Gutes Essen

My husband and I stayed at our habitas AlUla, and it was such an amazing place. With that high expectation, we were looking forward to staying in Habitas Tulum. The facilities were fine- not too luxury but good enough for glamping I guess. We booked a room with a pool which was fun. It was generally clean (although cleaning ladies didn’t fully clean the room, and we saw a few bugs in the room… but they were tolerable). It was a bit noisy on Sunday due to the live music, but the loud music ended by midnight. While every staff was generally kind and helpful, coordination between them was lacking. Service requests were often forgotten, and there are a few occasions we didn’t appreciate their lack of professionalism.

This place was beautiful, but there was no ocean access due to the amount of seaweed in March. That’s probably something I should have been aware of, but the photos and description of the property did not indicate the ocean would have seasonal restrictions. The food and service was okay, but nothing exceptional. Not nearly what I would expect for the price. Overall we had a great time, but overpriced for what you receive in comparison to other boutique hotels in Tulum.

Loved the nature beauty of the property. The jungle room was perfect.

Muy bonito lugar en cuanto a la naturaleza , poco atendido , la comida es muy mala, el spa es muy bueno , lamentablemente la gente de recepción me hicieron tres cargos de la misma cuanta es fecha q aún no me pueden reembolsar mi dinero por temas financieros quedaron de darme una respuesta esta semana , pero eso no está correcto. Muy molesto por este tema

Easy going attitude, quiet and relaxing. I loved that they said, "welcome home" upon arrival.

Jag ser inte detta som ett hotell det är en finare camping inga riktiga badrum och man bor i tält, läget personalen är jättebra men det är en camping absolut inget 4-stjärnigt hotell. Vi är mkt besvikna maten var dessutom mkt dyr och dålig, frukosten var ok. Alldeles för dyrt för vad man får jag kan ej rekommendera detta boendet till dessa höga priser.

Our stay was above the expectations. If you are looking for a place to relax and enjoy the nature this is it. We felt so calm. The rooms are designed in a way for you to connect with nature and feel like you are part of the nature. We had outdoor shower and bathroom which felt amazing. I could see how some people would not like it but we enjoyed it very much. The staff were nice and helpful and breakfast was AMAZING I can’t say how much we enjoyed the breakfast. Lunch menu was a bit limited but we didn’t mind getting out and try local food and other restaurants on the strip. Overall amazing place to relax and reconnect with nature.

Not a great experience. They want to be a luxury hotel without the service of a luxury hotel. On one hand, no one in the design team thought about potential rains (in a tropical area). So if it rains, water will fall on you while you have dinner on the restaurant. The toilet in the bedroom is outside, which might be nice if it's sunny, but not a pleasant experience if it's raining on you when you need to go to the toilet. Same with water ponds inside the bedroom, but they will tell you it's the "rainforest experience". On the other, the quality of their service is much lower than the price they charge. Two examples: first, when they showed us the room, they made very clear that they would charge us if the towels had any dirt on them. On a beach hotel! Second, the last day was pouring, we took the one umbrella we had in the room and went to check out. Since we left our bags at the hotel to pick up later, we asked if we could take the umbrella and bring it back later. They said no, as apparently they only have one umbrella per room. Which hotel doesn't have some umbrellas at reception for the guests to use? And don't expect them to walk you to your car with an umbrella, they won't offer. Great hotel if you are an intagrammer, want to feel like you are anywhere but in Mexico or want to be in your white bubble. Definitely not worth its price. The best thing of the hotel was the service in the restaurant, great workers and super nice.

The wellness activities and food are great here. Yoga with Yosef, workout with Edgar, amazing! I also enjoyed a nature alchemy class and painting class. The setting couldn’t be more beautiful and everyone was so kind and friendly.

Excelente servicio y amenidades para relajarte y olvidarse del mundo real!!! El mesero Alexis el mejor!

Muy buen atencion al cliente de los meseros, el chef, la señorita Marta me ayudo, excelente servicio. Solo les faltan sombrillas en la playa y letreros en el camino, pata llegar a las habitaciones. Ya que me perdia

We had a wonderful stay at Habitas Tulum such a peaceful and quiet environment!The restaurant has an excellent menu and food was great and we would also like to mention the staff at the restaurant were first class especially Will!

A great place to relax and enjoy the beautiful jungle scenery of Quinta Roo. The staff were super friendly and helpful and the moro inspired mexican food was out of this world with amazing spices and flavors. P.s favorite place for tropical smoothies on the beach.
