We stayed in a two bedroom suite which was perfect for our family and offered amazing views across the bay.
The hotel is modern, very well maintained, and set in a beautiful location. The pool and beach areas were excellent. They were always clean, never overcrowded, and we could easily find sunbeds whenever we needed them. The staff around the pool area were particularly kind and really looked after us, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
The overall atmosphere is calm and relaxed. While there is not much going on for children, we really enjoyed the peaceful setting and slower pace.
Food and drinks at the hotel were very expensive, even compared to some of the top restaurants in Port Montenegro.
Although the location is stunning, it is a little out of the way. You will need a taxi to reach Kotor or Port Montenegro for dinner, which typically costs between 20 and 30 euros each way.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely return. The only negative was that the reception and concierge staff were often distracted by their phones, and other staff walked past guests in the corridors without so much as a greeting.

We had an amazing holiday at this hotel. The place was beautiful, spotless, and located in a quiet, scenic area surrounded by mountains. The staff were outstanding—friendly, professional, and always greeted us with a smile. Their service was top-notch.
The only downside was that our room’s hot tub was faulty. Maintenance kept coming in and out, which was disruptive. It would have been better if they’d moved us sooner. Eventually, we were given a new room with a working hot tub, which was lovely.
One suggestion: add covered umbrellas over hot tubs for rainy days. We had to stay indoors for days because we couldn’t use it in the rain.
Other than that, everything was perfect. Worth every penny!

The property is managed by an army of interns, well meaning but not what you expect from a quality property. Poor service, inflexible options at restaurants ( can’t swap a sauce in pasta), average food quality. Normally a 5 star property is more flexible in restaurants/ cater to vegetarians, but when all you have is interns I guess they have to follow a cookie cutter approach

My stay would have been good apart from the last night - a Sunday where the hotel has decided to allow an outdoor wedding at the pool area. Right in front of the pool view rooms - which we had paid extra for - they had very very loud hard core tech music being played until after midnight- I was not warned about this at check in - if I had been I would have asked for a different room as with an early start on Monday I got about 4 hours sleep

Le personnel est très gentil mais l’hôtel n’est pas un vrai 5 étoiles. Nous avons été déçu sur la propreté et l’entretien. L’hôtel reçoit des groupes et nous coupe l’accès à certains espaces et il y eu plusieurs fêtes bruyantes pendant notre séjour.

The food omg was just amazing.
The room service was fantastic.
I can forget the concierge they were amazing and very helpful too, overall we loved our stay at Hyatt and will definitely be back soon.

The person who checked us in was fabulos. She made sure we were looked after. Each staff were hospitable and the property is lovely. Not a single moment we felt why we chose this as it is far from the town and the transportation is limited. But glad we chose this. It’s huge and we travel with a kid so we need space and comfort, it’s got all. A little shop nearby helped us for last minute grocery we need with our little one. All over an experience

This property was located in the heart of Kotor Bay with beautiful view. Staffs were very friendly and we enjoyed our stay only thing we experienced was it wasn’t easy to get Kotor old town the roads were very narrow and 30 minutes from old town.. otherwise we enjoyed our time:)

Set in spectacular surroundings. Nice spacious room (the twin bed delux). Safe in room. Complementary water, filled every day. Coffee/tea maker too.
Very helpful valet parked our car. Friendly staff at front desk. Good beach café and good restaurant.
House keeping was a little disorganised. The bed wasnt made into two singles upon arrival, but they fixed it at night upon request. We needed a few items from the complementary room list (eg. sewing kit) but they were apparently all out.
During the summer, breakfast gets a little busy and poolside fills up. But you can find a quiet deck chair down by the water, which has lovely views and is great for swimming.

The staffs were so nice and always helpful, always smiling this made us feel comfortable.
The food omg was just amazing.
The room service was fantastic.
I can forget the concierge they were amazing and very helpful too, overall we loved our stay at Hyatt and will definitely be back soon.

The person who checked us in was fabulos. She made sure we were looked after. Each staff were hospitable and the property is lovely. Not a single moment we felt why we chose this as it is far from the town and the transportation is limited. But glad we chose this. It’s huge and we travel with a kid so we need space and comfort, it’s got all. A little shop nearby helped us for last minute grocery we need with our little one. All over an experience
To remember.

This property was located in the heart of Kotor Bay with beautiful view. Staffs were very friendly and we enjoyed our stay only thing we experienced was it wasn’t easy to get Kotor old town the roads were very narrow and 30 minutes from old town.. otherwise we enjoyed our time:)

Set in spectacular surroundings. Nice spacious room (the twin bed delux). Safe in room. Complementary water, filled every day. Coffee/tea maker too.
Very helpful valet parked our car. Friendly staff at front desk. Good beach café and good restaurant.
House keeping was a little disorganised. The bed wasnt made into two singles upon arrival, but they fixed it at night upon request. We needed a few items from the complementary room list (eg. sewing kit) but they were apparently all out.
During the summer, breakfast gets a little busy and poolside fills up. But you can find a quiet deck chair down by the water, which has lovely views and is great for swimming.
