Nous étions à l'Hôtel Carribean Village Agador qui est le MEME hotel que le Tamlet. Nous y avons passé 2 mois. Par rapport aux commentaires désobligeants voire honteux sur cet hotel, Nous certifions qu'il est très propre, (serviettes changées quotidiennement, intérieur des chambres également) . le personnel est poli, souriant,toujours pret à nous rendre service, NON ! nous n'avons jamais été malades avec la nourriture qui reste simple mais bonne. Les boissons (même alcooliséees) sont offertes de 10 h 30 à minuit.... Nous regrettons que les agences européennes aient abandonné cet hôtel au dépriment d'hôtels luxueux et onéreux (qu'il faut probablement remplir et qui rapportent plus d'argent...) Pire....ces mêmes agences dévalorisent cet hôtel et découragent honteusement les voyageurs d'y séjourner.... Nous espérons pouvoir y revenir encore et encore. Si vous souhaitez le luxe...alors ouvrez votre porte-monnaie et passez votre chemin.... Commentaire de 2 enseignants retraités français...

Terrible start, very old room, old towels, old beds, old pillows, old toilets, bad food, all they cook is turkey, we had to forget about the hotel food, they advertise 5 restaurant none excited, they told us we can have an Italian meal if we make a reservation, so we did, the waiter told we have to choose between three piazzas because that all they have , the place was so hot, I asked the waiter to turn the AC he told I wish. I contacted hotels com, requested the refund they asked me to wait 72 hours I did, and I received an other email asking me to wait 48 hours I did, and I received an other email asking me to be patient because they are still working on it. I did. Finally they emailed me telling, there is nothing they can do. If anyone wants to see the emails and the conversation with hotels com customer service, I have it in files. Too bad I couldn't paste all of the emails and the conversations. Hotels won't let me paste it.

Check in was the worst I have ever experienced, he was rude and made me feel like a nuisance, I got escorted to a cash point because it cost 100 diram minimum to use the card machine, only for the cash point to give me 5x100 notes (66) 😂😂 he almost shouted at me, I told him keep the change mate. The property was basic but ok, the waiters and cooks do deliver world class service. Overall I would recommend this place I just feel that the reception staff should learn from the waiters and cooks. The locals are friendly and the place feels safe with plenty of police on the streets in the local area.

Wir sind angekommen nach ewigem suchen da es kaum beschriftet war, und das hotel hatte geschlossen. (Saison hat nicht begonnen) und wir wurden in ein anderes hotel verfrachtet. Nach 1 std. Anstehen hatten wir eingecheclt. Das essen war komplett ungeniessbar, die kellner unfreundlich. Weder besteck noch gläser waRen zu finden... das wc hatte den ganzen raum geflutet und das bett war unbequem. plastikbecher hatte es aber überall genug. Positiv: wir mussten nur 1 nacht bleiben...

A noter que nous avons séjourné au Carribean Village Agador qui est le même hôtel , dans les mêmes locaux. Nous avons encore apprécié notre séjour dans cet hôtel simple mais propre avec une animation au top et un personnel toujours souriant . Nous espérons y retourner pour la période hivernale de 2024

The old saying you get what you pay for, and this appears to be a property that you don't get much for what you pay for. The rooms are so so basic, very poor, broken old CRT televisions, patio chairs broken, basic hard as rock beds. The hotel is so run down that it looks nothing like the pictures posted. The food is recycled from breakfast to lunch, and lunch to dinner. chicken for lunch, chicken salad for dinner. Food hygiene is next to non-existent. Flies everywhere, people handling food and then returning it. The amount of food wastage is unbelievable. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES DRINK THE FILTERED WATER anywhere on the premises, its not filter and disgusting. The staff ae next to ignorant, very very little conversation, and when trying to order drinks they come across as if it coming out of their own pocket. Check-in at 2am was an absolute disgrace, our family and and Irish family tried to check-in and it took 1.5 hours because they wanted to keep our passports! Do not give you passport over under no circumstances! They want the passports until the next day to confirm that you had paid through Expedia! We looked at other hotels and would have lost the money for this hotel, but due to being last minute it was viable. We will never be back to this hotel ever, even if they give it to us for free. The entertainment was rubbish, same thing every night. An absolute disgrace to call itself a hotel.

Il est très déplorable qu’un établissement de la sorte porte préjudice au tourisme de la ville et au pays reconnus pour leur hospitalité. Je recommande de le retirer de votre offre d’hôtel et surtout le déclasser à zéro étoile. L’établissement si on le considère encore comme tel, devra regagner à nouveau la confiance des clients et démontrer un grand sérieux et un professionnalisme sans équivoque autant du personnel qualifié que de ses dirigeants pour mériter des étoiles. On a vécu une expérience des plus fâcheuses et frustrantes. Une réception d'hôtel qui a l’allure d’un vestiaire, un service de restauration moins que rien et le récit des évènements qui ont suivi est trop long à partager ici. À vrai dire, les aires de repos sur les autoroutes sont plus propres et plus accueillantes que cet établissement. On a quitté cet endroit avec la certitude ne plus jamais y retourner et déconseiller quiconque qui veut s’aventurer à y aller de le fuir à toutes jambes. Ce fût une expérience très frustrante et plus que décevante. Fort heureusement, notre séjour dans le deuxième hôtel a été un bon réparateur à cette expérience éprouvante. Il est fortement recommandé d’envoyer des inspecteurs et auditeurs qualité à cet établissement sachant que la note s’élève à plus de 3000 Dhs, ce qui équivaut à peu près à 370 $CAD pour une chambre qui ne vaut pas 10$ CAD et qui n'a rien de tel et un forfait tout inclus.

First of all for the price if all inclusive holidays in agadir this is quite good as you have option of eating and using facilities of the hotel next to it carribean agador hotel. The rooms are basic but the manager Ibrahim was good as we had to change room 2 times because we were not happy and he happily obliged. The staff are ok but with basic English difficult having conversation the animation team are fantastic helpful full of energy. Overall like i say for the price very good.

Zeer groot complex met diverse zwembaden en restaurants. Zeer vriendelijk personeel, goed eten en prima bedden. De kamers zijn gedateerd. Veel bezoekers vergeten dat ze niet in Europa op vakantie zijn en er dus andere standaarden gelden. Als je niet van drukte houdt dan moet je hier niet naartoe. Het complex is zo groot dat het in het buffetrestaurant altijd druk is.

Un complexe plein de potentiel de part ses infrastructures, mais sa gestion en fait un lieu où je ne reviendrais pas. Aucun charme à l'intérieur des chambres vétustes. Aucun raffinement dans la nourriture prise au restaurant de type cantine d'une autre époque. A coup de pourboire on peut se faire améliorer le service, et même se faire servir à table... au détriment de ceux qui cherchent en vain des couverts! Beaucoup d'activités sont mises à disposition, mais aucun dynamisme dans l'animation.

Ik vond deze hotel zijn geld niet waard. Ik raad het iedereen af. Wat je op de fotos ziet is alles behalve realiteit. Heb veel hotels bezocht en dit van alle klasse. Ook al was deze goedkoop en all incl. Schaam ik me als marokkaanse om hier mensen naar toe te sturen. Wij hebben daar 1 nacht gebleven en zijn de volgende dag op zoek gegaan naar een ander hotel. De mensen aan de receptie waren alles behalve vriendelijk. Toen we zeiden dat weggingen zeiden ze ok geef maar de sleutel. Wij hebben 7dagen betaald en kregen niet eens de vraag waarom gaan jullie weg. Ik heb foto's getrokken van onze opmerkingen. Ik zet het wel op de site nadat ik de eigenaar van het hotel gesproken heb . Onze vakantie was verpest , geld kwijt en dubbele kosten gehad door een ander hotel te boeken .

hotel viellot.personnel gentil mais un petit bemol qu'il demande quelques pieces pour service surtout au service snack.nourriture tout le temps propre acceptable mais qui se repete le petit dej est mediocre surtout petits pains et pas de jus naturel.les chambres sont viellot la televison est ancienne sans plasma pas de teleph a la chambre mais proprete et changement de drap chaque jour.je salue tres fort l equipe animation qui est formidable .en conclusion l'hotel nessecite une revision vue le prix e leve enfin j 'ai oublie de dire le grabd salut a la seveuse najat du snack pizzeria aussi sa formidale pizza de thon

Nous avons l'occasion d'aller chaque années au Tamlelt Cette année, grosse surprise, les chambres ont été refaites. Bon point! Je suis en fauteuil roulant, là aussi, bonne surprise, l'accessibilité a été améliorée, merci. L'ambiance est top, les animateurs sont survoltés, et c'est bien comme cela. La nourriture est ...heu.... il faut savoir choisir ses plats, et parfois les épicer soit même, mais les œufs du petit dej ont séduit ma famille. Le personnel est parfait mais l hôtel est trop vétuste , sale et mal entretenu ( pas d’eau dans les chambres au 5ème étage ) la robinetterie est déplorable , les portes fenêtres ne ferment pas et des déchets traînent dans les escaliers des étages . La nourriture manque de variété et les tables des restaurants sont sales .

Terrible start, very old room, old towels, old beds, old pillows, old toilets, bad food, all they cook is turkey, we had to forget about the hotel food, they advertise 5 restaurant none excited, they told us we can have an Italian meal if we make a reservation, so we did, the waiter told we have to choose between three piazzas because that all they have , the place was so hot, I asked the waiter to turn the AC he told I wish. I contacted hotels com, requested the refund they asked me to wait 72 hours I did, and I received an other email asking me to wait 48 hours I did, and I received an other email asking me to be patient because they are still working on it. I did. Finally they emailed me telling, there is nothing they can do. If anyone wants to see the emails and the conversation with hotels com customer service, I have it in files. Too bad I couldn't paste all of the emails and the conversations. Hotels won't let me paste it.

Check in was the worst I have ever experienced, he was rude and made me feel like a nuisance, I got escorted to a cash point because it cost 100 diram minimum to use the card machine, only for the cash point to give me 5x100 notes (66) 😂😂 he almost shouted at me, I told him keep the change mate. The property was basic but ok, the waiters and cooks do deliver world class service. Overall I would recommend this place I just feel that the reception staff should learn from the waiters and cooks. The locals are friendly and the place feels safe with plenty of police on the streets in the local area.

Wir sind angekommen nach ewigem suchen da es kaum beschriftet war, und das hotel hatte geschlossen. (Saison hat nicht begonnen) und wir wurden in ein anderes hotel verfrachtet. Nach 1 std. Anstehen hatten wir eingecheclt. Das essen war komplett ungeniessbar, die kellner unfreundlich. Weder besteck noch gläser waRen zu finden... das wc hatte den ganzen raum geflutet und das bett war unbequem. plastikbecher hatte es aber überall genug. Positiv: wir mussten nur 1 nacht bleiben...

A noter que nous avons séjourné au Carribean Village Agador qui est le même hôtel , dans les mêmes locaux. Nous avons encore apprécié notre séjour dans cet hôtel simple mais propre avec une animation au top et un personnel toujours souriant . Nous espérons y retourner pour la période hivernale de 2024

Nous étions à l'Hôtel Carribean Village Agador qui est le MEME hotel que le Tamlet. Nous y avons passé 2 mois. Par rapport aux commentaires désobligeants voire honteux sur cet hotel, Nous certifions qu'il est très propre, (serviettes changées quotidiennement, intérieur des chambres également) . le personnel est poli, souriant,toujours pret à nous rendre service, NON ! nous n'avons jamais été malades avec la nourriture qui reste simple mais bonne. Les boissons (même alcooliséees) sont offertes de 10 h 30 à minuit.... Nous regrettons que les agences européennes aient abandonné cet hôtel au dépriment d'hôtels luxueux et onéreux (qu'il faut probablement remplir et qui rapportent plus d'argent...) Pire....ces mêmes agences dévalorisent cet hôtel et découragent honteusement les voyageurs d'y séjourner.... Nous espérons pouvoir y revenir encore et encore. Si vous souhaitez le luxe...alors ouvrez votre porte-monnaie et passez votre chemin.... Commentaire de 2 enseignants retraités français...

The old saying you get what you pay for, and this appears to be a property that you don't get much for what you pay for. The rooms are so so basic, very poor, broken old CRT televisions, patio chairs broken, basic hard as rock beds. The hotel is so run down that it looks nothing like the pictures posted. The food is recycled from breakfast to lunch, and lunch to dinner. chicken for lunch, chicken salad for dinner. Food hygiene is next to non-existent. Flies everywhere, people handling food and then returning it. The amount of food wastage is unbelievable. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES DRINK THE FILTERED WATER anywhere on the premises, its not filter and disgusting. The staff ae next to ignorant, very very little conversation, and when trying to order drinks they come across as if it coming out of their own pocket. Check-in at 2am was an absolute disgrace, our family and and Irish family tried to check-in and it took 1.5 hours because they wanted to keep our passports! Do not give you passport over under no circumstances! They want the passports until the next day to confirm that you had paid through Expedia! We looked at other hotels and would have lost the money for this hotel, but due to being last minute it was viable. We will never be back to this hotel ever, even if they give it to us for free. The entertainment was rubbish, same thing every night. An absolute disgrace to call itself a hotel.

Il est très déplorable qu’un établissement de la sorte porte préjudice au tourisme de la ville et au pays reconnus pour leur hospitalité. Je recommande de le retirer de votre offre d’hôtel et surtout le déclasser à zéro étoile. L’établissement si on le considère encore comme tel, devra regagner à nouveau la confiance des clients et démontrer un grand sérieux et un professionnalisme sans équivoque autant du personnel qualifié que de ses dirigeants pour mériter des étoiles. On a vécu une expérience des plus fâcheuses et frustrantes. Une réception d'hôtel qui a l’allure d’un vestiaire, un service de restauration moins que rien et le récit des évènements qui ont suivi est trop long à partager ici. À vrai dire, les aires de repos sur les autoroutes sont plus propres et plus accueillantes que cet établissement. On a quitté cet endroit avec la certitude ne plus jamais y retourner et déconseiller quiconque qui veut s’aventurer à y aller de le fuir à toutes jambes. Ce fût une expérience très frustrante et plus que décevante. Fort heureusement, notre séjour dans le deuxième hôtel a été un bon réparateur à cette expérience éprouvante. Il est fortement recommandé d’envoyer des inspecteurs et auditeurs qualité à cet établissement sachant que la note s’élève à plus de 3000 Dhs, ce qui équivaut à peu près à 370 $CAD pour une chambre qui ne vaut pas 10$ CAD et qui n'a rien de tel et un forfait tout inclus.

First of all for the price if all inclusive holidays in agadir this is quite good as you have option of eating and using facilities of the hotel next to it carribean agador hotel. The rooms are basic but the manager Ibrahim was good as we had to change room 2 times because we were not happy and he happily obliged. The staff are ok but with basic English difficult having conversation the animation team are fantastic helpful full of energy. Overall like i say for the price very good.

Zeer groot complex met diverse zwembaden en restaurants. Zeer vriendelijk personeel, goed eten en prima bedden. De kamers zijn gedateerd. Veel bezoekers vergeten dat ze niet in Europa op vakantie zijn en er dus andere standaarden gelden. Als je niet van drukte houdt dan moet je hier niet naartoe. Het complex is zo groot dat het in het buffetrestaurant altijd druk is.

Un complexe plein de potentiel de part ses infrastructures, mais sa gestion en fait un lieu où je ne reviendrais pas. Aucun charme à l'intérieur des chambres vétustes. Aucun raffinement dans la nourriture prise au restaurant de type cantine d'une autre époque. A coup de pourboire on peut se faire améliorer le service, et même se faire servir à table... au détriment de ceux qui cherchent en vain des couverts! Beaucoup d'activités sont mises à disposition, mais aucun dynamisme dans l'animation.

Ik vond deze hotel zijn geld niet waard. Ik raad het iedereen af. Wat je op de fotos ziet is alles behalve realiteit. Heb veel hotels bezocht en dit van alle klasse. Ook al was deze goedkoop en all incl. Schaam ik me als marokkaanse om hier mensen naar toe te sturen. Wij hebben daar 1 nacht gebleven en zijn de volgende dag op zoek gegaan naar een ander hotel. De mensen aan de receptie waren alles behalve vriendelijk. Toen we zeiden dat weggingen zeiden ze ok geef maar de sleutel. Wij hebben 7dagen betaald en kregen niet eens de vraag waarom gaan jullie weg. Ik heb foto's getrokken van onze opmerkingen. Ik zet het wel op de site nadat ik de eigenaar van het hotel gesproken heb . Onze vakantie was verpest , geld kwijt en dubbele kosten gehad door een ander hotel te boeken .

hotel viellot.personnel gentil mais un petit bemol qu'il demande quelques pieces pour service surtout au service snack.nourriture tout le temps propre acceptable mais qui se repete le petit dej est mediocre surtout petits pains et pas de jus naturel.les chambres sont viellot la televison est ancienne sans plasma pas de teleph a la chambre mais proprete et changement de drap chaque jour.je salue tres fort l equipe animation qui est formidable .en conclusion l'hotel nessecite une revision vue le prix e leve enfin j 'ai oublie de dire le grabd salut a la seveuse najat du snack pizzeria aussi sa formidale pizza de thon

Nous avons l'occasion d'aller chaque années au Tamlelt Cette année, grosse surprise, les chambres ont été refaites. Bon point! Je suis en fauteuil roulant, là aussi, bonne surprise, l'accessibilité a été améliorée, merci. L'ambiance est top, les animateurs sont survoltés, et c'est bien comme cela. La nourriture est ...heu.... il faut savoir choisir ses plats, et parfois les épicer soit même, mais les œufs du petit dej ont séduit ma famille.
