room every time we needed access. The water temperature wasn’t regulated. Toilets were clogged. The inciting on the cake was on our final day as were waiting for a driver to take us to the airport, we had multiple cancellations due to a marathon in the city which we had no clue about. Instead of offering to assist, the security guards asked to do a final walk through of the room, said they couldn’t help with transpiration due to the street closures, watched us struggle to find transportation while carrying 4 suitcases and 2 kids down the stairs without any help before closing the gates on us. Horrible experience.
