Difficile a trouver car dans une petite rue, pas accessible par les taxis car situe dans la medina. L’emplacement est pratique pour se promener a pied a xote des souks.Très beau riad- personnel a l’écoute et sympathique. Chambre spacieuse et propre. Literie confortable. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié. Un très beau séjour.

I wanted to share how wonderfully memorable our stay at Riad Dar Assiya was. The food was absolutely delicious, the rooms were very comfortable, and the staff were warm, pleasant, and genuinely personable. I would especially like to recognize Mohammed, Mouad, and Adil for their outstanding customer service. Their natural warmth, attention to detail, clear communication, and patience made a real difference and added so much to our experience. They were a pleasure to interact with and played a big part in making our stay so special.

The hotel is very clean. Staff are very nice and very helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast. There is no restaurant or bar or pool.

Great welcome & brief on the area. Service was exceptional from the staff as was the breakfast. Room ( Africa) was very comfortable but is the smallest & a little tight alongside the bed. Overall ambience was very relaxing & we would visit again. Only minor issue was the temperature at breakfast.

I loved my stay at Dar Assiya. The staff was so helpful with guides, cabs, tuktuk, and meals. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The a/c worked great, and the pool was gorgeous to dine next to. I suggest getting dinner at least one night here, they do great vegetarian tagines as well as meat tagines. The breakfast was stellar and huge. They offered a different assortment of delicious pancakes, pastries, eggs and lots of good coffee. It was well worth it to do the airport transfer by them, and I found it easy to meet up with the driver.

Clean, safe, good customer service, good staff

Whether it was organizing transport, recommending local spots, or simply greeting us with warmth and generosity, their attention and care elevated our entire experience. Special shoutout to Mohammed and Moad—your hospitality was world-class, and we’re so grateful for everything you did. The architecture of the riad is absolutely spectacular—a stunning blend of traditional Moroccan design and intricate craftsmanship. Every detail, from the carved plaster to the tiled floors and peaceful courtyard, is simply breathtaking. It’s clear that immense love and care have gone into preserving the soul of this beautiful building. And let’s not forget the food—every meal we had was flavorful, fresh, and beautifully prepared. Whether you’re enjoying breakfast in the serene courtyard or a traditional dinner in the evening, the quality and presentation are top-notch. We left feeling enriched, welcomed, and inspired. I wholeheartedly encourage anyone visiting Marrakech to stay at Dar Assiya. Ótimo Riad, bem localizado. Silencioso. Café da manhã muito bom

The customer service was amazing! My husband , I and another couple enjoyed our delicious breakfasts and amazing Moroccan tea. Our room was on the second floor with a balcony beautifully done. We were scared at the beginning to leave the room since there is no key to lock the door but the riad was so safe that once we realized that we didn’t worry anymore. We asked for a dinner when we arrived and they made it beautifully in a private setting just for us. Afterwards we enjoyed the tea at the rooftop lounge. One thing though - it was hard to find the place and parking was a bit far to carry the luggage so some people at the parking offered their help and when we asked how much they said not to worry. Once they brought our luggage and helped us find the riad they charged us almost $100!!! Be careful if you accept anyone’s help it is not free and make sure you ask in advance how much so you don’t get surprised.

Thank you all for a lovely stay. Everyone at the riad was so kind to us, the rooms were beautiful, and to top it off we also had great breakfast every day. Highly suggest having the riad book an airport transfer for anyone booking, we did and it was very convenient.

An amazing find, a beautiful gem and incredible staff who made you feel so welcome and couldn’t do enough to help. We love Dar Assiya and will definitely go back!

Amazingly beautiful Riad with absolutely wonderful staff. I highly recommend trying their menu; propably the best tagine we had during our trip in several Moroccan cities.

Fantastic experience at a very classy riad near the souks. All amenities were top quality and the food was excellent. Service was exceptional. Great value. I recommend getting one of the larger rooms upstairs regardless of how many people staying. Will stay again next time!
