Ibis El Jadida

Before I begin forget about AC on this property only 2 towels in each room , The hotel is extremely dirty and poorly managed.The hotel seriously needs to evaluate options for improving general cleanliness.Had one of the worst experience in my life.Staff are terrible....front desk guys were worst and indifferent..i went with family and they have no consideration...room are worst quality i had to mop myself the room to sleep there , i had some request where is free in other hotels and we been ignored and denied in this property. Room was dust central, dust had settled everywhere and even after us wiping it off with some baby wipes it would re settle. Under the bed was filthy with dirt and dust looked like it had been forgotten about by the cleaner. One lady called merriem her uniform has bleach all over seen her with the same uniform for three days on row she works housekeeping, fixing constantly broken elevator , security , sneaking on clients affairs leaving her job to clean and doing others positions job .tge big problem too the stuff families are all over the hotel yelling screaming at the pool eating at the restaurant for free bringing glass inside pool and if you talk to them you will be kick out this property use to be beautiful and seems to be going down and I’m sure the owner don’t know about this . This review based on true and experience. I wanted to write more but i think it is waste of time.

Ibis concept met zwembad direct aan het strand. Geweldige locatie met vriendelijke medewerkers en hoge servicebereidheid. Dit is een must go als je in el jadida moet zijn.
