Le dimanche matin a 09 h et a cote de la chambre 328 les employés de l étage étaient entrain de chanter raconter des blagues et criaient sans se soucier des clients qui étaient entrain de dormir ……..

Hôtel magnifique dans un cadre magnifique dans l une des plus villes au monde

I arrived late at night around 1am. After a long travel , my first interaction at the es saadi hotel was with the guy at the lobby. I entered smiling and he had absolutely 0 bit of positive energy. He was not smiling and was giving me attitude a soon as i enteree. I even said hello and he did not answer me. Just looking at me waiting for me to talk. I started telling him i wanted to check in he asked for my passport. So i look for my passport and then i realize I forgot my passport at casablanca ( where my grandmother lives), and where i was coming from. I tell him that and he tells me he cant do anything for me. Like what? You just want me to get out of your hotel at 1am with luggage in my hands? Are you out of your mind? After a few minutes of ´negotiations ” he kept my ID ( from canada). Anyways he was just rude and im someone who gets affected very easily so it annoyed me for the rest of the night. The rest of the people are alright. Not super welcoming just alright. The food at the pool is disgusting. The burger was non-eatable. i paid but i didn't even take 3 bites. Frozen fries probably. The hotel in general is «  old luxurious » but i would definitely categorize it as a 4 star hotel. The good thing about this hotel is its location. Casino, club , shisha lounge, right in the backyard. You dont pay the club if you're from es saadi. I didn’t like my stay there i didnt feel welcomed especially after that interaction with that 1st guy.

Ytre sett et fremragende hotell med flott inngangsparti , resepsjon, foaje, solsenger og hageanlegg. Men selve rommet virket slitt og gammelt.

Lovely grounds to walk, have breakfast, drinks, etc. Very pleasant atmosphere. very Marrakesh

Have been back numerous time to the Saadi starting in the 80's Iconic hotel and have retained until today, most of the staff, great place to chill out, food is excellent!

Deberían poner más atención a la limpieza de su propia entrada - Motor Lobby - y sus alrededores.

Ne merite pas 5 étoiles mais plutot un 3 , l’hôtel doit être renové Personnel très sympathique

Toujours autant satisfait après un séjour à l' hôtel Es saadi !! Le personnel, toutes catégories confondues ( réception, restauration, entretien...) est très accueillant, souriant mais aussi très professionnel : à l' écoute et à la disposition des clients . L' environnement, très verdoyant,favorise le calme et la détente et le repos. Je recommande vivement cet établissement.

Renovierung Maßnahmen notwendig

Attente de 35 min a la réception pour "préparer notre dossier"sans une collation a disposition même pas de l eau alors que nous avions fait 3 h de route sous 40 degrés sinon hôtel normal ,bar assez honereux,ça vaut pas 5 étoiles.

Have been going there since the 80's and the hotel staff always take great care of you, food is top quality and nice setting. The little down side was for a 5 stars hotel, to be little tight on providing water and coffee/tea in rooms. Once you finished what they gave you on day one, no re fill. Also, the pool was crowded with young kids, some time with no parents to see screaming.

L'hôtel a besoin de beaucoup de rénovation. Et il faut réviser le prix .car je trouve que cest trop chère le petit déjeuner pas bon .
