Terribile esperienza,foto ingannevoli.Hotel da 1 stella neanche.Stanza sporca,ragnatele,puzza di fogna,acqua non esistente e se viene gelida.Sala colazione molto misera piatti sporchi.Abbiamo visto che anziche lavarli li puliscono a mano con un panno!!!!Come si fa'?!!abbiamo assistito a un litigio tra dei clienti con la titolare senpre per questioni simili come acqua fredda ecc.In questo hotel risparmiano troppo su tutto ma fanno pagare dolcemente dai 200 euro in su.Queste stanze con zero servizio e zero igiene valgono su 45-50 euro.Maleducazione alle stelle.Una ragazza di nome Tamara alla reception e' veramente scortese!!!prima di scegliere questo centro io ci penserei 10 volte.Sono bravi a pubblicare foto.

Hotel e' bello sia in foto che dal vivo.Il personale molto ma molto cortese e disponibile,sopratutto la ragazza al check in molto gentile e disponibile e sorridente,purtroppo tutto questo non basta.La pulizia lascia desiderare sia in camera che nella sala ristorante.I piatti molto sporchi sembra che anziche' lavarli vengono puliti.A colazione dovevamo scegliere tra i piatti per trovare uno pulito.In camera la signora delle pulizie anziana molto maleducata e poco paziente con zero voglia di lavorare e non risponde neanche al saluto.L'acqua e' sempre staccata,per tutta la notte siamo andati ben 5 volte a dire che non viene l'acqua.L'acqua calda invece non esiste tutto il giorno e si giustificano che hanno i pannelli!!! Cosa c'entra i pannelli lio ho anche io in casa e quandi scende sotto una certa temperatura parte la caldaia e quindi l'acqua e' sempre calda.Invece qui' noi in 2 giorni sempre ma sempre con acqua gelida a fare la doccia.Le lenzuola e asciugamani mancano e ci dicono che deve arrivare il furgone.In camera le lenzuola e asciugamani strappati con macchie!! Peccato e' un bel centro ma tenuto male.Ho l'impressione che il titolare va troppo al risparmio non considerando che cosi' puo' fare solo a casa sua e non in un luogo pubblico.il cliente deve sempre avere acqua calda senza nessuna giustificazione.Durante la notte neanche quella fredda c'era!!!di sicuro non ci ritorno e non lo condiglio.Non fatevi ingannare dalle foto del sito.servizio zero!!!

No internet, poor breakfast, says breakfast from 8:30am till 10;30am but if you come at 10 there js bo food left.

Beautiful place with a nice view, away from the city, and nice pools, pizza at the restaurant was amazing, complaints I have is housekeeping services were very poor and you need to remind them to replenish towels, also no phone inside the bungalow in order to contact the reception. All in all I would go there again but it could be managed better.

This property is very amazing and beautiful. They are not currently fully functional but seems to be getting ready for the summer season ahead. The property itself is very beautiful but is location is far from main hustle bustle spots so unless you have a car difficult to commute around. Even though they have been open for 2-3 years there seem to be minor issues with their operational processes which the staff is eager to resolve. Overall we had a very pleasant stay

We got upgraded to a bungalow which was facing the ocean which we loved. Room was nice and spacious. Very friendly service. The view and the location are amazing. Cute black cat hanging around. Overall we liked our stay a lot!

No electricity or water several times a day, very bad breakfast and overpriced. Dirty pool and chairs.

Pool was discolored the entire time we were there and def unsafe to use. The cleanliness of the resort in general was very poor. The water kept going off for hours of the days! We had periods where for three straight days there wouldn’t be water for more than half the day.

Vi valgte hotellet for at slappe af ved poolen og der skuffer de ikke. Vi lagde dog mærke til nogle ting, som vi vil kritisere dem for. Generelt er der meget rodet på hotellet. Deres Wi-Fi er elendigt og virker ikke. Maden på hotellet er dårlig, både morgenmad- frokost og aftensmad. Vi vil anbefale at tage ud at spise aftensmad, da kvalitet på maden og priser ikke stemmer overens. Deres vinkort består af kun 8 forskellige vin fordelt på bobler, hvidvin, rosevin og rødvin. Medarbejdere holder pause/fri og drikker/ryger i de samme områder som hotelgæster. Der er stadig nogle elementer der skal forbedres, før de kan markedsføre sig selv som værende “luksus” hotel, da den overordnede oplevelse desværre kun mundede ud i en middelmådig en.

"Tamara, you were very helpful to us and we thank you very much. This hotel could have been better. The breakfast and restaurants they offer are of very low quality. The location is excellent, and this place could be a better-serviced hotel. I have a suggestion for the owners: you can make this place very high quality, but first, you need to make adjustments to the restaurant section. Your breakfast is very poor."

I had a wonderful stay! Amazing resort, staff was very kind and helpful. I’ll be back again!

I wish there were more stars to give! From the moment I was greeted by an excellent reception staff to the moment I departed I was treated above and beyond. My deepest compliments go to the chef! Everything from breakfast to the spectacular dinner was excellent! The staff was professional and very polite and friendly. I will return. Outstanding!!!

Location, view, landscape, the cleanliness of the sea

Probably one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at in my life. Far from a "luxury resort" we had no power for a full day no water. Power was in and out throughout our stay. Me and all my buddies ate at the pool overpriced and we all got food poisoning. The rooms where not clean there was hair on the floor and the room stunk like a sewer !! Do not stay here !! Beware

We arrived at 5pm and the room was still not ready (until after 6pm). General condition of the room was 'fair'. A/C not working at night because of power failure. No hot water in the shower. Lots of hair on the floor at check-in. Pools so dirty you cannot see the ground. Breakfast was far from great. Hardly any fruits, and in general very limited selection of foods. Sunbed-covers extremely dirty. To top it off, food poisoning for both of us from the previouse dinner. Location very nice and quiet, but badly run and maintained. Certainly a once and never again.

L emplacement de l hôtel est fantastique à une pointe sur une presqu il les chambres sont correctes mais le service est vraiment moyen l entretien est mal fait alors que l hôtel est neuf les piscines pas vraiment propre

Hôtel au superbe emplacement. Mais quelques petits ajustements seraient nécessaires pour devenir exceptionnelle. Tout d'abord le restaurant n'est pas de qualité exceptionnelle. Le petit déjeuner est correct sans plus ( jus orange synthétique, crêpe sans saveur, je pense que l'on peut faire beaucoup mieux), ensuite l entretien général de l hôtel est limite, en espérant qu a la hôte saison les petits défauts soient corrigés.cepedant à noter la gentillesse et la disponibilité de la responsable de l hôtel.

Einmalige Traum-Lage direkt am Meer. Ausserordentlich motiviertes Personal. Wünsche werden aktiv erfragt und verfolgt. Probleme werden mit Beharrlichkeit gelöst. Steinstrand mit Badeschuhen gut nutzbar. Sehr kurze Wege in der Anlage. Mietwagen erforderlich. Kleine Karte, recht teuer. Keine Einkaufmöglichkeit zu Fuß. Mit Auto sind die herrlichen Naturräume gut erreichbar und auch sehr empfehlenswert.
