Nice big room, enormous balcony with view over the pool and the Piramide del adivino in the distance. The property though could do with a bar.

Great location, nice rooms, good dinner and breakfast. AC control was tricky and wifi non-existent in rooms. OK in the lobby.

The room was extremely outdated, as many others have mentioned. The whole property is not well maintained, which is quite sad because the pool area is comfortable and nice. The room itself is quite large and has a balcony, but there are only two chairs, no table and no patio furniture. What is the point of having a balcony if you can’t sit outside? The beds were comfortable, but that’s about it. There was no hot water at all, and despite complaining several times, the most we got was lukewarm water, which is not acceptable for a supposedly 4-star property. There were only two large towels for the three of us, no bath mat for the shower and no hand towel, which are very basic amenities. The staff was generally friendly, except for the woman at reception who was quite rude, as well as one of the waiters at the restaurant. The food we had at the restaurant was quite good and reasonably priced, but the whole atmosphere felt very awkward. The hotel seemed almost empty, there was no music in the restaurant, and it honestly felt like the hotel was about to close down.It is extremely sad because my mom had stayed at this hotel twice before, and we could clearly see how the lack of maintenance has led to its decline. To be honest, for the price we paid, we expected a much better experience.The pool, the restaurant staff and the beauty of the surroundings were good enough to somewhat make up for the disappointment, but we sincerely hope the hotel management takes action and renovates t

El hotel esta al lado de la ruta puuc y de uxmal y es mas economico que otros cercanos. El personal es agradable; el desayuno bueno y abundante; la cena que tome buena. Sin embargo la habitacion dejo mucho que desear, las instalaciones son viejas y hay que renovarlas. Las toallas huelen a secadora electricas y hace mucho que dejaron de ser blancas. Aunque para mi fue suficiente, el hotel necesita renovacion. No utlize piscina.

Lovely place, clean and quiet, with nice amenities. Great location near Uxmal — we could see the tops of the pyramids from our balcony! The pool area was terrific, with lots of chairs and hammocks to relax.

Hôtel tout proche des ruines d'Uxmal. C'est très pratique. Il fait l'affaire pour une nuit. Les chambres sont grandes mais les lits un peu petits. La SDB est un peu vieillote et présente pas mal de moisissures. Il n'y a pas d'ascenseurs, ce qui n'est pas très pratique avec des valises et un bébé. La piscine est toutefois très agréable, avec un coin pour les enfants où ils ont pied, ainsi qu'une cabane où ils peuvent jouer. Le restaurant est très correct avec des plats simples et bien préparés. L'hôtel est au calme et on s'y sent en sécurité. Le personnel est très gentil.

We enjoyed our stay. Comfortable, large bed, good shower nice pool area, good value. Very friendly staff with good service and nice food. Seemed very quiet on our first night and the place did seem slightly run down, but everything was fine. A large tour group arrived on the second day, but even then service at breakfast was very efficient. We would happily stay again

Hotel, as others have mentioned is very outdated. The bathroom was pretty gross and the room had not been cleaned very well. There was stuff from other guests under the bed and a blanket of dust. Extremely inconvenient that they do not have Wi-Fi in the rooms, especially being in the middle of nowhere. Also, the amenities are horrible. They give only two towels for three people and rooms had no soap shampoo, body wash, nothing. It’s my biggest pet peeve when hotels don’t give a hand or face towel. This hotel had many people staying there. It’s not like they don’t make enough money to give out some extra hand towels.. Restaurant had many things not available and the food was two star . The cheesecake was rotten and absolutely horrible.

No habia nadie en recepción y tuvimos que esperar 20 min que llegara la recepciónista . Luego la señorita nos hizo esperar otros 20 min por qué según no había caído mi reservación, cosas que se entiende por qué la hice 2 horas antes. Adicional la habitación solo contaba con una toalla de baño cuando en la reservación se específico que eran 2 personas. No había toalla de cara ni toalla de piso. El papel sanitario estaba usado y solo había un poquito en el rollo. Tuve que llamar a la recepción a pedir todo lo que faltaba. En la salida pedí late cheout de una hora y me lo concedieron pero al momento de salir me cobraron un adicional por esa hora cuando no se me informo con anterioridad. El desayuno que incluía mi reservación era de mal sabor. Los tocinos sabían a tocinos viejos.

Rooms were great but a little more attention could be paid to the cleaning lots of dust on the beautiful wooden doors and detail the staff was excellent very friendly and helpful amenities well normally the coffee in the room and they had it that was great but the first day there was no water so I had to buy a bottle of water about 60 pesos. Overall the place was awesome the pool was beautiful perfect temperature bar downstairs you can have cocktails by the pool we might skip the breakfast.

El espacio tenia muchas escaleras, en las fotos parecia un hotel con elevador, las habitaciones fueron muy basicas. el servicio muy parco. La alberca con agua muy fria. Un hotel como antiguo muy basico
