Clean a comfortable room , nice breakfast, very friendly staff

Clean room, great location near Black Lake, helpfu staff. Location around the hotel is a little rugged but easy access to grocery store, restaurants, etc

​The review is about HOTEL SOA, Žabljak. ​The room was clean, and the staff were excellent. ​Breakfast was not fresh, very dull, and not inviting. The coffee was almost cold. ​SPA: We booked two kinds of Spa treatments. The room was very cold and couldn't be warmed, so we gave up the second one. They didn't charge us for all the SPA bookings. ​Location: Excellent.

Bien placé pour les excursions alentours. Quelques-unes peuvent se faire au départ de l'hotel. Personnel bienveillant. Bon choix pour séjour dans le Parc du Durmitor.

Recepción never at the Desk always to be called. Service was too strict. We arrived late from a long travel and they could not wait 2 minute to order. Kitchen was closing at 10 and we could not order at 10.02, so my girlfriend needed to order for me while i was in the room. In general clean and nice the room, restaurant and food was quite

Very friendly and helpful employees, walking distance to Crno jezero The only thing we did not like was that the room was very narrow and dark. But we had booked the lowest category.

We booked this last minute as our original booking cancelled and it was the best thing that happened. This hotel was great, it was close to the heart of the town and as close as you can stay to the Black Lake - 35 min walk or 4 min drive to the car park. Staff on reception were so friendly and welcoming. They even upgraded us to an exec suite, which was lovely! So much so, we decided to relax in the room for the afternoon instead of sightseeing. There was a separate bedroom, bathroom (nice products and shower gel, shampoos included). The living area had two sofas, kitchen and tv in living area and bedroom. So many facilities and amazing views from every window, including the bathroom! The balcony was also huge and had nice comfy chairs. The fact that check out is at 12, is also good as there is no rush. We managed to get in a walk around the black lake, back and showered all before check out! Restaurant was busy so would recommend booking to save you walking or driving into the town. Food was pricey (but can’t compare it to anything else) but was very good quality. We had lamb and chicken. The apple tart was delicious! Breakfast was the best we had out of everywhere we stayed in Montenegro. All fresh and tasty. They cook eggs to order and all the cakes were delicious. So much choice! Restaurant staff are very friendly too. We never used the steam room/sauna or booked a massage, but it’s good that it is offered.

Great for going hiking, easy to walk to the lake and other areas. The hotel was nice in general and room spacious. The room was noisy however with a buzzing in the bathroom. The restaurant does delicious food, the truffle pasta was great. The breakfast is average and could do with more fresh options and fruit.

The hotel is well located near the Black Lake, while being in walking distance of restaurants and shops. Personel is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is lovely with fresh prepared french toast and pancakes. They also serve eggs. Little bread options though. But for the price you’re paying, you’d expect at least some airconditioning. The room had a mobile unit but it was good for two things: blocking access to the fridge and making noise. If you’re on the street side, there is also the loud music from the outdoor terrace to keep you awake and the garbage collection at 6am will work as your alarm.

Alles ausgezeichnet , nur etwas viel Betrieb am Frühstücksbuffet. Sehr freundliches Personal, gratis Parkplatz & WLAN. Exzellentes Restaurant

Le service n’est pas au niveau d’un 4 * Nous avons très chaud dans la chambre et avions un rafraîchisseur juste à côté du lit (10 cm) donc impossible de le mettre pour dormir On a laissé les fenêtres ouvertes mais les poubelles passent à 5 heures… Nous avions des sifflements dans la chambre parfois Les toilettes fuyaient Le service est plus que moyen surtout au PDJ

Hotel location is close to national park. We had 2 rooms. Two major items that were bringing overall score down. 1. Room 201 was that hot and no airco. We found out that this room had a chimney from kitchen. 2. Both rooms were located to the street. Every morning at 6am, the garbage truck was passing by to clean the bins next to the street. It woke us up every morning.
