Check-in was easy yet interesting, Im glad I read reviews so I somewhat knew what to expect. Staff throughout our stay seemed annoyed and were unhelpful with local recommendations or suggestions to better our stay. 500 pesos CASH refundable deposit is collected at check-in along with an environmental fee of approximately $4 dollars per capsule per day. Expedia does mention these fees. Capsule was clean, spacious (Queen size), everything was in working order. At night its not the quietest due to some people not following rules to be quiet. Capsule doors are a little loud when you open and close them. Capsule did get warm at times during the night despite having AC on. Nothing major. There is a TV which you will need to use headphones for. If you dont have any you can purchase for 35 pesos. Breakfast portion small but good. Bfast consisted of two eggs, half of a waffle, half of a banana and coffee or tea. Juices and sodas available for purchase (25 pesos). Common areas such as lobby, eating area, balcony, sleeping room (where capsules are located) locker room were very clean. Womens bathroom stalls and separate showers / changing rooms were also very clean. Overall good stay as it was clean, close to the airport, and felt safe.

If you are looking for an affordable stay and will be out most of the day then look no further. Advice ...choose queen size even if you are going alone it feels much better...i don't think i could've done the twin size bed. I slept good....the indoor and outdoor sitting area is nice and comfy to chill but not all day so this is good if you will be out most of the day...free breakfast is a plus...lockers are unisex with separated restrooms.

Mande mi constancia de situasion fiscal y amablemente eh solicitado varios dias mi factura y no la envian, para un tema de mochilaso y muy poco equipaje este interesante el concepto

El lugar es como se muestra en las fotos. Esta limpio y hay personal 24/7, solo debes tener en cuenta que si eres claustrofobico, esta no es una opción. Y para estar entre las capsulas debes estar en calcetines, algo que considero importante porque en lo personal no me gusta estar descalza fuera de casa. Si embargo es un muy buen lugar y es al mismo tiempo una experiencia diferente. Ademas de que son muy cidadosos en la limpieza y los lockers son bastante seguros y amplios.

Habitación limpia, de buen tamaño (para ser cápsula). Nada claustrofóbica! Acceso fácil del costado, no del estilo de 9h en Japón, sino más cómodo!

Café da manhã fresco e justo, equipe educada, quarto e instalações limpas, só os chuveiros necessitam de manutenção. Restante muito bom, experiência diferente estadia em cápsulas.
