Riad Itrane

I loved this Riyad and the service is impeccable! The and spa services were top notch. They were very accommodating to our needs as well. Please note though that our room had a queen bed rather than king as listed. Also, a bidet would have been greatly appreciated. Still highly recommend though as it is stellar!

The service could be faulted nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Breakfast was fresh to order and never the same 2 days running. The rooms were clean tidy and well presented. We took the offer of them collecting us from the airport for €25 this is a bit pricey but we may have struggled at first to find the riad. Coming home we took at local taxi for €10. Overall fabulous stay.

Great service right in the middle of Medina but cut off and quiet

Manon and her staff were excellent and looked after our every need. Centrally located near Location Jemaa el-Fnaa. Highly recommended.

Lovely place to stay

Ikke la deg skremme av utsiden. Innsiden er som en liten oase. Veldig hyggelig folk som jobber der. Fantastisk frokost Vi bestilte pick up fra flyplassen via hotellet. Det anbefales. Kommer du sendt stopper de på en bensinstasjon hvor baggasjen blir lagt i en vogn og du går til hotellet via markedet. Vi bestilte også en privat tue til Ait BenHaddou noe som var en opplevelse.

A great Riad with a fantastic staff, I recommend you try their food especially the Friday couscous!

It’s a fantastic Riad, the staff is the absolute best, Soufiane, Youssef and Abdul made our stay flawless, the owner Manon is great and do not hesitate to book dinner, Friday couscous is probably the best couscous I’ve had in Marrakech. Breakfasts are varied an delicious, mint tea is great. The area is the souk so it’s lively but there isn’t any noise in the riad aside the prayer call in the am but that’s part of staying in the Medina. Go without worry. Book the transportation to and from the Riad when you fly in and out with them you’ll be glad you did. 5 star across the board :)

Our room was too dark and cold. Staff was super nice. However we were ask to pay cash during check out, which we did not anticipate. Breakfast was my favorite !

We had a wonderful time. All the staff are very friendly, attentive and helpful. Returning back to the Riad in the evening, we were greeted warmly, and Abdel was always interested in our daily adventures. He took great care of us.

First… there is no onsite parking as advertised. We got thoroughly lost in our rental car trying to find the riad. The property host did send a porter to find us and collect our luggage. The staff at the riad were kind & hospitable. Breakfast was very good and our room was spacious.

Sehr schönes Riad ganz in der Nähe zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Der Transfer hat super geklappt. Alle sehr freundlich und das Essen ist super :)

Staff was excellent

The most beautiful Riad, hidden away in the heart of the medina. Peace and quiet a stone's throw from the hustle of Jemma el-Fnaa. Highly recommended.

Arranged pickup from the airport, went smoothly. Set the tone for the week, nothing to much trouble. All the people associated with the Riad were friendly, helpful and efficient including the owners. Few mins walk from the main square, given the location very surprised by how peaceful the Riad was. Booked a suite, separate living room and a private rooftop terrace, was lovely sitting there after a long hot day getting lost in the Souks. The Riad had a bar and prices reasonable, more then from a supermarket but less than in the nearby restaurants\bars. Staying in the Medina - there's no shops selling alcohol in the Medina, nearest was around a 30min walk away, for the saving made just wasn't worth it in the Marrakesh heat. Breakfast was plentiful with a slight variation each day. Didn't have an evening meal but from what I saw looked very good. Riad's are small rooms around courtyards, for the extra space would recommend a suite. If you go for a standard room Riad Itrane had multiple courtyard areas with secluded seating areas. Very clean and well maintained, ample lighting. Overall a very good experience for our first trip to Marrakesh. The pool was small but in keeping with the Riad, it looked very inviting but my suitcase with my trunks got lost onroute.

Stunning riyad, everything was absolutely perfect. Beautiful decor, lovely breakfast and refreshing little pool. Would come back to Marrakech just to stay here.

Our 5 nights here were top class. Our aim was to relax and this Riad was perfect - so quiet and yet so close to the Souks and Main square. It was welcoming, comfortable, peaceful and with amazing roof terraces. Charlotte and Patrice were the perfect hosts and have fantastic staff ensuring everything you needed or requested was given without fail. Loved the tranquil pool and typical Moroccan decor all around. Thank you for making our first visit to your lovely country so lovely. Do not hesitate in booking this Riad - it does not disappoint.

la prestation est excellente. Ce riad est très agréable et bien placé. Mon séjour a été tout simplement exceptionnel. Dès mon arrivée, j'ai été accueilli avec une hospitalité chaleureuse et authentique qui reflète parfaitement l'esprit marocain. Le riad, magnifiquement restauré, allie à merveille tradition et confort moderne. L’architecture est typiquement marocaine avec ses zelliges éclatants, ses plafonds en bois finement sculptés, et ses patios paisibles ornés de plantes exotiques. Chaque détail, du mobilier artisanal aux lanternes en cuivre, est soigneusement choisi pour créer une atmosphère de sérénité et de raffinement. La chambre était spacieuse, impeccablement propre, et décorée avec goût. Le lit était très confortable et les draps d’une grande qualité. La salle de bain en tadelakt offrait tout le confort moderne avec une touche d'authenticité marocaine. Le petit-déjeuner, servi dans le patio : jus d’orange frais, pâtisseries marocaines. Le personnel est d’une grande gentillesse, toujours prêt à répondre à nos moindres besoins avec le sourire. En résumé, ce riad est un havre de paix où l’on se sent immédiatement chez soi. Un séjour dans ce lieu magique est une véritable plongée dans la culture marocaine, et je ne saurais trop le recommander. J’y retournerai sans hésiter! The Riad is less than a 10 minute walk from the Medina yet tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the market, the rooms of the Riad are nice Moroccan architecture and decorations, the staff was excellent, friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was traditional Moroccan and customized to your liking and traditional Moroccan dinner we ordered on our arrival was excellent and prices fair. The Riad also arranged for a taxi to and from the airport and a porter to transport our luggage from the taxi to the hotel and vice versa. It was an excellent experience.
