Milá, přátelská atmosféra, dokonalý servis. Čisté, útulné. Bohatá snídaně. Poradili s orientací ve městě a to ve všech směrech, nejen na mapě. Vysvětlili místní zvyky, doporučili zajímavosti, které navštívit. Zařídili vše, co jsme potřebovaly - půjčení auta, taxi. Velká spokojenost:) Děkujeme

En arrivant alors que j avais réservé depuis 6 mois on me dit que le riad est complet déjà réservé par un autre site... Et je n ai pas été prévenu pas de mail Rien.... et on m emmène dans un autre riad. Est il mieux ou moins bien ? Je ne saurais le dire car le responsable de riad Mchicha devait passé me voir mais je n ai vu personne. Très déçue.

The owner Aziz is very considerate and involved in making sure you have an enjoyable stay in the Medina of Marrakech. He takes time with each guest in his riad and makes sure that everyone is comfortable and happy. Such a wonderful host!

great location, good breakfast, convenient to shopping, don't know how it compares to the other property as we only saw the place we stayed at and not the original

Great staff, Malik was beyond helpful. He did all he could for us and took so much time to explain and answer all of our questions. Would stay there every time.

Our stay in Dar M'chicha couldn't have been better. The Riad is quite hidden and a bit difficult to find because there are no signs but it is great because it is in a very quiet place and within walking distance of the main attractions in Marrakech. Malik received us with some Moroccan tea and gave us some useful tips to visit the city, recommended places to go and borrowed us some guides. They also offered to book us into organised trips to visit some other places around and we decided to go for the Ouarzazate tour which we loved! For the tour we had to leave at 7 am so they adapted to serve us breakfast at 6.30 am and then walked us to a taxi that would take us to take the bus tour. The breakfast of the riad was delicious, it changed everyday and it always included a fresh orange juice, some moroccan bread and some pastries. One of the days there weren't savoury dressings and when I requested them, Aziz, the owner of the riad ran to get me some cheese in the shop and came back in no time. It was greatly appreciated. Rooms are clean, cosy, spacious and very comfortable. Towels, bath robes and shapoo were provided. On the last day, we had to check out very early and they adapted again breakfast to our timetable, helped in organizing a taxi to the airport at a reasonable time and walked us to it. Myself and my family couldn't be more grateful to the hospitality of Malik and Aziz. If we ever visit Marrakech again we will definitely stay here again!

That was great to stay in this hotel. Thanks to "hotel.com" giving chance yo meet nice people to their researchers. Hope to stay there again.

Der Zugang zu diesem Raid ist nur durch eine ca. 140 cm hohe, uralte Holztüre möglich. Wer ein Zimmer im 1. oder 2. Stock hat, muss über eine sehr enge Treppe aus Beton steigen, deren Stufen alle ungleich hoch (bis ca. 30 cm!) um die Kurve laufen. Für ältere oder unbewegliche Menschen kann das schwierig sein. Die Zimmer haben keine Fenster sondern eine Tür mit Glaseinsatz zum Innenhof. Die Zimmer haben alle ein eigenes Bad, bei meinem Zimmer lag es auf der anderen Seite des Balkons. Wenn jemand im Innenhof saß, konnte er mich aus der Dusche bzw. Toilette kommen sehen. Die Bewohner der Zimmer im Erdgeschoß mussten durch den Innenhof zum eigenen Bad/Toilette. Dazu waren aber Bademäntel zur Verfügung. Die Zimmer sind einfach aber liebevoll ausgestattet. Alles ist zwar nicht neu, aber sehr sauber. Es gibt keinen Safe für Wertsachen. Der Besitzer Aziz ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er spricht sehr gut englisch und ein paar Worte Deutsch. Er nimmt sich bei einem Tee die Zeit, den Gästen die einfachsten Wege durch die Altstadt-Gassen und Souks zu erklären. Wer sich ernsthaft verläuft, der kann ihn auf dem Handy anrufen und sich abholen lassen. Aziz wohnt mit seiner Frau ebenfalls in dem Haus.

Pour commencer activité "jeu de piste" pour trouver l'hôtel grâce à un jeune motocycliste que nous avons dû suivre dans les petites ruelles de la médina...mais une fois arrivés à l'hôtel, accueil très chaleureux du propriétaire qui nous a remboursé sans problème les frais de parking occasionnés (car sur le site il était indiqué parking gratuit à l'hôtel, ce qui est impossible car on ne peut pas accéder jusqu'à l'hôtel en voiture!) Petit déjeuner copieux et délicieux dans un cadre typique marocain, et pour la douche, serviettes, peignoirs et chaussons de piscine à disposition. A part le parking qui était un de nos critères de choix et où l'info du site s'est révélée fausse, tout était parfait!

Strong WIFI signal in everywhere was nice. Patio was nice but can be made more attractive and tidy.

We stayed here after seeing endless reviews about how welcoming this hotel was. Aziz and his wife were really lovely, and extraordinarily helpful. Aziz arranged airport transfers, gave us his card in case we got lost, was available at all hours, and generally went out of his way for us.

Toller Besitzer, sehr freundlich. Unterkunft ist in der Altstadt und trotz dem Rummel draußen sehr ruhig. Schöner Rückzugsort und suuper Frühstück!

un hotel muy agradable y muy céntrico (muy cerca de la plaza FNAA). El servicio fue perfecto y las habitaciones muy amplias y acogedoras. Lo recomiendo!

We stayed 3 nights at Dar M'chicha and were very happy with our stay. Our triple room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfasts were delicious. The riad is located in the hectic, windy streets of the Medina and would be very hard to find on your own. Luckily, we used the (very reasonable) airport transfer suggested by Aziz (the manager) and he met us at the corner where they dropped us off. He was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
