Easy acces to central shopping areas within walking area, friendly staff who provided suggestions and quick access to transportation for farther areas.

The staff was incredibly friendly. Food was great, felt safe and welcomed.

The breakfast included was not your standard hotel breakfast rather a full buffet where locals came to eat, at least on Sunday. Nice staff, convenient location. Great place!

Malísimo. Caro, ruidoso, y ojo porque si no pedís tu factura ese día no te la quieren hacer a pesar de lo que indica la ley tributaria. Tendrán que hacer el reclamo al SAT como en mi caso.

Amabilidad, Limpieza y necesidades cubiertas

Room service was excellent. Food was absolutely fantastic. No pool or fitness center. Right downtown and you could walk to an array of shops and restaurants. Beggars all over the place. We were approached more than 30 times in one hour sitting outside at a street restaurant. So after that we just ate and had cocktails in the hotel bar and restaurant. The staff was extremely attentive and the food was great with a huge variety. The only complaint I had at this hotel was that you could not charge anything to you room. You could not even leave a credit card at the front desk. The only way you could charge anything to your room was to deposit $5000.00 pesos and they would reimburse you for the difference back to your card but it would take up to 3 weeks to show up. Would I stay there again? Yes, because of the location and the food and especially the service. You do have to park about a block away in a secure covered parking lot. I think you can get closer parking if you ask for it ahead of time. However, don’t book it through Hotels.com. It is substantially cheaper if you book it directly with the hotel.

Creo que sería mil veces mejor si el estacionamiento lo tuvieran dentro del mismo hotel. Es incómodo ir caminando con las cosas en calles concurridas como el centro de Tapachula

Todo bien muy difícil en esas fechas ya que había saturación de huéspedes pero todo bien gracias
