Ett fantastiskt fint all-inclusivehoell. Allt fanns för en familj. Tips att sitta ute och äta för den som gillar en lugnare matsal, fanns uppvärmda tält samt en mindre restaurang som rekommenderas.
Underbara pooler och bra möjlighet till aktiviteter. Väldigt serviceminded personal. Passa även på att åka in med gratis-bussen till medinan!

Wonderful hotel well maintained. The food choices are amazing and personnel is extremely nice and welcoming. The shuttle service to go to Marrakech is with a full size bus and offers convenient schedules. Love the gym too! Would come again.

Troisième séjour, toujours aussi agréable. Quelques bémols quand même sur la nourriture au buffet qui était moins variée et plus répétitive que les années précédentes, la piscine était également moins chauffée. Merci au personnel, toujours souriant et très professionnel.

The grounds were very spacious (e.g., the soccer field, badminton, archery, tennis and volleyball facilities). The cats were do friendly here. The food was very good. The shuttle to Marrakech was a great free service. Finally, the coffee was amazing.

I travel a lot and the food at this resort was 5*****. Lots of variety and very high quality. The head Chef here should get a raise. We are now at the Hyatt in Taghazout and we wish we could say the same. We will be back to this resort. Amine in entertainment was also wonderful!

I stayed here with my teenage son for a short two night stay and it was perfect for what we were after. There was nothing amazing about the hotel, but also nothing to complain about. The food offered a good choice and met my expectations from an all inclusive. The facilities were great and the two pools lovely as were the grounds. There was lots to do if you chose to get involved. The free shuttle coach to the medina and back was excellent and very straightforward. If you want to be near the action of the medina this hotel isn’t for you, but it’s perfect if want to be away from the chaos but close enough to dip in.

The hotel facilities were really good for kids with a lovely splash pool. The grounds had lovely gardens kept to an immaculate standard.
The hotel was not close to anything within walking distance so had to stay within the hotel complex, though there was a free shuttle bus to Marrakesh town centre.

Contrairement à certains commentaires, il n'y a pas de piscine chauffée (sauf peut être le bain de pieds pour les enfants) - la nourriture consiste en une présentation multiple des mêmes ingrédients (dont beaucoup de carottes - concombre) et seule la nourriture Marocaine est comestible (tout étant incomparable avec ce qu'on trouve à Marrakech). La déco est sommaire (on pourrait être n'importe où ailleurs), et le prix payé me parait exagéré (quasi 300€ nuit), et vu la clientèle je pense que c'est packagé beaucoup moins cher en voyage organisé Leclerc/ Lidl Voyages

J’ai passé 5-6 jours dans cet hôtel avec mon mari et mes deux enfants. Il
Le personnel y est très professionnel et très sympathique. L’hôtel est propre . Le personnel veille à ce que vous ne manquez de rien.
Par contre très grosse déception pour le kids club. Sombré quasiment pas de jouets . J’y suis allée pour laisser mon fils de 4 ans. 0 animation les enfants sont laissés à déambuler dans la pièce. Une animatrice principalement assise sur une chaise à s’assurer que les enfants ne se tapent pas dessus. Pour avoir fait de nombreux all inclusive le kidsclub laisse vraiment à désirer .
J’ai également fait un massage de 1h à 70 euros qui n’aura duré que 40 min.un peu moyen

Super sejour dans cet hotel. Accueil, animation au top, magnifique piscine et équipement sportif pour tous. Le buffet est excellent. La navette gratuite pour aller a marrackech est super pratique. Je reviendrai avec plaisir!

Bel hôtel dans l’ensemble. Malheureusement on a eu une chambre avec douche tout le temps bloquée, la chasse d’eau n’est pas efficace non plus. Le reste a bien été. Beau site, service de navette efficace, piscine agréable même si beaucoup d’activités de jeunes, jeux ect. On ne pouvait pas aller à la piscine adulte silencieuse puisque mon fils avec moins que 16 ans

Si vous venez au Maroc et que vous chercher un coin pour passer quelques jours de vacance l'endroit est tout trouvé Iberostar all inclusive a Marrakech la gentillesse et la responsabilité le professionnalisme de tous les employés 20/10 oui 20/10 on oublie tout le chef cuisinier au top tout est excellent l.embience extraordinaire ainsi que les activités 3 piscines ect ect j.y reviendrait en famille sûrement cette année bravo a ce concepte il vous fait économiser beaucout d.argent les parcs sont magnifiques
