The Marine Waterfront Hotel

El lugar es muy bonito y su ubicación se presta para caminar por el Malecón. El desayuno buffet y el servicio de alimentos de la alberca son buenos. El personal es muy amable. Sugeriría dar mantenimiento a las chapas y colocar a las a las aves en un espacio más amplio.

Our shower didn't drain, had issue with the TV, Property needs an ice machine. Water temp control in the shower is not good.

Las instalaciones son muy cómodas y cumplen con su función. La alberca está limpia y climatizada. Recibimos un excelente trato y atención del personal, en especial del Joven Jeremy, que está en recepción. Muchas gracias.

HORRIBLE experience from the get go!!As soon as we step foot at this hotel issues aroused. We couldn’t shower without feeling like the faucet was going to come off!! Specially when you tried to open the hot water, the whole thing started shaking and could hear how the pipes trembled. The cleanness of the room was questionable to say the least (found belongings from the previous guests) sheets looked unkempt and old, ended up giving me a rash. We were told at reception that we had free breakfast. We went the next morning, we told the hostess we had free breakfast and she let us pass, we ate and all just to be questioned at the end about this (waitress and personnel made us feel as we were lying? Which is insane bc why would we lie if hotel food is known to be expensive and we could’ve easily gone outside to find a cheaper and better place?) they sent us back to reception to clarify things, we went and were confronted with the receptionist telling us we probably misheard her and they never told us breakfast was included??? With a rude attitude. We were FLABBERGASTED again why would we lie??? Just demonstrated the terrible line of communication they have between them. We ended up having to pay 1500! Which again is insane when we could’ve easily gone to the city and found a more affordable place! Will not recommend!

Es muy buen hotel, el buffet del desayuno es bastante bueno y hay vistas muy bonitas del mar. En general es un lugar muy tranquilo para quedarse en la paz.

El estado del Hotel muy bueno, la cercanía con la Marina y el club de yates fue de lo mejor y la atención del personal del restaurante. Un plus poder tener una playa a 15 min caminando (Playa Coromuel) por el malecón, me parece una excelente opción para viajes cortos que no demanden tomar otros medios de transporte.

Un lugar muy tranquilo y con una muy buena vista a la marina, sus areas comunes y verdes muy bien cuidadas, camas super comodas, el personal muy atentos y amables, es segunda vez que me quedé en éste hotel, sin dudarlo regresaría.

internet WAY to slow. breakfast OK. Too old, not a 4 star will give 2 stars. Too far from 4 star hotel.
